We were staying in the Vivaldi Room on the fourth floor. It was decently furnished and offered a great view from the windows, but there was a lot of loud noise coming from the street almost all day due to municipal construction work. The hotel is almost literally around the corner from the Valencia City Hall (Ajuntament de València). A limited in choice but still filling breakfast in the small dining area (only five tables) was unexpectedly good. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed my meal at the cosy ethnically themed Ukrainian restaurant right across the street.

There was only one power socket in the whole room that I could use. There was another one high up on the wall, which was impractical, and the one in the bathroom was non-functioning. The pillows were quite oddly shaped, long and narrow, and so we needed two to support our heads and necks. The internet connection was disappointingly slow and would often break off.

Obviously location is the best, right in the centre and very close to metro stop Xativa. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby as well. Couldn't have asked for more.

There was an unpleasant incident on my last night and I think staff should have done something about it, when I reported it in the morning, the receptionist didn't acknowledge my concern, nor did he seem shocked maybe it's something they deal with quite often. Apparently one of the guests decided to shout out his joy on the corridors in the dead of the night. HIs voice was a bit harsh, and there was another one trying to calm him down. It did not work and the next morning, to my surprise, everything was quiet. Apart from this, I liked everything. Except the elevator, too small and creepy.

The staff on reception were friendly efficient and super helpful. Room very clean and location perfect, 5 minute walk from Estation del Norte and the metro. Near to supermarkets and all the attractions of Central Valencia. Vending machine for coffee and snacks.

2 free plug sockets all above head height. Made charging phones, camera etc a challenge. Would like a kettle in the room but I accept this is a very British thing and I knew this before booking. A fridge too would be good but again I knew this before booking. Still given a 10 due to staff and location.

We love everything! :D We can check in time and everybody in the reception was very kind, helpful, and friendly! The Hotel has an excellent vibration! The Hotel was in the heart of the Valencia center! The railway station is a few minutes and the bus stop (32 bus, that we can travel to the beach) is 2 minutes. The room was immaculate! We got every day new clean towels and they cleaned the room every day! The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful, she every day organized our bed too! The bed was very comfy and clean! The air conditioner worked very well! The reception was open 24 hours! Thank you so much for everything guys! We highly recommend it and we will definitely go back!!!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very comfortable to get everywhere. The hotel is clean and in general comfortable. It was great to have a special bed for the child.

It was too nosy, you can hear the neighbours in other rooms. In addition, it would be nice if breakfast includes something not sweet. In general, it is ok, but if you stay with a child, it should be something more useful also.

Hostel location is great and it’s really easy to get there. Rooms were perfectly fine, had all we needed and were clean. Cleaning ladies are really wonderful, making sure that everything was tidy. Reception was 24h, staff was super nice and helpful. The thing that surprised us was that everytime before leaving the hostel, we had to leave the key at the reception. We also had a breakfast in hotel once - it was quite basic, but tasty and perfectly fine for a few days :)

Walls were quite thin, therefore we’ve heard other guests talking loudly and everything what was happening in the hall (especially smashing door).

Great location. Friendly staff. Although basic furniture It was clean and well-maintained. I stayed one night, arriving in the early hours of the morning around 3 AM. It's good that they have a 24/7 reception and that the street feels safe.

The walls are indeed very tiny - hearing the bathroom shower from the next room.

Location is perfect for taking in the sights of Valencia. A plumbing problem was resolved quickly and completely while we were out for the afternoon.

Only one outlet worked for charging electronics.

It’s very well located and the price is okay for what you get. They keep your luggage before/after check in/out and there’s always someone there so the check-in is very flexible

The elevator is definitely the worst, it’s very tiny and easy to leave the door open which blocks it and forces you to use the stairs

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the centre of the city and public transport

Its fine for one or two nights but these types of conversions are starting to show their age and its starting to look very tired.
