Excellent staff, very very helpful, the hotel was very good value for money We upgraded on arrival and the room had a huge comfortable bed

Location was chosen as we had a car and drove straight into the area, we didn’t want to drive into the city area, it’s very difficult to navigate around if your hotel in the old town. We got free parking on the street so that was a bonus. However if we went again we’d take the train and stay in the city centre. The hotel was ok , we enjoyed walking into the centre, down to the beach, ( 1 hour walking) and to the oceanographic, took us roughly 30 /40 minutes to the city centre. However it’s probably better to hire bikes and cycle everywhere. It’s very easy for cycling.

Great hotel with beautiful and clean room. Good location. Very kind and helpful staff. It was my daughter's birthday and in the morning of breakfast the staff had prepared a cake with a candle and sang a song. Breakfast is excellent. The best butter croissants I had so far in Spain.

Parking is for small cars only. But in general it is not a big problem because you can leave your car on the street (which I did) or use the nearby paid parking lots.

During my holiday in Valencia, I had an excellent stay at hotel Malcom & Barret. The room was comfortable, clean, and very cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day out. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions as museums, just a few bus stations. The room was cleaned daily, also the towels were changed daily, which added to the overall experience. The staff were extremely pleasant, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Also, the restaurant was a highlight as well the food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, making dining there a delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and amazing food.

Check-in was smooth, receptionist offered to pick luggage from my car and deliver to the room since i had to park and come over with my 3 year old by myself. At reception received coupons for free drink in the bar. Parking is not too expensive,right in the property. Facilities modern and newm A Pre Booked child crib was in the room with bedding and cute child amenities. Bathroom had child tub and toilet adapter (super for families with babies). Plus so many towels were available, even a baby got extra two! Bed was super big and comfortable with duvet and comfy pillows. Shower very nice,overall clean. Night blinds on the window and quiet part of the building gave a good sleep. Really late working restaurant. Late check out time. Play area in the hotel lobby for children. Location is not too far from the center, close to big shopping mall,several supermarketa

Air Conditioning super weak,barely cooled down by the middle of the night,felt very warm in the room and it was mid January... Neighbouring house wall view through the window,nothing else. Room doors with poor soundproofing, all sounds from coridor felt amplified. Water kettle was really missed in the room. Parking is good but extremely narrow ,so not recommended for slightly bigger cars. Flat TV but not Smart.

Location not far from the city center, easy access to bus. Quite modern hotel! Comfortable and well soundproofed room, very well organized space, huge bed with really comfortable mattresses (ideal hardness). Amazingly friendly and helpful staff! High class cuisine, more refined and elaborate; exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we will be back for sure!

Do not dare to ask for a coffee before breakfast opens, especially not to Angel the receptionist, who can prepare a coffee for himself, but he cannot make it possible for the hotel's customers.

Very good position. The personnel was friendly and the bed incredibly comfortable. Good variety for the breakfast. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

The hairdryer wasn't working and the temperature of the water from the shower wasn't stable: water was suddenly super hot and then cold again, without holding the temperature originally set.

The service and staff were excellent. I booked a room during the weekend of the Valencia marathon 2024. The hotel phoned all the guests well in advance to see when we would like the restaurant to get opened on the day of the race and they opened it at 5:30AM. They also gave us a very nice running T-shirt as a present, allowed for a late check-out until 14:00h free of charge and offered a 15’ post-race massage also for free. Moreover, plenty of fruit was prepared and ready to take after the race. Both managers and staff really tried to make sure we had a wonderful stay and they were fully successful. I would like to give them all a big thanks!

Nice rooms with comfy beds and friendly staff. The hotel is next to a busy road, you'll start missing the sirens when you get back home 😉 but this means taxis and public transport are readily available to get around town. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Staff were very helpful with questions. We had a very pleasant time staying here, would definitely stay here again.

As long persons, the toilet and sink were quite low in the bathroom for us. One shower also only had a rain shower head, would've preferred a handheld head there. None of this really bothered us though.

Staff was fantastic. Restaurant was great and reasonable although I wouldn’t order the paella again.

The hotel is on a busy street so I didn’t want to sit outside to have my morning coffee. The upside is that the hotel is an easy stroll to the Russafa district which I actually enjoyed better than the touristy old town district. Russafa offered tons of restaurants and bars including the neighborhood Mercat filled with both locals and some tourists. Very easy to walk to the supermercado and public bus stops. I would definitely stay here again

We like the apartment. It is a great place to stay. The room was quite tiny, but there were everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, in bathroom we had a great variety of shampoos and shower gels. In the evening we had a very tasty dinner at the restaurant that is located in the lobby of the gotel. Pad Thai was amazing. One more very pleasant moment was a welcome drink for each person (cava o juice for your taste), I think it is a really great option. So, in general, the stay was great, and we can recommend this hotel for the stay.
