Reggie, at the front desk, was part of what made my experience in Seville exceptional. He was friendly, helpful, chatty, really lovely. The other man who works there (bald, with glasses) I'm sorry to say, was not that friendly and seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. I had a private room that was spacious, and spotless, on the first floor with a shared bath nearby. The location of this hostel is extraordinary, I would stay here again in an instant. It's within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, the Alcazar, Plaza Espana, and many other sites. I never got home before 11:00 or midnight and felt very safe at all times. The little bar next door was fabulous: good food and a sweet place for a late night beer or glass of wine. Open until midnight or 1:00, I think? Incredible pastry shop on the other side, wow! Sweet kitchen and little garden area upstairs, nice for morning coffee/breakfast. Many steps to get up there with my crummy knees. :-)
I am absolutely not a complainer but the reception guy (bald, with glasses, reading his book a lot) just wasn't friendly at all when I arrived. Didn't show me how the key card worked on the outside door and seemed agitated my first night when I couldn't figure it out, didn't say anything about WiFi code (I was too tired to ask when I arrived, I guess....) but everything else here was completely fabulous, all the other staff were very friendly and truly lovely, including the housekeepers. Location was astonishing.

The bathroom was impressively well finished off, I've been in hotels with worse fittings. The reception staff were really friendly and smiley. It had all you could want from a hostel; inside communal area, equipped kitchen and a lovely rooftop terrace. Very quiet when I was there so I had the run of the place. There were even complimentary sweeties on the pillow.
Not a lot. It was exceptionally clean and well presented. Because I checked in at 6 pm on a Friday there was a lot of noise from the nearby tapas places and I thought sleeping might be difficult but later in the evening it quietened down, there was next to no street traffic so it was actually really quiet - amazing given its central location.

This is nothing against the hostel. Its against bad manners in the hostel. If you are aware that you snore loudly do not subject others to this issue. A "lady" came in the dorm, fell asleep and snored loudly the entire night. No sleep at all was had on my part. She on the other hand did. I suffered badly the next day and it affected my short holiday. some noise temporally is accepted, not people with bad manners like that.

The hotel is located in the central of the city.It is walkable distance to almost all the tourist attraction. The renovatoion of the hotel is new.Room card can be used to open the door. Shared kitchen has a large terrace. It is really nice to have breakfast at the large terrace. The most important thing is service of the hotel is very good. The staff of the hotel can speak English . I left my mobile phone in the kitchen. One of the staff sent back to me. It's really nice to spend three nights at the hotel.
It's better if the hotel can provide coffee powder.

The hostel is nearby the key city monuments like Alcazar and the Cathedral, and also very close to the lovely neighborhood of Triana. The street in which the hostel is located offers a great variety of restaurants and bars.
Installed shampoo jar (body/hair) in the bathrooms/ showers would be a great addition. The hostel already provides free shampoo bags for single application so this small change would not create a financial burden. It would only add to the comfort of the hostel guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in the Old Town, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room was very quiet despite being located right over a bar. The bed was super comfortable.
Lack of shelves in the bathroom (especially) and the room itself, which made unpacking somewhat of a challenge. Otherwise, all was OK.

I LOVED staying here! Location: - Superb location, just within 5-10 minutes' walk to the Cathdral de Sevilla/Giralda. Also 5 minutes' walk to the Torre del Oro, Plaza de Toros, Triana Bridge and the river. - Laundrette 2 minutes' walk away where you can get a bag of laundry washed and folded for just 8 euros. The room: My 3-bed dorm was very spacious and had lots of space to store and put things including a big locker, clothes rack with hangers and shelves to put toiletries, etc. Each bed gets one bedside table, lamp and charging point. There's also a mirror in the room which helps when getting dressed, applying make-up, etc. The amenities provided in the room are simple but well thought-out. - Room was clean and quiet at night. I was lucky to get lovely roommates. :) The bathroom: One on every floor so it's shared between 3 rooms or so but I never had to wait to take a shower or use the toilet. It's also very clean and spacious. The reception: - What can I say? Reggie the staff/receptionist is just the best! He's super friendly, kind and helpful. He helped me to carry my luggage to the second floor and also to flag down a taxi after I checked out. Muchas gracias, Reggie! - Fast check-in - Late check out (12pm) - Reggie provided a map which shows what's nearby, where to go for good food, tapas, etc. which was very helpful. One of the listings led me to the discovery of a stunning tapas bar located in a 12th-century hammam! So grateful! The price; superb value for money. I promise you won't regret staying here.
Noise from restaurants & bars downstairs can go on till pretty late at night. - Reception is not open all day. The morning (12pm) I checked out, nobody was there to assist when I needed to put my luggage in storage for a few hours.

Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great. There is a roof terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. On our floor there were four rooms sharing two bathrooms which was fine. Lots of cafes, restaurants and several small supermarkets nearby.
No real complaints, but suggestions. The roof terrace was good, but would be better if some shade was available. Most of the other guests were friendly and thoughtful in using the common areas, but someone took some of our food and sometimes the kitchen was left messy. This is not the management's fault, but some polite notices might help. There was a bin for garbage in the kitchen and some others for recycling in the cupboard under the sink, but this was not clearly labelled, plus the bins in the sink cupboard were very full, so we did not recycle very well (although when we mentioned it they were emptied immediately)

The facilities were excellent, well-appointed and clean. The hostel is quiet and we were able to rest very well. Regis the staff member we interacted with was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable. The hostel is very well situated and everything was in easy reach. I would highly recommend this hostel.
No complaints.

+ self check in option, contact property in advance + location, walking distance to all major attractions + Carrefour express nearby + plenty of tapas bars + Shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment and utensils + shared fridge + clean (room and shared bathroom) + sweets with a personal note on the bed were really a nice surprise after a long and hot day. Thank you! +\- no free parking close to the hostel but you can find free parking on the other side of the bridge and walk across
- the electronic doors don’t close silently but there weren’t many people so it was not really a problem
