Wonderful accomodation. Stayed in the room with the huge bathroom on the top floor. It was a very stormy night with lots of wind and rain. Super cool to play cards in the dining area while listening to the wind howl and then to take a warm bath in the sunken tub. Location was perfect to explore Ronda. If you need to park a car, they have a 10 euro negotiated rate wtih a parking lot that is nearby.

We didn't mind, but it was a number of steps to get up to the amazing bathroom. So if any issues with stairs or if you get up in the middle of the night and need to use the restroom, you might want to take this into consideration if you try to book this specific room.

We had the room with the bathroom upstairs, in the tower. The view was AMAZING!!! I can’t even explain it, just incredible view from ALL the windows. The HUGE 2 person tub was fantastic (also a nice shower in there). The hotel was in a good location. We walked all over from there. The patio, off the dining room area, has a great view of the gorge and bridge. Took photos from that patio-balcony. Our room had a nice sofa and a nice little balcony.

Parking is difficult and a very long way from hotel. Also, hard to find the door/gate to get inside. But… I am not sure parking anywhere in Ronda is easy. The room with the bathroom in the tower has quite a few steps up to it. This was fine for us but people with mobility issues would not want to book that room.

Extraordinary hotel in the very center of Ronda located in a former "Villa/Palacio". The view from our room balcony was spectacular, directly on the Ronda bridge and the Ronda valley. The rooms had a particular "design", not really modern, but spacious and comfortable, with a big shower and nice bath tub. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The "villa" itself is quite spectacular as well. A la carte breakfast with fantastic view was also nice.

Parking situation is difficult, since the hotel is located in a small & busy street of the old town. The parking garage itself is aprox. 10min walking minutes away from the hotel (with discount price from the hotel).

First, you walk through a sliding heavy door to the small outdoor terrace and then into a dream-like Spanish villa. And it gets better and better. Our suite had a dressing room!!, with a sumptuous bedroom around the corner, and a spa-like bathroom. Above all, the most breathtaking views. I honestly could have stayed in the room for my vacation. The hotel is in the ideal location the walk and see the major sites and in a neighborhood with charming houses, churches, and parks.

This is hardly a dislike. The hotel is located on the ridge of a cliff wall and if the wind is blowing very hard there is a constant whistling sound. But I thought it was a little romantic.

The location is unbeatable and the building is gorgeous. The views were breathtaking and to be able to see the bridge and the surrounding area from our room was a treat. The check-out process was very nice, with the receptionist understanding a small price miscommunication.

Our check-in process wasn't good. We arrived at 2 pm, as we'd informed the hotel, but all the main doors were closed; I tried to call reception (both numbers), but nobody picked up. A neighbor had to show me how one sliding door could be opened (maybe a sign should be on it?). When she finally arrived at the desk, the receptionist was (as she told me 3 times) very sick. She wasn't wearing a mask and she coughed into her hand throughout the check-in process while handling our documents and keys. We also found it difficult to get some clear, basic information from her (my husband is also a Spaniard, so it wasn't a linguistic issue), but that might have been due to her illness. Understandably, because of that experience, we chose not to have breakfast in the hotel.

Superb location. Great bars and restaurants nearby and easy to get to sites and shops. Very modern clean and tidy....high class and expensive furnishings.Good toiletries in large bathroom

Small things Hard to find as no signs to it unlike other nearby hotels. Spa bath probably hadn't been used for a long time and produced dirt. Only one chair in smallish bedroom .

It was okay. We ordered what we understood was the traditional Spanish breakfast of toast with tomato and olive oil. We've eaten that exact breakfast for a month in other hotels and at Villa Zambra, the tomato included in the breakfast was just one cherry tomato...not a bowl of crushed tomatoes or sliced tomatoes either. It was extremely disappointing and we chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of the stay.

Other than breakfast, nothing.

Amazing property built into the side of the gorge with magnificent views. An elegant property beautifully furnished with comfortable rooms, good bed linen and luxurious towels. This small hotel was nearly perfect but just needed a few little tweaks . Tea or coffee facilities in room, a bar with service (even just in the evening for a few hours), a shower screen not a curtain in room. Only small things but to me would have made a real difference.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room. Parking situation. No bar

We stayed 4 Nights in the Junior Suite. Spectacular place with unbeliveble views - either from your own terrace or from the balcony of the villa - like a front-row seat in an opera-house for a scene that changes every minute…The Puente Nuevo glowing in the sunlight or enlighted at night - a glass of wine, a good coffee or tea - served by the loveley owners - pure enjoyment… . Situated in the Old-Town, everything is nearby - and don’t worry about parking - you will be assisted where to park secure and for free. The most friendly hosts will welcome you. Don’t expect all the modern facillities as in a sterile 4-Star-Hotel - the bathroom was fitted with all the things you need - perfecly cleaned each day - the facillities modern and most stylish. Sometimes, there seemed to be a minor problem with the drain - but that is unimportant - if you take into account where you are - in a stylish villa with the charakter, environment and furniture of a little castle. Noone would expect all the unnecessary gadgets of a sterile new car in a stylish roadster :-). Thanks for the extraordinary stay. This place is for individualists looking for something very special - far off the mainstream - and still won’t miss comfort and luxury. I‘m sure, even Mr. Bond would love this spectacular location :-).
