Great location : close from city center, shops, station and metro. Hospitality of the staff : very helpful and friendly. Respect of the others travelers.
Fem dorm more noisy than the mix one (only because and until train go on). Fem bathroom small and not so clean compared to the fem bathroom upstairs to use when you stay in the low dorm. Using app on the phone to open doors : not so convenient especially at night when just need to go to toilets. Air conditioning too strong which make me sick. A bit expensive compared to others hostels for same quality.

The beds were big and had thick, long curtains. The community area was big. The beds having big lockers. There were charging pots and lights for each bed. The check-in and door opening with an app was convenient as I did not have to worry about losing a plastic card or so. The bathroom was always clean and well equipped (like with hairdryer). The rooms were clean, not smelly and not noisy (which is great cause the hostel is in the building of the railway station). The location is perfect, both the historical city center, nice avenues and shops are close, not to mention the public transport options. Recommend it to everyone.
The AC was a bit too cold and did not have a switch for it in the room if I checked correctly. The lockers were a bit noisy during opening & closing them which can be disturbing for sleeping people.

Location was great, very central if you have stuff to do in the center. Just short walks bring you to important places. For summer vacations, I suggest the coastline hotels because it is a little bit far.
In other places, the stays were cheaper. I did not like the groups staying in the hostel (students too noisy and aggressive). While registering student groups in masses maybe some acts can be taken. I think this is not directly related to the management of the hostel, but precautions can be taken. Some prostitutes were walking, coming and going around, asking for "fun". That was not nice. I think security can be fortified in this sense.

Very modern hostel with very friendly staff. Huge common room with lots of seating options and a bar where they serve food and drinks. There were a good number of showers and toilets so waiting was never an issue, and the bathrooms were generally quite clean. Location is great, right in the centre inside the Estacio del Nord train station. Incredibly easy to get the metro to the beach, the airport, or anywhere in town as well since there are two different metro stations either side of the hostel (Xàtiva and Balién), both a 2 minute walk away. Overall very satisfied.
The lockers under the beds are very noisy, so it's impossible not to be woken up by people going to bed late or checking out in the early hours. Also think a 'quiet hours' rule would help since I don't think I was ever explicitly told one and sometimes there were people in the room who were talking quite loudly until quite late. Despite a lack of a kitchen, (besides a fridge and a microwave) the facilities were very good, but as with a lot of more modern hostels it didn't have a very sociable vibe for whatever reason. Maybe because it's so big? Either way I didn't mind because it served as a good place to stay whilst I explored the city and met people elsewhere, so I would still recommend for solo travellers.

Bathrooms were very clean, there is space to put belongings that don’t get wet when you take a shower. Rooms were also clean, beds comfortable, at night rooms got a bit chilly.
Its not sth to “dont like” but you have to be a bit careful when going to the bathroom so you dont lock yourself from your room - always take your phone with you.

The location was perfect for our short stay in Valencia - underground stations from which you can get nearly everywhere and city center are in a walking distance. It's perfect if you are traveling by train as the hostel is located in the same building as the railway station, but we also got to the airport in less than half an hour by metro. The bathroom was very clean and beds were quite comfortable.
It can get a little noisy at times with the railway station so close, but it's a sitter really. I also think it might be problematic to get to your room if you forget your phone as you open the doors via app, especially after midnight, when the entrance is closed as well. You just have to keep it in mind and have the phone charged.

The location of the hotel is really good, right at (or better right in) the train station Valencia Nord with good connection to the rest of the city and to other cities. There is a direct connection by metro to the airport as well. By walking, you quickly reach the old town of Valencia. The staff was always nice and helpful and I could leave my luggage there after checkout. The room and bed was clean and I thought it was a secure way of opening the doors via an app. The common sitting area is really nice with outlets to charge your phone/laptop. I wasn't bothered by the noises of the trains so maybe I had a more quiet room.
Like many reviews already say, climbing up to the top bed is rather uncomfortable. It felt harder to socialize with people than in other hostels although there is a big and nice common area. One shower on the lower floor didn't work and the paper towels were not filled up (at least until I checked out) when they were empty. A mirror in the room would be nice.

The location was perfect, very close to the city center. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, staff was super nice. The toilets were cleaned daily but some girls were making a bit of a mess. Overall, a very nice hostel. :)
The hostel is located literally in the train station, so you can literally hear the trains . Also, there was a girl snoring the first night, but nothing the hostel can do about it.

Me and my friend liked the fact that the hostel is in the train station. And the location is superb. Like 9 mins away from Joaquin Sorolla (by walking) and literally has access to everything, metro, bus, etc.
I didn't like that the beds were made of steel. They sound too much when you move. Also, this is not for the hostel but the people that booked the place. They need to at least respect others. But yeah, beds couldve been made of wood. That way it won't sound too much.

I really liked the location (super central) and I liked the bed. Nice common area as well, pretty spacious and great internet connection (I worked during my stay). The staff was also kind and helpful
The bathrooms could use a little renovation. Downstairs one shower was not usable the whole week I stayed there, and the ones upstairs were not really spacious and had a curtain instead of a door (personally I think it's a bit not hygienic).
