Breakfast was good with lots of different foods. Also lunch and dinner. I would have liked more fish, there was very little of that. We had all inclusive, and in between meals there were warm snacks and fruit in a kiosk in the garden. We liked the activities at the pool during daytime, and the different shows every evening. And ice cream at all times was popular with my grandson (and my self).

The pillows on the bed were quite hard. Fortunately I had brought my own, soft pillow. The beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. One thing I did not like, was that all drinks outside had to be consumed in large Pepsi Max carton cups. It seemed a little ridiculous to drink red wine from those. We could however buy some plastic cups, which was better, they were at least transparent.

The hotel was very welcoming, staff were lovely the hotel was very clean. We had an early flight so was able to change and leave our bags and use the facilities including meals so this was brilliant. Plenty to do definitely family orientated. meals were amazing you could not want for anything wide selection, drinks were very plentiful, room was spacious and clean.

the only couple of things i didn't like were they could do with an additional pool possibly an adults only area, and more room for sun loungers. unless you were up early to get them you would struggle. i know you cant have class around the pools however a better plastic cup would be nicer.

We booked this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled, we arrived early hours in the morning and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They let the us wait in the lounge area whilst they sorted our room and had it ready early for us as check in wasn’t until 12 midday and they were fully booked the night we arrived so they sorted us as soon as they could! The entertainment and staff around the pool is all day and they are all so friendly and bubbly, made our day their so fun! We are in the buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, there is a wide variety of delicious food and once again, the restaurant staff are all so helpful and friendly! So pleased with our stay, we couldn’t have chose a better hotel in our circumstances! Thank you for everything :)

The hotel organizes special programs to entertain guests. For example: Local specialties are cooked for free, the chef creates a great atmosphere, by the pool, music and dance, Flamenco dance performance, children's programs, children's pool, mini disco, barbecue, cocktails, joint body movement by the pool, great atmosphere, with the hotel employees. The rooms are clean, they are cleaned every day, the corridors and floors are also kept spotlessly clean by the employees. Child friendly. It is worth choosing the full board option, because you can enjoy a special service in exchange. (All-day free drink consumption, including alcohol and cocktails, you can use a separate grill and a table overlooking the sea, and much more) the staff is kind, attentive, everyone is helpful and smiling. (Using an Instant Taxi) They take care of everything. I spent my birthday at the hotel and received ice-cold champagne as a gift, and at dinner the staff surrounded our table and greeted us with a cake and a Happy Birthday song in Spanish. What a wonderful surprise I had. I thank them again. It was a big surprise. Wonderful people, enviable work ethic and a wonderful view await those who come here. I won't even mention the selection of food in the kitchen. Try it, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be returning guests.

There was nothing wrong with my service and expirience There

Location and the views.

Bathroom shower had no shower curtain and the water was spilling outside.

They have everything you may need from shampoo to tennis rackets. The all inclusive food was amazing and really good for value and over all cost. I stayed in the sea view room and oh my I loved waking up to the sunrise shining on Costa del sol!

If I had to pinpoint two things are that the elevators where very busy and that the shower head in my room was not working 100%. The elevator problem is only minimal and I’m sure the shower head is very easy to check and fix.

Liked everything about the stay staff ,animation , cleanliness ,all inclusive was great selection only downfall is the lifts at meal times because so busy take ages to come so if your elderly or got children I would recommend getting rooms in the lower floors in the main hotel

We had a lovely experience. The hotel is situated right in front of this beautiful beach. Not far from the airport and even the public transportation is not an issue. The food, facilities and the activities were amazing, throughly enjoyed our visit.

We needed a well earned break and got it in spades ..relaxed spotless all staff very helpful 2 in particular young Connor and mame

Maybe some piped music in bar area but that's just us not for everyone I know
