Location , comfortable, safe .

No windows looking at the outside. No good air exchange due to the fact that the patio was mostly seal at the top and somebody from another suite was smoking and we got the bad smell inside the apartment.

The apartment is beautiful and the location was great. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds were great, lots of storage for clothes. Bathroom was beautiful. Everything was spotless.

There is a bad smell from the bathroom. Unfortunately we had to keep the door closed to avoid the strong sewer-like smell. Owner had put in scented plug-ins, however, trying to mask the smell didn't work.

Exceptional location in historic city center! Unit had all the features one needs, very well decorated! Spacious and close to restaurants and all the major attractions and next to El Corte Ingles!!

Very difficult access for one driving. The shower door didn't close properly, leaving the bathroom floor very wet every time we showered.

It was spacious and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and the rest of the apartment was well stocked and comfortable. Pablo met us at the apartment and showed us around and explained everything. It was nice meeting you Pablo, thanks for all your suggestions, we really enjoyed our stay.

Can’t say one thing bad about the property, loved the space.

The accomodation was a very large space that consisted a seperate bedroom (with two king singles pushed together), a large lounge room leading to a good sized bathroom and fully functional kitchen with washing machine. The apartment is decorated in a lovely style and was a great place to act as a base while in Seville.

We were on the ground floor so needed to close windows at night (to control noise) so I found the air a little stuffy.

Super location, within short walking distance for restuarants and major sights. Tasteful decor and very comfortable apartment. Owner very quick to respond.

Our particular apartment looked out into an internal courtyard which meant no street noise and so great for a good nights sleep, however it was always dark inside the apartment.

The location & the host Pablo were excellent. The appartment was very comfortable and very stylish.

Appartment 3 did not have any external windows & air conditioning was not working so the rooms became stuffy. There was no lock to the bedroom door which opened onto the outside courtyard - once this was pointed out to the host a lock was quickly fitted

Great location. Lovely, roomy place with beautiful old world luxury charm. Juan promptly responded to issues—needed new remote batteries& reimbursed us for laundry costs when told washing machine wasn’t working. Very quiet even though in the middle of the city.

Doors are a bit tricky to use with electronic entry.

Location was superb. Quiet and close to all facilities . Pablo greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful. Didn't need all the facilities for a relatively short stay but was grey.

Doesn't have natural lighting so is dark and does need and require electric lighting in all rooms.

Location was top, welcomed the nice touch with the host having a bottle of wine for us in the fridge, the interior design was amazing. Very comfortable beds and the amenities were good. Internet was working.

The sofa bed seemed quite old and although it was made no towels or pillow were provided for the 3rd person in my group. Had a few issues with a couple of cockroaches and quite a lot of flying insects in the bathroom - probably due to not great ventilation? lastly, the flat does lack natural light..
