Reception isn't always occupied, but for our arrival they made sure to meet us. We were able to park, get into the building, and see our apartment to move in before being left to explore. From there on we were in great shape, within walking distance easily to all key locations in this beautiful city. Stayed in a large apt (#11) which backs up to a quiet street and has a small balcony to look out from (only a foot deep). Made breakfast and lunch in the small kitchen, then dined out each evening. Even ran a load of laundry at no charge, which was so helpful after 2 weeks.

This apartment had it all. Comfy beds, a laundry room, quiet and kitchenette facilities were good. The rooftop terrace was a particular highlight. Buy some drinks from the Carrefour next to the apartment and enjoy them up there if you’re on a budget! The parking was also extremely convenient. There are a multitude of restaurants nearby. This location is excellent. It was easy to speak to the hotel via WhatsApp too if needed.

There is just one thing which I think could be improved and that is that there isn’t a huge amount of small storage space in the apartment. It would have been nice to have some drawers/a few baskets at the wardrobe to place things like socks and my make up bag onto!

There was an exceptionally warm welcome from Raul who could not have been more helpful. He organised secure storage for our bikes and gave lots of advice about the local area. The apartment was comfortable and clean and it was great to have washing facilities available. At this time of year it can get chilly at night so it was good to have a responsive heating system. The location is within easy reach of the main sites with a supermarket and bars nearby.

The kitchenette is small and only just OK for preparing your own meals. Certainly adequate enough for breakfasts and snacks.

Our apartment was not ready, so we left our luggage and went a walk and when we got back, our bags were in our room waiting on us. We had suite 5 which is a 2 bedroom very spacious apartment, with comfy beds and it has fantastic air conditioning. The location is fantastic as everywhere is a 10 minute walk. We also had a late flight back and we were able to leave our bags there until we were ready to leave.

Whilst there is a daily service, the kitchen crockery is not washed, nor is there any washing liquid in the kitchen which was not ideal. There was also lots of shower gel and shampoo, but only 1 very small bar of soap for handwashing which was not replenished. Neither are problems, if you know in advance.

Well-located in the heart of Seville's old town. Comfy beds and friendly staff.

We had difficulty with the keys actually opening the door and called someone who I thought was going to come and oil the lock but that didn't happen - we managed okay but it was difficult. The shower had a strange single big stream of water. All of the suites seem to have at least one window onto the central covered courtyard which is like the lobby. I was sleeping on a pullout bed under such a window and it was a bit noisy at times at night.

Looking for a centrally located stay in Seville? These suites are right in the middle of it. The staff go to extra lengths to welcome you & guide you safely there. Road work made normal GPS navigation impossible but with expert staff help we made it. Parking is available just across the street but needs to be reserved. Small kitchen enough for breakfast but with all the variety of restaurants close by it’s all you need.

The location was fantastic. The security was great, and the amenities were good. My only issue was that the rooms were not completely cleaned every day, and also the towel bar had a rod that fell on my husband’s head. Fortunately, he was not injured. I was going to leave a note, but we had to leave very early in the morning so I could not. Thank you for everything other than that it was a lovely stay.

The elevator is very, very slow

Keys were left in the apartment. The entry code for the building were sent by text.There was parking 10 meters a day for €20. The location was perfect as it is in the centre of the Seville old town close to the Cathedral and the Alcazaber etc. There was a Carefor corner shop for your essentials.

There were no basic essentials like tea/ coffee or water which you have to provide yourself. There were some basic toiletries.

Raul was perhaps the most attentive and pleasant receptionist/property manager I have ever encountered in all of my travels. A truly special person. The location was amazing, as well. And the room was quiet, despite being across the street from a bar.

The dryer needs to be fixed, as it doesn't dry the clothes at all.

It was in a very convenient location for walking to all main sites and places to eat. Beds were very comfortable. The location was very quiet. Raul at reception was really welcoming and helpful.

Nothing negative to say, it was a very pleasant stay. The reception wasn’t always attended but they were always available by phone to help with anything about our visit to Seville.
