The room was very clean and came with a modern safe, disposable slippers, body pillows, a controllable thermostat, and a great tub. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a very good location for good tapas and drinks. It is only a nice 20 minute walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral...along the way you will find great ice cream and shopping. I highly recommend the Sacristia de Santa Anna for when you are staying in Sevilla!

Sacristia was a very cute, small hotel. It has all you need. The location is convenient, right at the Hercules Plaza, which it turns live in the late afternoon/evenings. The room was very quiet. I didn't hear any noise, but at the same time, we got an interior room, which felt a bit different since they only have one tiny window. The personnel was friendly. If you are looking for a comfortable stay, not breaking the bank, this is your place. It has all you need. If you like flashy, new, top of the line stuff.... look somewhere else. This is what makes Sacristia unique. It's an old but renovated hotel.

The room we booked was interior, but only had one tiny window. It felt weird, but that's what you get for the price. We didn't have breakfast since we were leaving very early.

Lovely staff, great location and ambience. Loved the 18th century decor. Beds are super comfortable. The restaurant downstairs offers really good and delicious cooked breakfast.

Although the room was overall very clean and well maintained, the light fixtures in the bathroom had quite a lot of dust gathered on top. The toiletries weren't as varied as described, and the quality of the hand soap and shower gel was average, quite drying.

Older, small hotel. 10 mins to main areas, lots of bars surrounding. Comfy bed and room, excellent breakfast. ordered wine for room and brought up in ice bucket, staff helpful and friendly - just what we wanted for our three nights in Seville.

no air con in room as February but when asked they turned off heating and that was better, as didn’t want window open as noise from bars nearby but did have two windows and a shutter which helped keep noise out!

It was just perfect for us. It was very comfortable, very clean and well located. The pillows were amazing and the bed was super comfy as well. Loved that it had a terrace, though we didn’t get round to using it. The hostess was very friendly and got in touch with us straight away; we ended up arriving quite late and she patiently waited for us. We would love to come back!

Because it’s in the older part of town, parking is a bit of an issue, but the hotel has an agreement with a local garage and guests pay less, so that wasn’t too bad.

The hotel had an excellent location, as I had attended the conference at Barcelo and later walked to the city center. All in reaching distance. Receptionist, - all, were very welcoming and helpful. As I had not expected rain, I was without an umbrella so Receptionist Ana took great care of me and offered her own one. Highly recommend the hotel. In a good location, however not particularly in the old part of the town - but easily walkable there in 16-20 min.

Some Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Could not supply iron and board when requested. Would not call a taxi when requested. We don’t speak Spanish so we cannot ring taxi. There was building repair work going on for 2 days from about 8 am to 6pm. Very loud hammering above our room that was relentless.

Great location, close to vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants. Also within easy walk of the old centre of the city, cathedral etc. and only 20-25 minutes taxi to the station/airport. Room was clean, reasonably sized and converted to a twin easily. Air con was excellent. Really interesting decor, a nice traditional feel to the central reception area. Free WiFi worked well. Communication with the hotel was good through Booking.com.

The shower wasn't great, pressure a little low and the water didn't drain that well. Outer door was locked in the evening so had to rely on the 24 hour reception to gain entry but to be fair given the circumstances that worked ok.

My room was a good size with a really comfy bed. I liked that breakfast was a la carte. Everything I had off the menu was excellent (had lunch there a couple of times too.) The hotel was an easy walk from everything I wanted to visit and there are endless choices of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. I spent a week here on my own, and felt very at home!

I did not do my research thoroughly -my bad - and hadn't realised the hotel fronts onto a really busy square. Although there are good windows I needed to wear earplugs every night. Partly also because it is a traditional building round a covered courtyard which is nice but it is also quite noisy when people are coming and going. Another small negative point is that all of the lights were super bright and cold. All lights including sidelights were harsh.

wonderful hotel and great location. we had a wonderful breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. we will stay here again. Thank you to the staff.
