Very nice breakfast. Convenient location in front of the palacio de congresos for businesses

The windows of the room were not sound proof enough. There was some bar/club nearby going on until 2-5am. You could hear the chatter of people and the music from our room in floor 8th

The staff were all very pleasant. Our room was on the 11th floor and there were plenty of lifts. The room was enormous (it was a Junior Suite) with a bedroom with plenty of clothes storage, a sitting area, a dining area and a good big bathroom. We had tea and coffee making equipment including a Nespresso machine. Everything was very clean. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but used the café for some of our meals and were never disappointed. The gym area was well equipped and in good condition. The 99 bus goes from just outside the hotel all the way to the commercial centre of the city, and there are other buses from across the road to the old town. There are lots of good eating places within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Provision of tea and coffee sachets and Nespresso pods in the room could have been more generous, and I was disappointed to find that the swimming pool wasn't big enough for an adult to swim in.

A nice clean hotel, We had a standard room which was a good size enough room for a couple of chairs & table. It had minibar/fridge - But it would have been nice to have had tea & coffee in the room. Great breakfasts (so much choice😋) We only had one evening meal at the hotel, we chose the bar, but the menu had a good selection & was reasonably priced. It's a little way from the City Centre, but the metro system is really easy to navigate, Beneferri station is a short walk away. And highly recommend the 10 trip ticket - zone A only was just 4.00euro (plus 1.00euro when you first buy the card) & you can get round all of the city centre as well as down to the beach on it. The Palau Congress Tram stop is closer (behind the hotel), which runs across the top of the city & down to the beach - we only used it one evening but it did seem to be very popular (busy), maybe because it passes the university. Overall though love Valencia and would definitely consider the hotel if we ever go again.

The pool wasn't open, it was one of the reasons we chose it. (and didn't see any notes about it being closed when booking) And as mentioned above it would have been nice to have tea/Coffee/Kettle in the room

The location was good! At every corner you could find a restaurant, a casino, gas station, car wash, Café, taxis. The breakfast was great! But can be boring over time, eating the same every time is not fun… but I’m a peaky eater, so I guess it’s not that bad for people who eat everything. The Cakes, Fruit and the freshly pressed orange juice were AMAZING! The Pool was a little small for me but a great place to just chill and enjoy the sun. The Smoothies and the Food on the terrace/pool were delicious. The Team was really helpful and friendly. I liked the Hotel very much.

The room could’ve been bigger and the breakfast with more selection. We hated that the parking is 20€ per day. We parked at the public street on the side of the hotel just for 4 days… our window got smashed. SO better PAY THE 20€ PER DAY!! And DO NOT leave your car too long in the city without cameras around!!

Location is quite good, close to metro and tram, taxis outside the hotel most of the time. Facilities are reasonable, room is quite nice and well equipped, air con works well. The hotel maids were helpful in cleaning and providing towels, they did a good job. The WiFi is quite good, however some of us were unable to join. Phone signal is reasonable at the hotel. Staff at reception always willing to help and have quite a high level of English.

Gym is quite basic, the pool and hotel bar is expensive and the restaurant although I did not eat out of it my friends who were staying with did not rate it highly.

Really spacious room, large bathroom (with radio!), good bed and pillows, great view from the window. AMAZING breakfast, the staff even found a candle for my wife's birthday (thanks a lot!), provide us an iron and a board and let us to postpone the checkout for half an hour. Nice comfortable pool!

In our room on the 14th floor, all the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there was mold in the corners of the bathroom, which unfortunately made us feel like the hotel was turning 30 this year :( The floor in the room was dusty upon arrival, but you are provided with slippers. There was a humming sound from the hallway from time to time, sounds some kind of a generator. Due to the size of the hotel, you may have to wait a few minutes for the elevator. The snacks plates in the photos in the description are for photos only.

The room was spacious and in good conditions with a nice view from the high floor. I had the breakfast included which was really superb. There was a decent gym and even a sauna. Also an outside pool which was already covered with a roof since the summer season was over. The convention center is right next door.

The elevators are an issue. Too few and very slow. The sauna is a plus, but turns off automatically and then it takes forever to get it heated up again. Unfortunately there is no resting area for after the sauna. The pool is not for swimming, just to dip and have a refreshing moment in the water. The hotel is not really close to the subway and far from the center. Bus stations are not far though. And the convention center is right next door.

The hotel is really nice and fancy, the rooms are very clean and facilities are good too.

One thing they should improve is the communication with staff, when we got to the reception to do the checking nobody said anything about booking in advance the breakfast to pay the price of 13.50€, the receptionist just said “here is the QR code where you can check all the information and services”. The next morning when we went for breakfast they charged us 17€ each for breakfast. Even on the website, it doesn't say that we should book in advance to pay less. When we asked the receptionist they didn't care and even apologise. So is better to improve it.

The terrace and pool were super nice and there was a lot of space. It's nice that the bar is next to the pool and has a terrace too, it was a great hangout place. Our room was great too, we booked it quite early so it was a good price. Maybe a bit small but not a bother. The bed was very comfortable! Everything was clean and so spacious and the staff was very nice too. We had a nice window view as well.

It's far from the center of Valence (20/30min in public transport) and very far from the beach (1h) so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a car. There isn't much to do around the hotel either.

I did really like this hotel! The staff is very helpful and kind, and as we have exchanged some messages via the app in advance, I have been answered very fast. The room was modern, clean and spacious, it gave a lot of comfort. Pool area is also very nice, and the breakfast has also been super. By the way, you can have your breakfast in the pool area, on the open air terrace, which is fantastic. The vicinity of the hotel is modern, clean and friendly, the area offers some bars and restaurants, shopping centers are also in the nearby. Metro and tram are some minutes on foot, bus stop is directly there, but there is also a taxi stand in front of the entrance, and the local taxi fares are quite friendly. I will definietly recommend this hotel to others, it was a very good choice!
