Spacious resort with many facilities in different sides of the property. Perfect for families.

Some small group of young boys making noise after midnight. Hotel should prioritize families not young boys (19 20 years old i guess) in big groups.

The price of the drinks. Cost €19 for 2 alcoholic drinks. Ridiculous. If they were reasonable prices we would have stayed in at the hotel and bought more.

Plenty offer at breakfast time.Breakfast can be very bust I'f leaving it later to go down to the dining hall. The toasters are very slow. Indoor pool was adequate, and can also become very busy. Room was good, it could be said that the plugs are very few, 2 in number. In the room it would be a lovely touch if tea and coffee were provided in the room, including a few bottles of water.

On initially going to the bar, the reception had forgotten to give us our bands for all inclusive, we had asked for our drinks and the bar attendant was very rude saying we couldn't have the drinks and he took them back from us!!! I then went to reception and they gave us our bands and apologised. Entertainment was good on Tues, we'd, Thur. Unfortunately Friday n Saturday were not so good.

Everything. The room was nice, cleaning good., food nice. Staff is very professional. Specially reception. There was some issue ( it was very big, noise on the floor 8 ). Reception reacted immediately .Thank you.

Noise from sport Group's.. It's not acceptable. The last 2 nights were night mare.i think this type of Group's needs to be put separately .Just give them a few floors, that it. People are coming to relax, but not to be stressed from them (shouting, very loud music in the corridor, knocking on my door early in the morning, (may they probably mixed up up the doors, i dont know) Pannel from the wall was taken off /broken, i saw in the morning. What is that ??? All was good , but the last two nights were stressful , And I was without sleep at all. I'm really disappointed.

We loved the hotel, we booked it as a cheap weekend get away in the winter and it was great, we only paid approx 60 per night and we had a sea view, the balcony was huge compared to some that we have recently stayed in. It had a mini fridge and a TV, I'd recommend bringing a firestick or chrome cast as the channel choices are poor. Hotel was clean except for the men's toilets in the reception area, we used the pool facilities, bar and restaurant which were all fine and as expected as per pictures. We did have a privacy violation on our last day which was disappointing, a staff member walked into our room which had a do not disturb sign on the door. Other then that incident which we didn't address the whole stay went as expected. I would advise to bring ear plugs as sound really travels in the complex by night. I also liked the that the vending machines down near the lobby sold everything you could possibly need from a pharmacy, it was very convenient.

As above, we has a privacy violation in our room where a member of staff let them self in even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs which we did, they also sell them in a vending machine. As sound travels a lot through the floors of the bedrooms

We were in a quadruble room, which was nice and clean and spacious enough, with a useful balcony overlooking the sea. The staff in the reception was friendly and nice and always did their very best to help. The same can be said about the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant. There were always free places in the parking lot, which was convenient and easy to get in and out of. The mini-bar was with free soft drinks and sweets, which were refilled every day. Overall, the food was good with great variety.

While some of the food was absolutely amazing, some dishes were quite poor, such as the hamburger "meat" - was it meat? Note that these were very few exceptions. Most of the food was good or even great.

The buffet is outstanding with very quick waiters re drinks etc.. The hotel is vast. Loads of room and numerous pools etc. Very clean. Generally the food made up for the other shortcomings. Great location very near beach. The baking such as bread, croissats etc great and the eggs could not be beaten for twice the price.

the parking and system of payment is complex, hopelessly explained and the signage non existent. Yes and expensive. Crowded check-in at times when the coaches arrive with hordes of people. The rooms are outdated but adequate. Only ONE power socket in the bedroom by the bed, which also served the kettle. No coffee or coffee machine obviously. No seperate shower, but had a bidet. Live music at night but only for one hour! and the stage lighting was very poor. Slow lifts. Sun beds have seen too much sun.

The Pool area is just like the pictures. Beautiful. Pool is excellently maintained every day. The water temperature is also lovely. Not too hot or too cold. People like up for the deck chair at 08h30 and everyone goes and collectts their chairs that are stacked. But the hotel is very good at monitoring and if a chair is empty for more than an hour, they will remove the towels. They have activities in the pool for guests who want to participate. The beach is across the road and just as nice as the pool if you like beach sand. Breakfast is also good, and the dining area is very big and allows for inside and outside eating. They allow dinning time till 22h00 at night which is very nice as it allows you to go out and still come for a late dinner. Dinner has a variety of dishes, so you don't get tired. The walkway infront is lovely and safe and it takes about 5km to walk to the marina. There are some very nice restaurants and bars there. Rooms are standard but clean.

Just above the headboard there are 2 side lamps attached to the headboard on either side of the headboard and when you try to get into bed , you constantly hit your head on the headboard . It is unavoidable where they are positioned.

We were really, really pleased with our stay. Everything was very clean, staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming and food and drinks were good. We were kindly upgraded to all inclusive and were impressed by the variety of spirits in the drinks offer and found the dinner to be good. Options were simple and clearly more basic to suit the majority but there were good sauces, marinades and salads and additions to make it more to your taste.

As others have said, it is exceptionally busy in the restaurant at times. Not a problem as the service times as extensive, but just to manage expectations.

the reception was great we met a gentleman named ALVARO at the reception very welcoming helpful nice so friendly. his approach and explanation about all the facilities we were entitled with our travel package was so clear and self explanatory. we recommend SOL PRINCIPE to anyone and everyone the hotel is 10 minutes from MÁLAGA AIRPORT very well located close to the BEACH and they have a great neighborhood
