The property is located in a very nice and clean part of Valencia with bus stops within walking distance that take you straight to the city centre. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was very clean and quite.

The AC was stuck on 23 degrees Celsius and we were unable to lower it. We stayed at the location in April and there was one night where both me and my wife could not fall asleep as it was too hot so if you’re someone feels hot throughout the night I would steer clear. The other thing which I didn’t like was that both soap and body wash dispensers were almost finished when we initially checked in and throughout our 4 night stay, they were not topped up once, even though room service cleaned the room everyday.

Excellent one night stay at the Sorolla Palace on our way to Teruel. Metro, bus and tram stops close-by with direct connections to the autobus station and the city centre (10-15 minutes). Highlights of our stay: early check-in at 10:30 am (thank you very much again), very clean and silent rooms, excellent view from 8th level, very friendly and warm personell, efficient air conditioning, very good breakfast (12,50 Euro!) with vegan options as well (you might have to ask): yogurts, fried vegetables, bread, fresh fruits, cereals, milk alternatives. We will be back!

Beautiful view to the palm trees and the pool from the suite. large spacious room ,amazing breakfasts with delicious watermelons, melon, oranges and pineapple I was very pleased with the huge selection of food for breakfast,in the suite room in the bathroom music,also a bathrobe and slippers

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are nice. The jacuzzi is a bit small (2/3 people), but it was ok. There's a swimming pool. They let you leave the bags after check out as you walk round in town (if your flight is late at the evening). The bus is just 1/ 2 min walk to the plage (well count 1h ride), and to the town centre. The metro to the airport is just 5/7 mins walk (depends on your walking). Nice restaurants and bars around. I recommend "Jenkin's" for meat lovers.

Well the sauna did not work.

The breakfast and the pool were great. They had a great and affordable bar for you to truly relax and enjoy the sun. The breakfast is spot on but they make you reserve it early at a discounted rate. The beds and towels were comfy and the integrated music system in the room was great.

They didn’t have an iron. Although there was signage saying you could ask for one at the front…we did yet they were all checked out. What kind of 4 star hotel doesn’t have an iron? Not a huge deal but the canopies that we’re shown by the pool didn’t exist for lounging. They had some exceptional pool furniture but no shade options. Not a huge deal for locals but tourists need some shade.

It is a big functional hotel, typically for arranging business trips. All works well. It has a pool, not too big but fine. The bedrooms are nice and in general all works well. The hotel has no parking, but there is a public parking underneath the building and you can reach the room directly from the partking lot, which is very convenient.

The location is a bit outside Valencia. You need transportation to reach downtown. It takes around 15 minutes by car. The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel and the area around the pool does not have anything special.

The staff was nice and friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The room was good and clean, also the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately, it was not a whole bed but two separate beds next to each other. They offer many toiletries.

It wasn't possible to open the window in the room because the window handle was wholly removed. Due to that, there was no fresh air in the room. We only could use the air conditioner. In the end, we had a headache each morning because there was no air in the room. When we asked how the problem could be solved we were simply told that they could not move us to another room because everything was already taken. I don't think it is normal for a 4-star hotel to have such problems.

I stayed in a superior room, No 717. Nice and large space, both in the sleeping area, entrance and bathroom. Generally well maintained, nice view from the wide windows. A light duvet was available when sleeping with air conditioning. Very confortable bed, and soundproof room.

Staff at the reception was not particularly welcoming, There was no water available in the minibar and no coffe in the room amenities offering. Also the tea I took the first day was not replaced. Was not particularly impressed by the bar food (the restaurant was closed). I think it was too expensive for what I got (220 €/night).

My one major gripe is the beds, i understand two single beds together when in Europe but these are usually joined together with a double sheet but these were just two single beds made separately and myself and partner basically slept separately. This may actually be a deal breaker for not coming back. Also the receptionist, whilst they were polite and helpful they gave us the wrong information regarding the travel card for using the buses, trams etc.

Great hotel, a bit far from downtown, but very convenient transportation, so not a big deal. A large supermarket nearby, bus, tram stations. Extremely quiet room, extremely clean, and we had a smoking room, don't even know how you can possibly keep that clean and smelling nice! The smoking floor is 11, so the view was fantastic! Bed is comfortable, bathroom has everything needed, including a dental kit. Every worker is super friendly and nice, the pool is great, and almost private. Modern building, nice neighbourhood.

I remember that episode of Seinfeld, where George was complaining about bed sheets being tucked in. Well, I'm not a fan of tucked beds either, but I swear in this hotel they use some kind of industrial machine to tuck the sheets under the matress! It took me 10 minutes to undo that! And as a result I messed up the whole bed. Positive part - I was exhausted after wrestling with the bed, so slept well. Ah, and there was a flickering light in the room! :)
