Our stay in Can Tem was a unique experience and an opportunity to connect with this amazing place. It’s definitely for art lovers who want to experience this kind of accommodation, far away from the touristy places of Mallorca. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Pere is a very friendly and nice host. He is definitely part of this place, you can see it and feel it in his eyes.

We liked everything. Maybe an espresso machine would be a good idea for breakfast, although the filter coffee was not bad at all.

Can Tem is only a few minutes walk from the bus station. The building is beautiful restored. Our room was spacious and had a kettle/tea and a fridge. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and a large supermarket nearby. A continental breakfast and fresh pressed orange juice could be enjoyed in the pretty garden, which can be used any time of the day to relax and have a drink etc. Pere is a lovely host and gave us lots of tips by arrival. We did rent bicycles during our 4-day stay, which we could leave in the secure garage.

Highly recommend a stay at Cam Tem Turismo it is a true boutique experience. Our room on the ground floor was spacious with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfasts are great with a varied choice and we enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. Pere is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble. The location within the old city wall is unique. Parking outside the old city wall isn't a problem, even during the busy weekend of the Feira. Alcudia is a perfect base to explore this area of Mallorca.

What a wonderful family-run small hotel! Each morning our breakfast was a delight to linger over in the lovely courtyard with fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade marmalade, and other wonderful local food! Pere always knew where to guide us to see wonderful island treasures off the beaten path and away from the influencer crowds. Fantastic location in old town. Super comfy. Lovely art.

Very atmospheric place in the old town. Beautiful patio where you can have breakfast. Everything is close, restaurants and a huge free parking lot near the church. Excellent breakfasts. But the best in all of this is the host Pere, a fantastic and positive person who is always willing to talk and help. Remember that the atmosphere of a place is created most by people. Pere is such a person. You won't find anything better.

We came to visit a friend living in Mallorca; the location was ideal and situated in the beautiful streets within the old town walls. We stayed in room 4- was a lovely space and large bathroom with bathtub. Our room had a big terrace (the only one in the property). Pere was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a great selection that you can help yourself to between 8 and 10:30 with freshly squeezed orange juice. We rented a car from the airport and parked it super close for free opposite the church, Església de Sant Jaume.

Was amazing - the only additional thing I can think of would be a mirror in the bedroom so I could get ready whilst my partner was in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in Can Tem so much. Our room was very large and nicely decorated, the House is also very well maintained and decorated with a lot of taste. The breakfast is varied with good products. All this, is possible thanks to Pere and his parents. Pere is amazingly nice and helpful! Thanks a lot!

Location is perfect, beautiful building and garden. Our room was spacious, there was even a bath tub. Great breakfast with good choice: both salty and sweet food, freshly pressed orange juice. Very nice, friendly and helpful host with the family.

Only one tiny thing: the air conditioner. We were told not to change the settings, so it could be either turned on or off. This caused however some cold nights where we ended up waking up at night and turning it off and choosing sleeping in heat instead.

We really liked the location of the place. It's right in the center of Alcudia within the city walls. The building itself is beautiful, well decorated, it has a lovely garden where you eat breakfast. The hosts were super nice and helpful! The breakfast was good.

A couple of things about the room. The fridge unfortunately wasn't working well, it didn't cool our drinks and the air conditionary was not working. It was throwing hot air. Very difficult to sleep in the middle of summer without air con.

We wanted to stay for one night, ended up staying the whole trip. It feels way more like a home than like a typical hotel. Some pros of the place: 1. Lovely property, only 6 rooms in traditionall Villa from XVII century. Very green patio, with many flowers and home to many birds. Thick stone walls provide good sound insulation and help to survive hot weather. Big bathrooms, well equipped rooms. Also perfectly clean. 2. Staff went above and beyond in hospitality, very friendly, any problems were fixed before I managed to report them, very flexible to any of our needs, 3. Nice brekafast - it may not be the biggest buffet, but always had something a bit different and local, also a glass of freshly squeezd orange juice from Mallorcan oranges was a great way to start a day. 4. Location - you are inside authentic medieval city walls, all best things in the city within a 5 min. walk, but it's not a main street and it is suprisingly quiet. We had no trouble with turists/party noise at night, but be warned that with open windows you will hear church bells at least every hour and quite a lot of birds at sunset/sundawn. For us it was a part of the charm. 5. No problem with check-in, if there is no one at the recepcion you get detailed instruction how to collect the keys. 6. Big free public parking, about 4 minutes walk from the place. I really recomend to give this place at least a try, you might love it as we did.

I liked everything, but the hotel has quite a lot of modern art and it's not always "hotel boring" art, so might be not to your taste - still worth one night to see.
