We paid extra for a Seaview room but on a lower down floor there was only a glimpse of it, requested a higher floor and there was one available the next day. Thank you it made all the difference to us. Facilities really good and good value for money. Enjoyed the food as lots of variations. A busy hotel but coped really well. Quick walk to the beach so perfect. When in area again will be back

The rooms could be better soundproofed as could hear lots of noise next door, think we were unlucky both sides a few days of the week. Disturbed sleep but that's the way it goes sometimes. Pillows uncomfortable be nice to have a softer and firmer one - ( used the cushion with pillowcase on in the end)

Friendly helpful staff, Adam was especially helpful with bike routes even though we didn't rent out bikes there. Great breakfast!. Good value . Very clean and nice daily room attendance Good location for bike routes.

Port Pollenca is a little quiet isolated at this time of year but great for cycle routes. And that's what I was there for. Dinner a little less than deserving. So we ate out a few times. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Bring 10 euro cash for the bike key ( we didn't use euros at all on the trip but needed for this item ) Spa had a few things not operating.

Staff were helpful. Pool activities were fun and well organised by enthusiastic staff. Food was varied and of excellent quality. Had a lovely room with good pool and sea views.

Bathroom would benefit from updating, towels were quite old and need to be replaced. Regret that this hotel has discontinued supplying complementary bathroom products, shower caps, body lotion etc, only shower gel /shampoo and conditioner. Guests travelling light appreciate the little gift packs particularly if arriving late. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Tailored for cycling with secure storage, workshop, bike shop and everything a cyclist would need. Food was excellent quality and varied for all types of dietary requirements ( at least 8 varieties of milk on offer!!) again with clear focus for cyclists. Staff were attentive, helpful and always smiling. Facilities were excellent and a couple of hundred metres from the beach. Had a free upgrade and have no negatives about the hotel or staff - possibly the best value I have ever had with a hotel. Already looking at a return for next year with the group that we’re staying in a different hotel and jealous of the facilities and location I had - Thank you to all the staff!!

Nothing to be honest - the first few days appeared to be cyclists only and was like cycling nirvana - a few families with noisy kids arrived on the weekend, but no issues

Very clean and the staff were lovely. Very helpful and super friendly. Excellent choice of breakfast. Delicious food, but coffee not great. However you can always take your own as kettle in room. Lovely big heated pool.

No bidet in bathroom and bath took ages to half fill. Not enough milk allocated in room for tea/coffee but we took up some fresh milk from breakfast. Fridge in room not very cold at all but good to store bits and pieces.

The buffet at the Pollensa Park hotel remains as amazing as ever, very generous, a great choice for breakfast and dinner with many authentic spanish dishes on the menu. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, a new water slide and pools for children, tennis courts, basketball courts,and great bicycle facilities. A quiet area with sun loungers.

Maybe the air con could be a little cooler, the weather was very warm and sunny.

The location is superb, only a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and central Port Pollensa. We were a little unsure of having the all inclusive package, but couldn’t have been happier with the quality and choice of food on offer. Facilities were great and the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much.

Breakfast and dinner amazing. Staff could do any more. We had booked a budget room and it was on the ground floor. Disappointed with shower facilities and no balcony. We probably could have said but arrived at 3:30 am so was to tired to say at reception

The food was very good on most nights, some nights there wasn't as much variety as others. Nice fresh salads with plenty of GF options. Fresh beach towel service very good. We had a very nice room much better than we have had before. Rooms can be very variable. Entertainment generally very good

Reception staff very busy so queues are inevitable and everything runs through reception. Beach towels bike keys gym passes. Not sufficient garage space for bikes so people use bedrooms for bikes and therefore clog the lift's at the start of the fay

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean , nice staff very helpful, good amenities , food okay preferred dinner to breakfast menu but just my personal choice. All in all a lovely holiday and good that we were able to have our Covid tests to return to the UK at the hotel. This was our fourth visit to this hotel over the years and always a pleasant stay. Oh and thank you to management for the surprise bottle of Cave left in our room. We enjoyed it on our balcony on our last evening. Very very hot early September this year so we were pleased to use the cabanas for more shade, we love Puerto Pollensa but due to the heat we didn’t tend to do much this time . But lots to do and see normally and it’s very beautiful. Not usually as warm more just pleasant when we’ve been in September before . But not much we can do about weather would have been bad had it rained every day.
