One of the best options in Valencia city center. A classic building near the cathedral and plaza la reina. Can't be in a better location in Valencia.

The car park is with an elevator system .... very narrow to go in and out... It is better to leave the car at the Plaza de la Reina two hundred meters from the hotel.

We loved the location and atmosphere of this boutique hotel. From there it's very easy to get in and out of the city. Almost all the sights are within walking distance. The service at the reception was terrific, I even received a surprise courtesy for my birthday :-) The room was really clean and well maintained. The bed was firm and comfortable. The best part of the bathroom was the huge super soft bath towels and bath rug. We'd definitely come back to stay at the Vincci Palace again.

Our stay at this Valencia hotel was a real treat! It ticked all the boxes: awesome location, featuring super high-end design and style, impeccable service, and a multilingual concierge. The rooms were spacious and exuded chic vibes.

The lighting situation in the room was a real downer. There was no way to get full light in the bathroom and closet area without turning on all the bedroom lights, which made late-night trips and rummaging in the closet a partner-waking ordeal. Annoying, but overall, it was still a fantastic stay!

Cool personnel, great location, very clean, very comfortable.

The toilet door is semi-transparent and sliding. It practically does not seal hermetically by design. In addition, the bathroom ventilation did not work. (When you go with your daughter, those things have other values.) The light control system too elaborate. I didn't manage until the end to get what I wanted from the first time. ( But here is my fault, I didn't have the patience to learn. Minus for me.) No price list in/for the fridge. Only for the rest, but not for drinks. Overall, it was super cool.

The location was excellent for access to the old city and the city as whole. Overall the room was excellent, and as a perk, had a large balcony. On sight parking was available. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is more a comment than a dislike. The car elevator for the parking was small and will not accommodate larger cars. Our car fit, but make sure to check if your car will fit before arrival. There is a parking garage just down the street just in case.

Excellent and rich breakfast, super and very fast cleaning service, receptionists were very helpful, and able to speak Italian. They provided us with all the information we needed to visit the city. The hall of the hotel is very beautiful, comfy and luxurious. The location is perfect, right in the historical center of Valencia.

The room was not what we expected comparing to the pictures on booking. Some furniture were not brand new and ruined (suggest to change the items that are damaged i.e coffee table with scratches). The bed’s pillows weren’t comfortable enough (suggest to change it with harder one).

3 night stay 24-27 December. 3rd visit to Valencia, first time in this hotel, chosen for location. Nice hotel in a central location, a few mins walk to the main plaza/shops/restaurants. On the main road but we heard very little traffic noise. Foyer very welcoming and nicely decorated with a bar/dining area. Special thanks to Tania, we communicated with prior to our stay regarding the Xmas eve dinner (good food and excellent value) she was quick to reply and answer our questions and welcomed us upon check in. Also, well done to Ana who did a great job serving in the dining area.

Some small areas in the bedroom would benefit from a touch of paint, nothing major just some minor scrapes/edges (room 402)

We could check in earlier due to the manager Carla and wonderful reception. The location of the hotel is great. Everything you want to see or do in Valencia is within walking distance. Super great restaurants and cafés for coffee or simple breakfast are all nearby. Housekeeping did a good job too and the bathtowels deserves a 5 star, thick and fluffy.

Wi fi in the room is non existence, maybe better routers on every floor! The safe is useless because it works only with a magnetic creditcard, if your card has one? Maybe using chip reader is better? Nowadays new creditcard are not magnetic anymore!

We booked this at very last minute when our flight home was cancelled at 4pm having waited at the airport for 8 hours, so didn't spend anytime really considering or comparing with other hotels. The hotel is perfectly located, has a very upmarket feel, good quality bedding etc and excellent, helpful staff. The food and drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced for such a lovely hotel.

Compared with the high calibre of everything else, the breakfast was a little disappointing, a bit bland. Staff and service still excellent though.
