I stayed at Serenity Amadores with my partner for 9 days and 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect. It was about a 15/20 minute walk to Europa Centre, 10 minutes from the beach and about €8 for taxi to Puerto Rico shopping centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a special thank you to Jordan who made fantastic cocktails and was extremely friendly and helpful as he recommended good night life in the area for me and my partner. Ana on reception was particularly attentive and very friendly and helped me to improve my Spanish, she always greeted us with a huge smile. The staff were very friendly here and made our experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in the top level rooms and it was perfect. The bed was extremely comfy and we had everything we could possibly need such as kettle, air conditioning, huge balcony, huge tv, huge bathroom etc. the room was extremely spacious and was cleaned to perfection everyday by Rosalia. I loved the small attention to detail that this hotel had such as giving a yellow towel for the pool as well as two towels each for shower and an extra towel. The towels were changed every two days and the room and hotel was extremely clean. I felt extremely safer staying in this hotel as the gates locked at 10pm and you needed a room key to access the reception. They had a shower room and somewhere to leave bags after check out so you can stay go down to pool and shower before your flight. The pool was perfect and quiet so easy to relax and very enjoyable. There was plenty of sun loungers and there was a sign that said you can’t reserve them with your towels but we never had any difficulty in securing two even in the afternoon at 1pm. There was always sun umbrellas around the pool which was lovely. I would recommend this hotel to young/ older couples. Again a huge thank you to Jordan and Ana who were extremely friendly and made our holiday so special :)

A very quiet location matching the name Serenity with great view of the bay. Very helpful staff, lightly heated swimming pool with plenty of room around it for sunbathing. There is a shop for some items of food and essentials next to the reception. There was a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away for a wider choice of foods. The undercover car park was ideal for the smaller car, but bigger ones could be accommodated and it was part of the main building. It was secured at night by a gate that could be opened by the room key. There was a gym overlooking the pool area of needed. The rooms were spacious both with sliding doors that could be locked slightly open if required. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment including a Nespresso machine for which we could buy pods from the shop or the supermarket. There are many taxis to ease the trip up to the property unless very energetic.

It is about a 30 minute walk from the town up a very steep hill which was attempted only once. Going down though was around 10 minutes.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The whole complex was so clean and tidy everywhere. It was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing and we had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what we needed! Also, the Jacuzzi on our terrace was a wonderful treat!

The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the workmen having their lunch right beside our terrace everyday. This made us feel quite uncomfortable sunbathing. However, I completely understand the work being carried out during this quieter time of year but it's just something that we didn't like.

Very nice small hotel. Cleanless , friendliness superb. All amenities in the kitchen as needed. Great sun beds and table with chairs.

Pool could be warmer. Would be nice to have a breakfast on the site. A hut in the garden has been closed . Not sure what was the purpose. Aircondition not so strong . Fan unit wobbly. I was afraid to use it. I have requested late check out and has been confirmed but then reception told me we cannot have late check out.

Staff are fantastic, it is spotlessly clean and the views are amazing. There's a very well equipped kitchenette in the room, which is very handy. Bathrooms are huge, as is the TV. Amadores beach is a 15-20 minute walk down a steep hill but it is well worth it. Beautiful sand and clean water. It is has the feel of a much more upmarket resort than Puerto Rico.

Beds are very firm, especially the fold out bed, and the nice little outdoor bar, which opened part way through our stay, closed at 5pm. Maybe it stays open later at peak times. Minor faults as the handy on-site shop sells a good range of beers and wine.

Very large room & balcony with excellent facilities. Comfortable large bed. Great twin basin bathroom. Helpful polite and efficient staff & useful basic necessities shop for essential foods & water. Our STAR service was the daily delivery of fresh rolls & croissants to our room!

Unfortunately during our 10 night stay a construction build was being carried out on the ground floor rooms. Extremely noisy especially around the pool area but also on our balcony meaning we spent less time around the hotel than anticipated. Had the Sunday peaceful ambience been maintained daily this review would have been five ⭐ We were given a goodwill gesture compensation which although appreciated did not take away our disappointment.

We were looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating break and the villa certainly provided this. Beautiful view, excellent pool, a jacuzzi on the private terrace and comfortable facilities inside meant that we had what we needed to really relax. The bay has zero nightlife so it was incredibly peaceful at all hours.

The accommodation is self-catering and there's a small shop by reception. Although there was an advertised breakfast, the facility was only open on certain days and provided limited options. Not having any real onsite bar or restaurant facilities seemed surprising for such luxurious surroundings.

The property was stunning and the views where just incredible, the whole place has a really nice vibe and is so relaxing. The staff are brilliant and so helpful. The balcony is massive compared to what you normally get in other apartments. Facilities where amazing, on site bar and shop and you can order pizza from to your room in the evening if you don’t feel like going out because the hotel have a link with them.

Nothing to do with the property but the location can be a bit tricky if you don’t have a car and taxis aren’t cheap (€5) to get to the bottom of the hill, it’s fine walking down but can be abit of a hike coming back up. But the views from the top are unbeatable so worth the walk, would recommend hiring a car if possible.

I really liked the accommodation based on the pictures, but it was even better in person, a fantastic place. The view is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful, they did everything to make our stay good. There is a convenience store next to the reception where guests of the hotel can buy basic things if they don't want to go to the store (very convenient, for example I needed sugar or a coffee capsule and I was glad that I didn't have to get in the car and go down to the store). The pool was excellent and so were the sunbeds. I can recommend it to everyone.

Our family was impressed by a very warm welcoming from receptionists on arrival and later, any time when you have a question. Ana and Anastasia were exceptionally nice and very helpful to address our family questions! In addition, we would like to special thank Anastasia for prompt help to address an issue with air conditioning in our room. The sunny and panoramic views from the room terrace are fantastic! The pool is not deep and large, the sun beds are always available for residents. The bar location is very comfortable with a nice panoramic view and a very friendly Jordan who is always there to serve a tasty drink and keep you smile! Availability of late checkout was crucial to maintain our quality time before leaving for the late evening flight. The cleaning stuff, Ana and Rosalia, were very polite and they did a very good job to keep the room clean and fresh, including kitchen, beds and toilet/toiletries, and terrace too. Thank you so much for comfortable and relaxing atmosphere!
