Great location : close from city center, shops, station and metro. Hospitality of the staff : very helpful and friendly. Respect of the others travelers.
Fem dorm more noisy than the mix one (only because and until train go on). Fem bathroom small and not so clean compared to the fem bathroom upstairs to use when you stay in the low dorm. Using app on the phone to open doors : not so convenient especially at night when just need to go to toilets. Air conditioning too strong which make me sick. A bit expensive compared to others hostels for same quality.

Bathrooms were very clean, there is space to put belongings that don’t get wet when you take a shower. Rooms were also clean, beds comfortable, at night rooms got a bit chilly.
Its not sth to “dont like” but you have to be a bit careful when going to the bathroom so you dont lock yourself from your room - always take your phone with you.

The location was perfect for our short stay in Valencia - underground stations from which you can get nearly everywhere and city center are in a walking distance. It's perfect if you are traveling by train as the hostel is located in the same building as the railway station, but we also got to the airport in less than half an hour by metro. The bathroom was very clean and beds were quite comfortable.
It can get a little noisy at times with the railway station so close, but it's a sitter really. I also think it might be problematic to get to your room if you forget your phone as you open the doors via app, especially after midnight, when the entrance is closed as well. You just have to keep it in mind and have the phone charged.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, bag storage was provided, and there was a good organisation system for the fridge. The location was also fantastic, the hostel was built into the station and yet it wasn't noisy in the slightest! The beds were very comfortable, and there was an adjustable light and a small shelf in the cubicle. I did like the app used for room entry, but it wasn't the quickest, but this is a software issue that needs raising with the app developer. Nice bar area too.
The amount of beds in the room made it feel quite cramped, and the lockers under the bed didn't roll out, it was just a door. Although I was on the bottom bunk, there wasn't a ladder to climb up to the top one, so you just need to lift yourself up I guess. There isn't a full kitchen either, just a fridge.

Me and my friend liked the fact that the hostel is in the train station. And the location is superb. Like 9 mins away from Joaquin Sorolla (by walking) and literally has access to everything, metro, bus, etc.
I didn't like that the beds were made of steel. They sound too much when you move. Also, this is not for the hostel but the people that booked the place. They need to at least respect others. But yeah, beds couldve been made of wood. That way it won't sound too much.

- The location is good in a train station however still about 10-15 minute walk to the town - the staff were friendly and helpful - they had walking tour and pub crawl (at another hostel though) - the beds were clean and the curtains and charging points in the beds were good - your phone is the key for the door which is cool and worked good - there is a large common area - good value for money
- the showers were small and only had a shower curtain (no door) and there was not much room to get changed - didn’t feel very private - not a social hostel at all, no activities at the actual hostel

The location is next to the rail station, close to the city center. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. All my requests were heard and fulfilled. The common space is fantastic, with comfy sofas, charging points, and music. I especially love the spacious area, both on the ground and the upper floors, a great place to both chill and work with a laptop. The bed was great; fell asleep really well. The overall environment is clean, the bedroom, common area, bed, bedding stuff, toilet and shower room. The people staying there are also great, not bothering each other's sleep or rest.
The shower room is slightly small and congested. It doesn't come with a shelf or hook within the individual shower room. It lacks some privacy, i.e. does not come with a door but just a curtain, for those who care about it much.

First I was not sure if the location in the train station was the best, but I had to catch an early train, so I went with it. You do not hear at all the trains in the dorm! This Hostel must be quite new as everything is in very well condition. Good mattresses, nice common area, clean rooms and bathrooms. I also liked that the beds had curtains for privacy. I was able to leave my stuff before the official check-in time, too. Location wise also great as u r quickly in the city center. Overall, it was a great choice I did and would definitely again come here.

The common areas and the Wifi, perfect for work and video calls. The location is also great!
I asked for a blanket because where my bed was was too cold. But they told me they didn’t have any, which is very weird, I was up to pay for it of needed but they didn’t have. And also, even though my bed was very cold and told them so, they didn’t care much about it.

I looooooved the girl that checked me in Saturday afternoon! Unfortunately don't remember her name but she made my stay worth it. Told me about the different areas of Valencia, how to get to the beach and where to go at night. She explained about the walking tours and pubcrawl (which I did with the company they recommend, Sunday night, it was a lot of fun!). And you can text them through the app if you want the aircondition to be turned more up or down in the middle of the night. It's close to the center, transportation to the beach and trains to other cities. Beds are comfortable and with curtains!
It's not the most social hostel, and honestly felt like everybody could walk in and out of the hostel area cause it literally located in a train station. Many comes into the bar for coffee, and not sure how they divide the people from visitors to hostel guests.. Bedrooms are a small and has those very noisy metal lockers which is the the greatest at night. Showers are very weird put together with toilets, and you only have a curtain for privacy, plus no where in the bathroom to put your things. Make up, clothes when showering, toiletries. That was a big minus.
