breakfast opened for service at 0800 which I thought was a little late. long waits for coffee machine bathroom flooded when you had a shower, water couldn't drain fast enough away AC not very effective. reported to reception unsure whether it was investigated as there was no change in room temperature. Was only staying a few says so didn't pursuit.

We had really great time in here! Hotel is just a few minutes by taxi from the airport. Everything was nice, clean, food was tasty (plenty of options). Pool was also clean with many sunbeds around, drinks in the lobby were good, beach is only few meters from the hotel (you only have to cross the street and you are on a huge sandy beach with sunbeds!) Front desk people were friendly and helpful. There is not a thing I would complain about! I can also recommend car rent service by Cicar. They delivered our car to the hotel and in the end of our stay we just left the keys in the reception. To city center (or to places with more shops and restaurants you have to walk cca. 15 minutes, but it's a nice walk by the beach. And supermarket is just few meters from the hotel. The hotel is very well located, from the yard you can go directly to the beach. Everything is clean and well organized, the employees are friendly and willing to help you. I was surprised by how well they organized the Christmas Party. The children received presents from the hotel, even we adults found a small detail in the room. Wonderful gala and Christmas dinner, everything was great, congratulations to the managers and employees. Everything superlative, food, drink, atmosphere.

The only minus I can find is that the water in the pool is very cold.

pros- -All the staff where lovely even the cleaners and waiters. -Comfortable bed’s -picturesque view from my room of the pool and beach ( i stayed in 346) -Location is great if you do not want to be in the hussle and bussle of PDC (take a right and you have a 30 min walk to PDC, great walk! take a left and you have jameos area) -lots of places to walk. -english channels on the tv -Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice but the orange juice is unfortunately from concentrate gave me a dodgy stomach :/ - 10m from airport. -beautiful, clean and friendly hotel. -Good Wifi -beachfront. Cons- -No heated pool but i don’t think that is an issue unless under 23 or so. - Poor tea time options- luckily i had read the previous reviews and decided to do just bed and breakfast and i was glad i did however i did stay one night for dinner just to sample it for myself and compared to breakfast options i was really shocked at the lack of tea time options. Everyone just seemed to be walking around with there empty plate looking to see what they could actually put together. I had some pasta nothing special after that i could only find some dry chips to eat. Would i stay again? yes! definitely! but on B&B bases as there is lots of good restaurant choices close by :) Also i travelled alone for a week and felt very safe.

poor tea time food options

Location was perfect if you like things on the quieter side, though not too far to walk or get a taxi to the hustle and bustle. Lovely beach just across the road and loads of bars, restaurants and shops a short walk away. Hotel staff were all so nice, facilities great, food and drinks good... The breakfast buffet is brilliant. Perfect place to stay with our 7 year old son.

Pool temperature a little on the cold side, which in fairness is nice on the hotter days, but not as appealing on a cooler day.

Didn’t like that when I arrived and got my room key and opened my door there were still guests In the room we were assigned too. Also, the cleaners come around soooo early, would be better if they came around after breakfast.

Nice hotel, breakfast average,i would skip breakfast nxt time,had a late flt home, got a lovely little courtesy room to freshen up in after check out,safe and beach towels free,if ur looking for a quiet,peaceful, hotel in a stunning setting,thia ticks all d boxes,would stay again

Bring your own hairdryer, small one in the bathroom,not great,no kettle in room and the bed is 2 single beds together but they are not strapped together,husband is big so was nearly slipping through d slit, pool cold

Perfect hotel for family stay. During our stay there was a very chill out atmosphere = especially afternoons when slow music was playing and everyone was just relaxing. No screaming, running loud music, animations. Not sure how it is during high season. Location = ideal, just across the road there is a hige beach with umbrellas and beach loungers ( you need pay extra because it is owned by city council). Within a 5-10 minutes walk you have many pubs, bars, restaurants, ice cream stands, grocery stores, small shops. So everything is pretty much close. You can park your car for free next to the hotel. Hotel = is an older hotel but fully refurbished. It has very generous corridors and halls. Not like modern hotels. Hotel has one outdoor pool with a lifeguard and a section for small childrens. Next to the pool is a small playground, mini golf and table tennis. Thanks to the really big trees there is no issue with the sun. Rooms = quite nice with a balcony, air conditioning, space sufficient for 3 persons (2 adults, children) but lack of storage space - not a big issue. Service = everyone who is working there is always smiling. It was veeeery surprising to me. Room was 100% clean every day. Food = just perfect. We had only half board, but breakfast and dinners were delicious. Local food combined with "standard" food prepared on a high level. All staff members were professionals and we did not notice any issues during our stay. Highly recommended hotel for its location, staff, services and chill out atmosphere.

Maybe time for breakfast shoudl be one hour earlier, same for the dinner.

The location of the hotel was very handy to get from the airport. The place is located in a quiet area at the longest beach in Puerto del Carmen. It was a nice walk along the seaside to get to the city center but you also could hop on a taxi/bike/scooter. The food was very delicious, different cuisine and very varied. I was amazed by the plants in the hotels inside and the amazing views I had from my balcony. The SPA center offered various massages which were the perfect way to spend my birthday. Entertainment every night with live music. At the end of the stay when I checked out, I could hang around the hotel to wait for my plane so I still had a whole day to enjoy myself-great facilitation. The hotel arranged a taxi to travel back home. I met lovely people and really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend :)

The room next to me was decorated during my stay, with no noise but work carried, and the balcony door was squeaky. Tap water was offered later during my stay (you did not have to pay for coffee or juice but drinking water which surprised me at the 4-star hotel a lot-though I agreed to pay for bottled/glass water). Then I was informed on the local trip by the guide that Lanzarote has very limited access to drinking water as they need to import bottled / glass water from the surrounding islands.
