not having access to the pool . it’s not right that I booked the hotel because I needed a swimming pool or sauna access. I think it’s false advertisement being able to filter my search and only to find out I need to book a massage to use the pool. this means it’s not owned by the hotel

Very helpful personnel at the reception, room excellent indeed with all facilities including sound system in walls. Did not served the breakfast because we have an early checkout, but we have really appreciated the free snack bar (cookies, coffee, tea, fruits) available during 4am-7am. View from junior suite at 28 floor amazing

It not hotel fault and we knew this when reservation was done but the connection with the city center is not good . If you are i town after midnight (00:30 m) you have serious problem eve to grab a taxi. It took us 1 hour to return from city to the hotel as no metro, bus or taxi available. Also during the day you need to change multiple lines and timing for public transport is far away comparing to what we had in Barcelona. Anyhow, I can not fault this to the hotel, but consider that this is more a business hotel and not one for leisure in Valencia

The room was very spacious yet cozy, and had various features which are not usually provided for that price: work desk with a comfortable office chair, both bath tub and shower, a wardrobe etc. I have requested a room away from the elevator (noise considerations), and they gave us the most remote room available! Also I am not sure whether we didn't have neighbors or the soundproofing is that good, but we didn't hear other guests at all. The location is a bit away from the city center, but the train station is very close and the neighborhood is lovely.

Love the hotel size and modern amenities

Hate the new breakfast set up. Putting 95% of people on one side of room to make space for the high paying folks is stupid. It's SO loud and lacks the needed space. I had to eat in the bar because there were no tables available. Also the heat system in the room was set so high and I couldn't get it to cool down. This caused me to not get sleep. Lastly how do you not have any electrical outlets in the bathroom? Ladies use hair straighteners and Men use electric shavers.

The room was very spacious, 610. It was at the end of the hall so i guess it was a little bit different to the neighbours. Big big windows in two directions. Beautiful and comfortable big bed. Nice big, clean bathroom.

Hallway on the 6th floor was a little stuffy. Not enough fresh air passes through. It doesn't smell fresh enough. When the lift opens on the ground floor, you feel a wonderful release. Fresh, cool, scented air. This same effect should also be applied to the bedroom levels, it would make a huge difference to the hotel.

the beds are super comfy, it felt very clean and the shower and toilet area are especially clean. we loved the views out the window and loved how big the rooms were

the lady at the reception was very rude when we first arrived, she slammed our passports down on the desk. also we were upset about the pool being closed it would of been great to use it as we are big swimmer’s

The hotel was lovely, especially the lobby area where it is possible to both meet and greet for business and relax in the same space - a nice concept.

The room had a wonderful view, although the windows were dirty (however, we were on the 24th floor so this is understandable). I asked for a factura at reception and they were unable to provide one immediately so I await this by email. The spa set up was very disappointing. It necessitated the booking of a massage and there were strict times of availability which did not suit us. It would be better to give access to the spa pool, sauna and steam rooms only with more availability, rather than having to book a massage.

We loved the big room and big bathroom with bath and shower. Rituals products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Nice and clean, we were happy with our stay.

Lobby bar was a bit under pressure when we wanted to have a drink so we gave up. Breakfast price was a bit too much €17 per person so we opted out

The breakfast was great full selection of hot food (bacon ,sausage ,fried eggs , scrambled eggs , hard boiled eggs ,omelette , beans ,tomatoes etc…) fruits , yogurts , toast , jams , cheeses , cold meats ,etc… Lobby was very large and sophisticated. Building looked attractive and modern. Good lifts and great views. Rooms large and spacious..

The hotel could benefit from a larger swimming pool , but was good enough to cool off .

The hotel is nice, well located depending on the purpose of your visit, the bed was comfortable, generous size of the room, bathroom clean with separate shower/bathtub. Parking available and chargeable at the hotel but free on-street parking is possible too. Breakfast varied, plenty of choice with hot and cold food, unfortunately some of the pastries went to a waste as they were half baked. The pool was good.

There was a smell in the room due maybe to a lack of fresh air, it was not possible to open the window.
