Casa 95 is the perfect place to stay in Seville if you’re looking for a modern, clean and beautifully decorated apartment stones throw from great restaurants and bars. Apartment 203 was beautiful and has a completely private, not overlooked pool which had the sun all afternoon - well needed after a morning exploring in the heat of Seville! The host was fantastic and always on hand to answer questions and provided some great restaurant recommendations. The restaurant next door serves the best tapas we have had anywhere in Spain and, with a glass of wine at €3 it would be rude not to visit. Will return again and recommend to everyone.

The location is perfect. You can pretty much walk to all the city key locations and you have dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops right at your doorstep. Despite being super busy right outside the door, you can't hear any of the noises from inside.

I cannot find any fault.

Perfect location for local bars and restaurants, short walk to the shopping district and very short taxi rides to tourist attractions. Lovely sized apartment for a couple and the cooling plunge pool was a lovely addition, considering the heat!

Only because we’re used to a super king bed at home, the bed was a little snug for us, but that’s just a personal preference 😊

Great location, nice apartment, comfortable bed, good air con and the plunge pool good for cooling down. Lots of nice bats and restaurants nearby and if visiting Isla Magica it’s very nearby!

We thought the pool was included in our property but it wasn’t so had to upgrade (best to double check your apartment choice) and then thought the pool was bigger due to the pictures but it’s actually just a plunge pool. Still good for cooling down though in the summer Sevilla heat!

Best bed of entire trip. Extra large shower with excellent flooring, non-slippage (could use small shelf for soap/shampoo, but we managed). Location is awesome. Busiest place in town, yet apt siper quiet. Good internet. Huge, soft bath towels cleaning staff very nice. Hosts very responsive

Excellent location, walking distance from points of interest, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Clean and with very good facilities.

A very strong smell of dampness which made us take antiallergenic pills. Apt 1 has windows in the interior court and as a result the bad smell was permanent and no natural light. As the windows face the court it has no privacy.

Everything about the place is unique, flawless, special. The interior is very modern design, great size of each suite, super comfy bed, amazing shower, towels Just high end quality in all details. I truly loved it. it's on the best stays ever list. The agent was very professional and helpful. Located in an area with lots of restaurants choices and the hop on sightseeing passing by.

It is a 8 mins walk from the parking garage. But that is for all places in the historic center. And this one is very convenient to reach.

Loved this - such an amazing idea in the heart of Seville...you step right out into the City Centre whilst seeming to be in your own little paradise when in the apartment
