Staff were amazing- so welcoming. Rooms were clean with solid comfortable furniture. Cleaning was regular- nearly every day. Location is great/ supermarket just opposite. Lots of shops and restaurants v close by. Beautiful Beach a 5 minute walk- lovely shallow waters so feels warm. Very family friendly place, wouldn't appeal to party goers. Life guard at pool a lot of the time. Plenty of entertainment - water a robot, kids disco, singers etc. officially Rated 3 star in 2024 but feels a 4 star - maybe lost a star because it's not huge or only has 2 pools outside. Will def be back!

Not apartments- it's a self catering hotel room with a microwave and coffee machine. Lack of security - no obvious cctv. Air con could be better.

Great location, close to the harbour with many restaurants, across the road to the beach and within reasonable walking distance to the old town. The hotel is big and clean and nice rooms. The 13 year old was very happy with the sofabed.

Very crowded pool, as expected in the high season. They allow the regular morning run-out to reserve sunbeds by the pool, even though the have signs saying it is not allowed. Just remove the «rules» if you don’t play by them…

The location with a garden so beautifully kept. All the staff were happy, positive and always helpful, Excellent range of foods..amazing selection to suit any diet or nationality. Seating on the outside patio under the sails and palm trees looking over to the pool was my favourite dining experience. I have had a wonderful holiday I was on my own but never lonely.. Everything had been given so much thought to thanks to management and staff.

Nothing I didn't like. I missed a softer pillow...but leaving a wet cold UK for blue sky and smiling faces ...was a delight and I will return..

Nice deep pool, activities in big pool were great and fun during our stay. Nice modern rooms, spacious, comfortable sofa in one-bedroom apartment. The best hairdryer I ever seen in hotels!!! 5 star for that!! Fast and didn't have to use styler afterwards as hair looked sleek and ready to go out. Nice food in buffet, better that in most places we experienced recently. Good breakfast choice (not boring). Evening entertainment were nice. Good access to sea just across the road with wide sandy beach.

Wasn't too many my sons age kids (only very small or much older), which probably was to time related as we stayed in early September. The reception are is a bit too small.

Excellent Location, clean

Staff at front desk were rude, we requested a late checkout the day we arrived and repeatedly asked throughout the 10 days we were there, we were told no problem they would look after us and on the day made it a big problem! They don’t look after guests who are present at the time, only worry about the next guest due to arrive!

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and a good size and lots to do with entertainment on every day and night

The pool was great but a very steep slope walking into the pool and has no stairs. Beds were a bit hard but overall a great place to stay.

The staff are just incredible, well done everyone. Very authentically nice, helpful amd friendly. The hotel is in the perfect location, I will recommend to friends. The facilities are brilliant. Keep up the great work!

It would be a nice addition to add a plug in insect repellent in every room.

Nice hotel and a great location, very close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Went self-catering and didn't eat at the hotels can't comment on the food. We visited in October and it wasn't too busy, during August we prefer a private villa as hotels can get very busy but this place is great in the off-season.

The pool was a little cold but that's due to the time of year. There is a small indoor pool with hot tub but the hot tub could do with updating.

Choice of food in the restaurant was fantastic. Staff super friendly, the area around the swimming pools kept nice and clean, receptionist always there to answer all the questions and help with organising whatever you need. Not to mention that all of the animators could speak not only Spanish but German and English.

Location u could not have better and its the staff in the hotel from the front desk to the life gaurd which makes this hotel what it is..a friendly happy place to stay plenty to do during the day.rooms are clean and spacious the apartment we stayed in .the entertainment crew one of the best I have been around. You had to request a kettle and toaster for the apartment which I feel is a basic essential for a self catering accommodation. Tv only has 1 English speaking channel which is world news.the entertainment at night finished at 10 everything stops but bar stays open until 12. Could do with still playing some music.
