The location is great right on the beach and the pool area is lovely and spacious with plenty of sunbeds. Our room had a pool view which was great.

The Chinese and Italian restaurants were very poor. Definitely not what you’d get in a Chinese restaurant or an Italian. Needs to be improved because the decor in both restaurants is lovely but the food is a let down.

2nd time here. Great facilities two large pools one was heated (pools bit deep), kids club was brilliant my girls really enjoyed it (age 6 and 10). Food was good, considering I had one very fussy child! The staff were lovely, especially Viktor in the dining room, my kids loved him. He made dinner dinner time really fun for them. Nice spa pool too. Gym could do with been updated a little but we got by with what was there. Location was excellent not too far from airport (10mins). Would definitely go back again with my children.

We loved the rooms. They were spacious and we had a great view. The hotel listened to our requested. We wanted our rooms next to each other and the hotel accommodated this. The location of the hotel is very central. Close to airport and shops. Great variety at breakfast. Hotel spotless. Rooms cleaned daily. Would definetly recommend this hotel.

The kids were disappointed the tapi wasn't there and staff were unaware who he was when asked. The animation entertainment team directed all their daily activities towards towards the larger heated pool. Not once did they come near the kids pool. The family had booked the tennis and football court through reception. When arrived for their booking the animation/entertainment team had ignored the booking and had given to another family. The kids were very disappointed and upset with this and never got to play on the courts during the stay.

Room was very spacious, great location. Staff was very friendly. Didn't have any days at the pool was out exploring the island. Man who I hired the car from at the hotel reception was very friendly.

Didn't feel like a 4 star. Half the restaurants was closed, no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms and no coffee shop located inside the building. Had to wait for the restaurant to open in the morning to get a cuppa. My bathroom mirror was filthy when I was bathing the young one the mirror had steamed up and someone had wrote there name on it. Decor could do with updating but all in all it was a lovely break.

superior room was lovely and modern and spacious, glad I had booked as others looked quite dated. fabulous pool area and great location for the beach, seafront walks and easy walks to the nearby shops/restaurants

Food was not great quality for all inclusive, same food for lunches and dinners. if going back would do bed and breakfast

The entrance to the hotel was beautiful.. Nice and clean. My room was lovely, a lick of paint wouldn't go astray but my bathroom was v nice and beds comfy. The view was lovely from my balcony also.. location perfect. Next time I'll return with my kids as I know they're make the short walks to the beach shops etc.

The reception staff were ok to deal with. There was no help at the breakfast buffet, alot of older visitors were left confused.. The food was not good... I did not avail of the dinner included in my booking as the breakfast (fry) was not nice..

We really enjoyed the newly renovated rooms, they were beautiful and extremely clean, all of the staff in the hotel were extremely friendly, the pool area was kept beautiful and clean and the water was kept at a nice temperature for this time of year. It was close to the beach front so sea views were also beautiful from our room. The area the hotel was in was handy. The spa facility was probably one of the best we’ve ever been in. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We didn’t like how vast the hotel was, it felt like a bit of a maze and after 4 nights we were still getting lost and couldn’t get our bearings.

the room doesnt have a double bed for couple, is always two single beds separated, placed next to each other , u can hear the planes as airport is nearby, the entertainment is a bit dated even though is various every evening and the age range of tourists is waste, so maybe is needed that way

My room was refurbished and very pleasant. It was a great size and the balcony had a lovely view. The bed was very comfy. The hotel is kept clean and the staff are helpful, friendly and spoke many languages. The hotel has wonderful plants and trees with birds and is very well maintained. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the pools, loungers and hydrotherapy pool in the spa. It's close to the airport so no long, costly transfer and great to see all the planes! The beach is right across the road and there are many shops, restaurants, bike/car hire places bars, cash machines within minutes. Excellent value for money and I had a really great stay. I was sad to leave.

My room was directly above the show bar and it was very loud. I noticed this as i spent the evenings in my room as I like to get up early. If this is likely to bother you, ask to stay on another side of the hotel - it is a big place and when I stayed there previously, this noise was nowhere near as loud. I would have used the gym more if it was open longer - 11:00-18:00 means that I missed the opening times more than I would have liked.
