For a 4-star property, the room was comfortable and well furnished but not great. The rooms were kept clean and the air-conditioning worked well which is always important in Spain. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool with a little green area surrounding it and a functional fitness centre whose ventilation / AC could be improved. Although the location wasn't great for a conference attendee being far from town and not that close to the conference centre, getting a cab was easy.

Dinner turned out great but there was only one server on duty and although she did her best, that is way understaffed for a hotel of this rating. This single bad experience considerably soured my impression of an other wise good stay. I initially had lots of problems with getting my stay shortened by a night thanks to poor communication / protocols between Booking.com and the property but it did get sorted out in the end. Kudos to the hotel management.

Very welcoming reception, very clean and comfortable room with Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. Very generous breakfast included. Although we didn’t use the fitness suite it looked very clean with ample equipment. The swimming pool was a treat with plenty of sunbeds and clean water.

I felt it was a shame there wasn’t a daytime snack bar offering drinks etc. There isn’t a local bar in walking distance, cans and crisps are available from reception but a very limited selection. The bar service in the evening was understaffed and slow but the food was good and reasonably priced.

The location is close to the airport which is what we wanted. It is clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The staff called an early morning taxi to the airport for us.

There is no shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant opens for a limited supper menu at 8:00 pm. There is a scarcity of electrical outlets in the room we had. It would have been helpful to be able to plug my phone in close to the bed.

Lovely modern hotel. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! This hotel is on the outskirts of Seville so you'll need to take an Uber or the bus to get downtown. We found a lovely local neighborhood cafe and it was nice not being in a super touristy area. It was very quiet at night. We really appreciated the onsight, free parking! (but get there early as there are not a lot of spots!)

One thing is that, while the bathroom is very modern and stylish, the glass door offers no privacy. The tub has a weird shape and the glass tub door just hangs a little loose so really the only thing to hold onto is the bar in the tub when you get in and out. In other words, if you've had a bit of rioja at dinner, you have to be careful if you shower later! Or if you are older and have balance problems, this might not be ideal for you.

Although the price was still a bit high, it wasn't that bad by the Seville standards. The staff were friendly and the interior of the hotel looked much better than what it looks like from the outside.

The location of the hotel can be a problem for those who want to go to the city center, as it's located near to the airport and the nearest bus stop is about 10-15 mins of walk. Our room was not the cleanest in terms of layer of dust on the furniture, but it doesn't mean it was dirty as such. It just seemed that the room had not been used for some time.

Nice helpful staff, rooms and hotel are clean and modern, service in bar was good and reasonably priced.

Only criticism is me really, I forgot it's an airport hotel so people would leave early (noise), I was there to chill, but altogether a good place.

This hotel is relatively near the airport, so we stayed for a night before an early flight. The staff was super friendly. As we left before breakfast would have started, we got a cup of coffee & a very generous breakfast to go. The rooms are well equipped and clean, and so is the bathroom with toilettries, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to the highway, still you cannot hear it at all. There is also free parking at the premises. It was a good choice.

Very nice breakfast buffet. Dinner was also tasty. Helpful front desk staff. Especially so in the morning with assistance on getting a bus downtown.

Noisy. Our room faced the freeway and even with the window closed, it was a constant sound. Could not easily control the room temperature to cool off the room. Fne to save energy but hallways were very dark.

Excellent location close to airport. Clean hotel, very good breakfast, parking.

A little detail in the room. There is a coffee machine in the room which is fantastic but even if there is also tea bags in the room, there is no boiler to have hot water for the tea. We had to use the coffee machine with no coffee capsules getting an awful tea with coffee flavor

I especially enjoyed the breakfast selections and its coffee. All the staff were excellent and most accomodating.

In making my reservation I specifically stated I wanted a non room. We were given a room, however that reeked of smoke in spite of a sign on the desk of the room which stated 'NO SMOKING ALLOWED'. We returned to the reception, requested another room and received it. Gratefully, there was room. \
