Very nice hotel, great location right across the street from the beach & near the boardwalk, great for evening walks. The room was very spacious & clean, the staff friendly, especially the animators for the kids club. The 2 swimming pools were big & clean. They had daily activities: aqua gym, different shows every night and a lot of activities for kids, my daughter had a lot of fun! The restaurant on the beach "La Moraga" had great food. There is an outlet village 6 min away by car from the hotel, great for shopping with different restaurants/ cafes and 2 play areas for kids.

The loungers by the pool were always full, it turned out people would come early morning to reserve the chairs with their belongings and go on by their day, even if they were not by the pool at all, the chairs couldn't be used... I hope they'll do something about this! The food at the buffet was average to bad, the breakfast was okay, but lunch & dinner were not good at all. No water bottles or tissues are provided in the room, we had to buy everything.

It's a big complex, you can walk around and see the different areas and different types of accommodations (from hotel rooms to small apartments). I was given an upgrade to a family room, so great size. Only the terrace was really small even for just one person. Not a problem for me at all, but if you are travelling with a family maybe check the specific characteristics of the room, as I noticed that every complex has a slightly different layout and some have bigger terraces. Also I think some areas are more modern than others, just ask. Two swimming pool areas, the one on the back has also lots of water games for kids and families. I spent most of the time by the sunbeds in the garden, which is the area closer to the front pool. No extra costs for sunbeds/ombrellas by the pool or garden. If you instead prefer to stay by the beach you just cross the street and there you are! The beach is again nicely kept, and there is a bar for drinks and light meals. Notice that the sunbeds are not included in the hotel price (it was 6 euro per person per day when I went). The communal areas are well kept and clean. Breakfast was great and with good variety of prepared and freshly cooked options. I never had lunch or dinner at the hotel because I always prefer to try the local restaurants along the strip. On the last day I checked out in the morning, but my flight was only in the evening. I was given the option to spend time by the pool in the afternoon and have a shower in a bathroom by the reception before heading to the airport (at no extra costs). Coming and going from airport: super easy. There is a train station at a 7min walk from the hotel, with frequent trains that stop inside the airport terminal. Using the train is also an easy way to explore other towns/cities along the cost including Malaga.

I never managed to get a sunbed by the front pool becasue the typical rude Brits were "reserving" them by leaving their stuff on the beds before going to breakfast (not every UK tourist is so ill-mannered, I live in the UK!!). It's actually against the rules of the hotel, but the young pool guys didn't enforce them - I understand it's not easy for the pool guys to challenge the customers, but it's still annoying. As it is a very big development, I am not sure how busy it might get during peak season, check other reviews for July-August time

Hotel vert clean and tidy. Food plenty of choice. Room very spacious and clean. Toiletries in bathroom (bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap) attached to the wall. Pool area lovely and pool by beach spacious, there is also a kids splash pool area and another pool at the other end of the hotel.

My only dislike was a little bit out of the way for the town. It's either a taxi to the town or a good walk.

The staff is very hard working and everyone is lovely. The food at the restaurant is very good. They have a variety of dishes/themes. It does get very busy and sometimes you may need to queue but it was not a problem for us. The grounds are fantastic. The hotel is spread out and there are lots of greenery, nice gardens, lovely pathways. There is a huge closed field/park which belongs to the hotel and it was excellent for the kids to run around in the safe environment. There are 2 excellent pools and they are big. The beach is across the road. It was so convenient to go to the beach and return to the hotel to grab a drink or go to the toilet. The alcoholic drinks were excellent. I could not get enough of aperol spritz and pina colada - they were the best. We had a very peaceful stay, no noise at night. Good night time every day enterntainment for adults and kids.

The first room we were given had many flaws: the fridge wasn't working so our baby food/milk went off by the morning, the shower wasn't working properly, wifi was really poor etc. We had a horrible experience so next morning I spoke to the Guest Experience Manager Juan and he moved us to another much better room. He apologised for the incovenience and informed us that the hotel was open just for 10 days after the winter closure when we arrived that's why not all rooms were prepared/checked. Thank you Juan- you saved our holidays and made them fantastic!

Great location away from the noisy and overcrowded disco clubs, next to the promenade, beaches, bars and restaurants. 8 mins walking to the train station, very convinient way to get to Malaga. Hotel offers quite good and varied food. There are two big swimming pools and a lot of sunbeds.

Close to the airport, where dense air traffic can be disturbing. On the other hand airport transfer is very quick. Lot of birds (sparrows) are trying to steal food from the canteen/restaurant, whhich one can find a bit troublesome.

- The view from our room - our balcony was a great place to spend time in - party music - animators were fun to watch even for adults - foodtruck - there was always massive amount of food available - the hotel is basically a few steps away from the beach and it has a door near the pool that let’s you go directly there - the location of the hotel was great for starting points of many trips and attractions - receptionist and the people in the restaurant were very nice to us

- early in the morning crazy all-inclusive hosts rezerved all of the sunbeds available at the pool even when it was strictly forbidden and then they left for breakfast. We didn’t even have a chance to try the pool as it was always full - repetetive food - coffee drink didn’t taste good (it was not an actual coffee - that one could be ordered only from the bar for money) - weird shower - was hard to figure out how to operate it - half broken furniture - shower gel holder held only on one side, sliding door was stuck - beds were sliding apart - we couldn’t snuggle together - cleaning lady was too proactive and even touched our stuff when she didn’t need to

A little out of Torremolinos, so not rowdy at night. Great place to stay as a couple, and it also looked to be very family-friendly also. There are two pools and lots of outside space. It's right on Los Alamos playa. The hotel is really close to a train link into Málaga and the Visitandgo buses stop right outside for day trips. The Caminito del Rey and Ronda trips were fantastic! I wish we had known in advance how cheap an Uber to the airport was; we would have stayed an extra night!

Not too much choice of restaurants within 1km when going off-peak season. We were not all-inclusive as we were using the hotel as a base.

We had a sea view which was great so it was impossible to have a quiet room. To be honest I cannot remember requesting a quiet room. The entertainment was finished by midnight anyway, plus our balcony over looked the stage so we had a great view for all of the acts. The room was small with just about the bed fitting in it but the bathroom was big enough, the balcony was good as well over looking the sea front. Food was excellent with a huge choice of different food stuffs and drinks for all of the meals. We tended to sit by the pool away from the front in the garden area. This was really good and what seemed to be less busy than the main pool area.

I know you can't do anything about it but the room was quite small.

Great pools. Plenty sun beds during our stay at the end of may although understandably you need to be early to get a bed at the pool. But plenty in quieter spots. Buffet was very good with an excellent selection and good quality.

Pool opened at different times and later that we’d have liked. I like an early swim before breakfast but it wasn’t possible as pools opened at 09:30 and 10:00
