Check in starts from 15:00 but we checked in at 14:00 Check out 11:00-11:30. No fridge, so it’s hard to buy beverages and cold it.

This hotel definitely exceed our expectations, We stayed there in January for 5 nights and never get bored :) Metro line is quite close, also you can have a nice walk through Turia Gardens, which are just in front of the hotel, to reach main city attractions. Breakfast is fabulous, you can also have dinner in the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, delicious, with variety of choices that changed every day. The hotel restaurant provided the option to have dinner included, which was helpful when I arrived late. Staff were polite and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. The location was convenient as it was close to bus stop and metro station.

There was no satellite TV, therefore no option to watch the news or any programmes in English (Spanish channels were only available). To my opinion the hotel was too expensive for the facilities offered (with the exception of breakfast, dinner and restaurant service that were excellent).

A good sized, well furnished room, with air conditioning. Pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable restaurant and bar area. The breakfasts were awesome with a large selection of items, definitely something for everyone's taste. Location was good, with a large park nearby, easy access to the Metro and local buses. I would suggest purchasing a Valencia Tourist Card, for unlimited use on the Metro and buses in zones A & B. They are available for 24, 48 and 72 hours.

To use the shower you have to stand in the bath, which is something I, personally, do not like. Others may find this to their liking.

Overall the stay was very good with an excellent central location in short walking distance to many attractions.

The only real downside was that the coffee, tea and water in the room were not replenished on a daily basis as one would expect from a 4star hotel.

Then room has lots of amenities (including an infrared lamp for drying and warming towels!) The self-service breakfast was superb, from the standard Spanish style (pastries, toasts with olive oil) to eggs and sausages, and fruit and cereals.

Excellent hotel in very convenient spot for touring the lesser-known northern area of the beautiful city of Valencia. Also nearby access to the magnificent Turia Gardens was very welcome, providing great walks and shade in even the high temperatures. Hotel was very quiet, brilliantly clean and served a wonderful breakfast. Easy access to the Metro which links to the airport at small expense. Would certainly stay there again.

Midday and evening meals lacked variety and were too dear in many respects -- particularly the price of a very small so-called glass of wine.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. From the very beginning we felt really welcomed and that we could rely on them for anything. The food is really nice and enjoyable. Both for breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close enough to walk to the centre but not too close to be disturbed too much by city noises and celebrations. Which is important to mention because we stayed during Falles. It's also close to metro and bus and accessible from any part of the city. There is a big mall right next to it. So if you need anything from McDonald, a supermarket or just clothes its just a street crossing away. I would love to come back and can recommend the hotel from my hearth.

Two things that I could mention is the elevator and the noise. There are only two small elevators that are a bit slow. We stayed really high up (there are 10 floors) so in a bit of a rush moment you can wait for a really long time. Though, this can be attributed to guests as well, since it was fascinating that almost no one knew how to use the up/down buttons. I'd recommend to the hotel to add a sign explaining at the elevator entrance next to the reception. The other thing is noise. We were lucky to not have noisy neighbours. But basically you could hear people talk through the door as if you are in the same room.

Delicious breakfast and evening meals, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful

The rooms were comfortable but a bit dated, a smart TV would have been nice

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can reach any destination by bus or metro which are very close or even walk (15-20 min to old city). The breakfast exceeded or expectations, you have a lot of options to choose from: fresh fruits (and fresh orange juice), coffee, cheese, eggs, yougurt, chia pudding, english breakfast variety, a lot of bread options, sweets options and even champagne. The room was big and was cleaned every day. I will choose this hotel again when I will visit Valencia next time.

It was nothing that we didn;t like. I would have a suggestion: Maybe providing some slippers in room, especially in the winter time because the floor is very cold to walk bare foot.
