The hotel is centrally located, about 10 min walk from the Central Market and 4 min walk from the subway and bus stops. A lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and some supermarkets are just next to the hotel. The staff is very nice, the room is big, clean and providing all the necessary amenities. I really recommend this hotel for your stay in Valencia.

The only thing I could mention is to provide some fresh vegetables (salad, cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, etc) for the breakfast (they had one day only from our 3 nights stay).

There were many hotel options when booking our trip and I’m so glad we went for here. You cannot get a better location - so central and we had a lovely view of the Venetian streets. The windows must be well sound proofed, as we heard nothing from outside on our 4 night stay despite there being a restaurant across. The bed was a great size and very comfortable. Good air con and well powered shower. The rooftop terrace was great to have a drink in - there isn’t a bar but the staff are happy for you to take a drink up from the bar. Finally, the staff were all lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends who are visiting!

An iron in the room would have been good; however the staff were happy to bring it up whenever we needed. The hairdryer wasn’t very powerful.

Perfect location for a tourist looking to see the major sites of the city. Room was clean with a great bathroom and comfortable, though small, bed. (Double bed, not queen or king) Turndown service and daily maid service was great.

Strange car parking situation: $19 if you pay through the hotel and use their special spaces. $15/d with unlimited in and out if you buy the garage space directly with the garage. 4"X4" pool not heated and cold as ice. No other amenities

The hotel looks beautiful, everything is very well presented! The decor is lovely and welcoming and the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The rooms include lovely toiletries, a kettle, a fridge and the air con works great! The staff are very friendly. We didn’t have breakfast with our room however we paid for breakfast on our last day - the selection was great and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel is amazing - so central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby!

Great location, every where in walking distance, very convenient. Beautiful interior design. Reception staff is very helpful and informative. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby and yet we can't hear noise from our room.

Breakfast is so so. Limited selection of food. Bad smell when you entered the bedroom, not sure what smell it was but very strong. The smell has gone after you have been in the room for a while, it was probably just from the AC filter or toilet.

The location is fantastic, very central but in a side street. The staff are very friendly, the whole place is spotlessly clean, breakfast is plentiful and served until 11:00am drinks at the bar are not expensive.

If you're a light sleeper you may want to ask for a room at the back of the hotel, they are silent. Those at the front have a better view and seem bigger but there can be street noise, even in February, Valencia is a party place! Beware the bathroom floor, when wet it can get very slippery. TV channels were limited, especially if you couldn't follow Spanish. WiFi is good though so maybe bring a laptop or Macbook and watch films on that.

People on reception were very friendly and helpful as were the staff in the breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. The hotel is also in a very good location very close to the main square and to the railway station. Also close to shops if people want to do some shopping. It was fairly quiet at night and the room was well equipped. Nothing to complain about.

Our toiletries were not always replaced in the bathroom but apart from that everything was great.

Hotel staff was very accommodating

Staff was excellent. We did experience a very uncomfortably rude female parking garage assistant. She refused to provide me her name. I came down to the garage to have my ticket updated for a longer stay. No one was present. I pressed the button for assistance. After several minutes she appeared extremely upset that I had pressed the button. I am in the service business and this young ladies behavior was simply unacceptable and not consistent w/ the hotel's staff and atmosphere.

The hotel staff members were absolutely fantastic. I wrote down everyone's name on a piece of paper before I left the hotel so I could mention each one by name but unfortunately I have lost the paper. All the lovely ladies at the reception desk were so helpful with anything I asked them regarding directions, translation of my train tickets, easiest way to get to Madrid. They always had a smile on their faces and they never seemed put out by anything I would ask them. I would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you ladies for making my stay a pleasant one.

Room was spacious (a little dated) but had everything I needed and is well maintained. All of the staff were amazing and assisted with my numerous requests ( reception, bar, house maids & cleaners). Great central location - 5 min walk from main train station. Would stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the outdoor terrace / bar was not in use during my stay.
