Very clean, pretty apartment well kitted out with most things supplied by the owner. Close to the metro which is easy and cheap to use. A choice of places to eat within walking distance. Information on the local area supplied by the owner with maps etc. Nice outlook over the park Plenty of parking

No kettle, although there is a coffee maker and every other appliance you could need. We were a little confused when we arrived because we were looking for a hotel sign or obvious entrance of some kind but it is actually like an air b&b with a private owner. It would have been less stressful for us if we had arranged to meet in the cafe across the road, but it all worked out in the end and the owner is super freindly and helpful.

Everything was great: the host Maribel is very nice and helpful, good location (even if it's far from the center, you have good public transportation connections). The apartment is situated in a quiet area, in a block of 10 floors and we found a lot of food always available, we never met another guests which is very good in my opinion. Absolutely nothing to complain.

A small disadvantage would be the fact that the hot water is supplied by a boiler/heater and at some point, cold water comes instead of the hot one if you use it for much longer time. For example, if me and my husband took the shower one after the other without a some minutes break, at some point the hot water runed out. The heater is quite small.

The flat was cozy and clean,with all the facilities included from shampoo till a proper breakfast.We felt very good and we have been welcomed by Isabel,a very nice and friendly person.Thanks for hosting us.

It was a little bit far away from center but the metro is 5-10 minutes away so you can reach it very easily.

Location, Parking Service and snack drink food. Maribel gave us big welcome, guided me to parking area even when i arrived before planned arrival time. She was so nice. the comfortable room service made me love seville more.

Comfortable beds. Good washing facilities and toiletries. Very friendly staff.

Check out time was 10am. Very early to get up and washed and have breakfast and tidy up. Also check in after 15:00. So not anywhere near 24 hours for the one night booking.

The apartment is super cute, nicely decorated and you have an incredible view from the 9th floor. The fridge, counter and cupboards are full of snacks, fruits, drinks and everything you need for breakfast and not only. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Our host, Maribel was very nice and explained us everything. The location is a 5 min walk from the metro station and 4 metro stops from the center.

Maribel was a great host meeting us and explaining everything about the flat which was tidy and well maintained. There was plenty of choices for breakfast and also facilities to make some scrumbled eggs or cook something quickly. The metro station was just nearby and in a couple of stops you get to the city centre.

We loved everything but it would have been amazing to have an iron available.

A clean and good taste appartement at the nine floor of a building.The view from the window is beautiful, I saw all sunrises and a moonrise..so special moment. The breackfast was diverse very diverse, we had a lot of things to eat and drink.Cosmetic things also. Close to the metro.
