Fabulous room in a beautiful hotel. Not cheap but the room was great with a big comfortable bed and armchairs in the bedroom and a separate sitting room with sofa and storage space. Each room had its own large TV. Great shower, separate from toilet. Amazing view from bedroom terrace with table and chairs. Dinner in the restaurant is exceptional.

Seemed a bit much having to pay for parking after paying a premium price for the room.

The location is just perfect, the pool view is amazing. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a 4* hotel.

Our access card was demagnetized 5 times in 1 day and it was extremely annoying to get to your room to find out it’s not working and so that you have to go to the reception, wait in line and then have them reactivate it.

The view over Ronda valley from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We had only planned to stay one night but when we saw the room and the view we asked for another night. The staff are very friendly and efficient and it is clear the hotel is run to a very high professional standard.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations of a hotel in a small town! The staff were exceedingly friendly and helped us with booking dinner reservations at restaurants/ calling a cab / general directions around town The views of the mountain ranges and the valley from our terrace were amazing, and the spa was great for a nice dip in the hydrotherapy pool and massage after a long bus journey to Ronda. Their in house restaurant also served amazing food - desserts and the local wine were also out of this world! We wished we could have stayed on for more than 2 days to explore all the photogenic cobbled streets and alleys of the town!

The rooms and windows have a one way sliding door system that limits the wind from coming into the room during the evening. The rooms can be quite warm as the air-conditioning didn’t seem to come on despite many tries. November is a very nice time to come to Ronda as the evenings are cool and sleeping with the doors and windows open is really relaxing

great property, just a 5 minute walk to town and the sites. lovely and quiet with a beautiful view. we had a junior suite with a beautiful vista, the room is huge. staff were excellent and the hotel is nice. ate at the restaurant which we don’t normally do but the food was beautiful, staff excellent!

the smell down near the bar from the spa is not great. the rooms are huge but a little outdated style wise.

We chose a room with a view over the gorge with a balcony which was worth the extra cost. The pool was warm enoughto swim, even in April. Pool towels were provided.

Having to pay for parking.

The hotel and location is very good. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The team of beverage (bar and breakfast) are so friendly too. Beautiful experience for 2nd time. Favorite hotel in Ronda.

From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff are amazing here and so helpful. Our room was at the corner with the most amazing views and a lovely terrace. Great air con in the room as well. Comfortable bed. Parking was easy on arrival and no problem finding a space. Breakfast was fantastic with the most amazing fruit salad. Evening meal was also very good. The steak is to die for. As for the cheesecake, the waiter said it was the best and he was right. Great service as well. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the old bridge past the bull ring. We have stayed in Ronda before at a top hotel which we wasn't impressed with the service but this hotel was so much better in every way. We would stay here again for sure.

This hotel is top notch. The building is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and very clean. We particularly liked the bathroom with a fantastic shower and a separate toilet with bidet and then even a separate area for the sink. The beds were very comfortable and accomodated us easily as a family of three, which is difficult in a hotel room. The terrace off our room was spacious and although we did not have the valley view, we did have a lovely tree out our terrace with many birds. We were even able to check in a bit earlier, which was very appreciated. The staff were very professional and courteous, from the person opening the door for us, to the front desk, bar and restaurant staff and housecleaning. The coffee and tea offerings were lovely in the room. The pool was spectacular - very clean and the view and deck and grass seating, was perfect to soak up as summer season was beginning. Our dinner at the restaurant there was delicious with exceptional service. We were wowed.

Nothing really - perhaps the hot tub being turned on for the cooler evening.
