CIH apartments were by far the best we have stayed in Lanzarote. The location was fabulous, near the beach, very nice restaurants and bars and of course the wonderful beach. Puerto del Carmen was either a reasonable walk or a quick bus ride away. We loved the sea view and although the airport was in the distance it was very quiet. Almost residential. We were so impressed that we will revisit again.

An electric kettle, Boiling on the hob was not what we expected. It would have been nice if there was a small table and chairs to sit down and have a coffee on the balcony.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how bright and clean the space was. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the apartment feel spacious and inviting. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the countertops to the bathroom. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their property, and it made for a very pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the super comfortable pillows. I'm a bit of a pillow snob, so I was thrilled to find that the pillows provided were just the right balance of softness and support. I slept like a baby every night, and it made my stay that much more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a bright, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. !

Really lovely place, we wanted a place that was comfortable where we could relax on days where we were not doing much. It was very clean and everything was provided. Very convenient location, about 5-10 min walk to Los Pocillos beach, with shops and restaurants also nearby. We had hired a car so there was free parkin available in front of the apartment. The area felt very safe and was very quiet.

We had requested a change of towels but was told that because our stay was only 4 nights, this was not possible. There also was a smell in the bathroom. The wifi would not work sometimes for the TV.

Lovely modern equipped apartment, great shower, comfy bed, bottle of water on arrival and toiletries with separate conditioner. Lovely pool area, small secure complex with 8 apartments. 20 mins walk to the start of the strip, Lovely walks (and cycle routes) in both directions. Supermarket, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Help was at hand with quick responses if we had any questions.

Great place and value for money. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Calm and nice neighbourhood.

Areas for improvement: we missed beach/pool towels, and the pool was cold (in March).

Beautiful property! I liked the structure There are just a few apartments so it’s quite around ! Lovely swimming pool and cleaning everyday around it ! The shops and restaurants are just 2-3 minutes from the apartament !

We were there late November/early December. Loved the apartment, and the location and how quickly the staff responded to email queries. I would return, we were in number 4. I wasn't aware in advance that it was self check in, which was fine, they allowed us to store our bags, when we arrived around noon. The man we had phone and email contacts with was so helpful. Even going in to search from some cards I thought I had left behind. I actually found them later, at home.

The sofas on the patio need more filling, they were difficult to get off. Please replace the glass coffee table with one which is more visible. Both my friend and I had multiple bruises on our legs, from walking into it

Swimming pool was very cold.

Immaculate apartment and pool area. Everything we needed was provided and linen and towels were pristine and good quality. Amazing location which was quiet and felt secluded but we were only a short walk to everything. We had a flight cancelled by TUI and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. We will definitely be booking this property on our next visit to Lanzarote.
