We stayed here to visit SICAB, the big horse show. I would say the hotel is more for business than pleasure. Our room was bigger & better than expected - we had a separate sitting room with a sofa, TV and desk, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The location was great for us - close to bus stops so we could take the bus to the SICAB exhibition centre (every 15 minutes) and also into the old part of the city. Bus fares 1.40 euro per trip. The hotel has a small pool which we used. There aren't too many places close by for an evening meal, but a little cafe across the square for breakfast.

The down side to the hotel is the food situation. It does have a 'restaurant' but it looked more like a canteen. We didn't actually eat there due to poor reviews. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Fantastic room size with suite facilities. Great view from 8th floor. Front desk always very helpful. Bus terminus for no. 22 and 27 to the centre, right outside the hotel. Also good was option to check out late for a small fee, as we had a late flight.

Lifts got blocked and stopped working. Had to take stairs on 8th floor. Coffee in room not replenished and only given 2 sachets. Very far 50 minute bus ride to centre means it"s not easy to pop back for a quick freshen up before the evening. Not much to do or see near the hotel.

The staff members were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and the wine was excellent value. The 27 bus stop to the centre is right outside the hotel. It terminates right in the city centre. The hotel is situated between the airport and the city centre.

Thieves operate in the area so beware. Although some distance from the centre, the bus is convenient and cheap.

It was very close to a bus stop with different buses to take you in to the city centre, but also close to the airport. Secure parking was available, which was important to us as we know how difficult it is to drive and park in Seville, but we also had the car to take us to the airport. The receptionist was great and very helpful with her advice. The room was very clean and had a balcony.

The air conditioning was set at 25C, so we had to leave the balcony door open as it was too hot to sleep in the room. This didn’t cause a problem as the curtain and blackout blind was thick.

Our stay in Vertice Seville, location is out of the main city so we took the bus ride in. This is a lovely was to travel you get to see so much more. Good to travel to areas nearby. Local bars/restaurants nearby very welcoming!

The hotel reception was always busy, more staff might help. Restaurant noisy with children running about.

Room was really good size and the beds were very comfortable The hotel is about 25 minutes in the car from centre which suited us as we booked here because it was beside the palacio de congreso. You can pay to park at hotel but there is loads of free parking outside

The gym facilities are RUBBISH and not what is shown in the pictures. All there is is a set of dumbbells and 1 cross trainer

An amazing apartment in a fabulous city! This is a special place to stay where the standards of comfort, decor and cleanliness are exceptional. The location is perfect, with all the treasures of Seville’s history within walking distance and restaurants galore to choose from. We were given a very warm welcome and really appreciated the kind concern and help provided for a badly sprained wrist acquired on the journey there. We loved our experience here and would very happily return.

The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom and a comfortable bed. The check-in staff were very good and helpful. Regular bus service into the city.

Parking. There is a car park under the hotel but the corners are tight, ok for smaller cars but a challenge for larger ones. Also the barrier doesn't always read the ticket to let you out! The explanation of what to do could be clearer.

Fantastic location for a trip with a car, 10 min from the airport and 15 min to down town with alot of parking around. the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having the heated pool was definitely a plus for the kids. Many places around to have tapas and breakfast if you want. The restaurant in the hotel was a good option for dinner as well.
