Nice big rooms, we had view to the garden so no noise from the street. We had half board so breakfast was ok, no scrambled eggs or any warm dishes, no buffet style. They bring you everything to your table... Dinner was menu del día. Tasty food, but nothing fancy just normal meal. The bar and lobby area was nice to spend some time and have a drink before going to dinner. The hotel has a garage 10€/day.

What I didn't like was that there were these small bags of shampoo and shower gel which were impossible to open, so please appreciate your clients that much that you change that something more practical. The hotel is little bit far from the main sights so prepare to walk or drive little bit closer to the town parking which was free. The second evening our waiter at the dinner was just a bit too nervous and her behaviour was a bit bothering to us, but in the end she was ok.

Easy free parking (as long as spaces are available). Reception welcoming and helpful. Public areas are nicely furnished and clean. Lounge bar pleasent with comfortable seating. Bedroom quite large, bed comfortable. Bathroom and shower good. Breakfast served at table with ample choice of fruit, meat and bread. Juice, tea and coffee. Nice pool and terrace area where evening meal is served during our stay. Location good for us, approx 15 minutes walk to historic areas.

Steps at entrance, disabled stairlift available. (No ramps apparent). No bar facility at the pool terrace, only bar area is in main lounge. Evening menu is very repetative (only changed at w/e). Terrace furniture old and very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was part self service, but a beautifully prepared plate of fruit was brought to our table, along with a selection of meats and cheese, and croissants. There was no cereal for my husband, but perhaps he should have requested some. It was an ample breakfast. You can pay to park in the underground hotel parking, but we were lucky enough to get a place in the small outdoor parking area, for free. The hotel parking is not signposted, but we have stayed previously so knew where to go. The half-board option was exceptional value for money, especially as our evening meal was very good.

Better signage for the hotel parking would help most people.

Had the half board option and meal was limited to a few choices but served the purpose. Had paid parking and on the street parking available.

In the wintertime, the common areas were very cool. Had a small sawdust powered fireplace that did not keep the area warm. I paid for the parking option, but the garage door never opened when i needed it. Ended up luckily finding one of the few spaces to park.

Lovely room. Large window overlooking countryside. Comfy bed. Nice hot shower. Easy parking. Very nice breakfast with fabulous plate of fruit and ham etc all served at table. Nice dinner in evening which was easy after a long day sightseeing. Relaxed atmosphere. Different local oils to sample on the dining tables. Easy walk to town.

Dinner started at 8.30 which was late ...maybe start a little earlier ie 8.pm Coffee at breakfast was slow .Maybe a pot on the table would be easier and quicker.

Could not fault the hotel, its staff, food, comfort, location, all were suburb. Reception and catering staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were very impressed with the food, including delicious fruit plates for breakfast, and our inclusive evening meal was generous and tasty. Our room had a lovely view and the bed was extremely comfortable. The reception and main bar area of the hotel were delightful - and beautifully decorated for Christmas! We were lucky to find a parking space right beside the hotel, which is always a bonus.

Quite a long walk to old town best to drive Only three course meal on offer and hard to find anything we liked. would have helped to have given us an English version which was given some thirty minutes later after we had struggled with the Spanish version

Easy Parking outside the front door. Very friendly staff. Quiet bedrooms with a lovely small balcony. All in All a pleasant stay

WiFi is absolutely non existent....I am a solo traveler and I needed to keep in touch with family and book other stays for my trip...it was impossible to connect.... Stated that it was English speaking... thats not the case, little or no English but I managed with my poor Spanish

We booked half board. The dinner options (tapas plus 3 course) & breakfast (continental & varied selection) were excellent. Dinner included drinks so the value for money was brilliant. Grounds & Gardens lovely and dinner was served on the terrace outside which was great.

Hotel a little bit far from historic centre but only €5 in taxi if didn't want to walk

This is a very well appointed hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and very helpful staff. The rooms are well airconditioned and exceptionally quiet. The comfort of the twin beds was really exceptional. We have now stayed in this hotel on our trips through Spain quite a number of times and it is always something to which we look forward. Breakfast is an elegant series of platters all presented to a high quality standard.

The very useful underground secure parking is a bonus in this hotel but unfortunately the lifts from the garage to the hotel have been out of order for some time so access is via two or three flight of marble stairs with handrails which are not continuous. Other than this, there is little with which to find fault.
