Great hotel in a great location close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help you with anything you needed. The hotel room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also very good.

The pool area has 5 sunbeds which is not enough to satisfy the number of guests at the hotel. We were only able to sit around the pool once as the other three times we tried we could not get seats.

I booked this room because it had a terrace - I knew the room itself would be on the small side but I was on my own and it was absolutely fine. Despite the fact it was mid October, the terrace was too hot to use in the daytime but lovely to sit and read in the evening. I also wanted a pool, and I used this every day. The location was perfect, very quiet at night but only a short walk from attractions. 5 minutes to Alameda, Palacio de las Duenas, Las Setas, and only about 20 minutes to the cathedral and the Alcazar. I loved the fact that this was an old building with a really modern interior.

Great location, rooftop pool added bonus in the heat. Staff very friendly and informative, room was very clean and no issues.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in room would of been nice but not an issue as plenty of cafes where you could get coffee near hotel.

Location is a bit no man’s land, good for the north of the city but most of the good bits are a bit south, so a lot of walking to get back. Still, some really nice bars around it. That’s on us and we guessed when we booked it. Breakfast layout was a bit all over the place, and it sounds very English but the tea was poor when you just want a standard breakfast tea in the morning. Terrace was a bit wasted on our trip, no real view to enjoy and the amount we were out and about we didn’t really use it, the weather was average when we were back at the hotel. Wouldn’t have upgraded to that in retrospect given the cost.

A nice, clean room (a bit small but sufficient for us) with a pleasant private terrace and shared pool. The air conditioning worked well. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the 24/7 reception was very convenient. Breakfast in the bright dining area was also good, and they even packed a small breakfast for our flight home.

A parasol on the terrace would be useful, especially during the hot summer, as it's too hot to sit outside otherwise. The breakfast was good, but a bit more variety would be nice, especially for week-long stays. Overall, we have no real complaints about this hotel.

The standard room was spacious for 2 people. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept really well. The bathroom was a great size and the shower was really good! Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Hotel was very modern!

I would’ve loved tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was a little noisy outside the room but wasn’t unbearable.

Historical building, well located and very well renovated and decorated. Check-in/ check-out is very efficient, the front desk is attended on a 24/7 basis, and the front desk employee gave us loads of information with regard to the Easter processions - which didn't take place because of the weather! :-( The room was confortable, good beds, quite spacious bathroom, and lots of water pressure in the shower. The sound proofing with the other rooms is a bit light but the hotel is overall very quiet.

No coffee machine in the room, which is unusual for a hotel of this category. Also, there is no bar in the lobby, which is a shame considering how nice and luminous the area is. Outside of regular eating hours, there is no food or drink offering.

Absolutely everything is excellent, including the staff who was always taking care if we were being well treated. Room is amazing, restaurant is really good, we loved everything.

Unfortunately, pool floor was closed… I believe it should be open all year since it was sunny and reasonably warm (20-22°C) AC is central, so you cannot choose between hot or cold. Since other guests requested, they chose to leave it on the heater and not on the cooling function. They do not have fans to offer as well - we had to sleep with the window open and the street is quite noisy

The location of our hotel was simply perfect. Right in the heart of the old town and very close to Setas de Sevilla. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet but safe street. Our room was a nice size and we loved the heavy shutters to keep the room nice and dark in the morning. The rest of the room was nicely designed and very clean but I found the single bed a little soft to my taste. Great bathroom and loved the internal courtyard which was pretty. The rooftop pool had some fab views of the area but also felt private at the same time.

There’s very few things I didn’t like about the hotel as it was really a pleasant stay. The bed was a little soft which didn’t help my back but it may have been the fact it was a single bed. My friend had no complaints. The pool is quite shallow but nice for a cool dip in the heat.

Beautiful building decorated very nicely inside and outside in the courtyard. Lovely interiors and a very clean and spacious room.I was very impressed with the room. Staff were very nice at reception and helpful. It's great to have access to a swimming pool on the roof. Great location in walking distance from all amientiies.

There is parking, but it's extremely tricky to navigate a vehicle in the lift, and we give up. There was a constant bumping noise every morning, which sounded like a running machine ( maybe just unlucky with our room ) Asked for some wine at the restaurant within the hotel, but we told him to sit in the lobby and then no one came. However , I would stay again despite this.
