What’s not to like about this property? It’s absolutely beautiful and the service is top notch. When you arrive they welcome you with a complimentary drink and also give you a map with information about the area. The receptionist even told me about free tours of the city and how to get around by train. My room had everything you needed and was very comfortable. I loved the water pressure in the shower and all the toiletries provided in case you forgot something or wanted to pack light. I was surprised there was a blow dryer and a straightening iron. The pillows and mattress felt like sleeping on a cloud and I got the best sleep. The AC was strong and cooled me down after walking around on a hot day. I even loved the food at the restaurant. The jamón croquettes are some of the best I have had throughout all of Spain. The tacos were also delicious and I especially liked the langostino one. The location of the hotel was close to the historic sites as well as the train and bus station making it convenient to get anywhere in the city. With my Valencia card I was able to take the train to Colin station and walk 5 minutes to the hotel with ease. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return one day with family or friends.

Great location.! Near restaurants, sights, and city center. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Food and service were both great. The hotel staff are both friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with modern amenities and a modern style. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well.

We've stayed for about 5 days at the Helen Berger Boutique Hotel. And I can tell everyone reading this, that I will definitely come back! We've been so well taken care off, the staff was amazing, super friendly, always with a smile on their face and always super helpful. The studio that we booked was big enough for 3 people, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The food was also a 10/10 and the service was always super quick! Honestly if you're every considering going to Valencia, I can highly recommend the hotel. Trust me you won't regret it! Thank you again to the amazing staff at this hotel, you made our stay worthwhile and we'll definitely come back soon!

I had a delightful stay at this boutique hotel nestled in Valencia's charming Old City Center. The rooms were immaculately clean and elegantly designed. It felt like a cozy home away from home. The staff at this hotel is exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to their unwavering professionalism throughout my stay, I felt like a valued guest. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries, and their genuine friendliness and welcoming nature made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant is a culinary delight! I had the pleasure of trying their breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings, and each meal was a feast for the senses. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. For lunch and dinner, I highly recommend booking in advance, as this spot is a magnet for both locals and tourists alike. The bustling atmosphere in the restaurant added to the overall experience, and I could see why it gets busy.

I stayed at Helen Berger Boutique Hotel with my friend for 2 nights. It was a wonderful stay. Cleanness: The room was super clean and so were the entire hotel facilities. Location: One of the best things about the hotel is that it was a walking distance of the city center and almost everything you need (restaurants, bars, shops) and 25 mins bus ride to the beach. Staff: Everyone was helpful and nice to the fullest extent. They made us feel welcome in the hotel and the city. They offered us sightseeing suggestions and were kind to answer our questions about the city and some locations. I highly recommend the hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and authentic Valencia experience.

The location is perfect, on a quiet street but still very much central. Turn left from the hotel and you can walk to the cathedral in minutes, turn right and you’ll stumble upon the modern shopping streets. There’s cafes and restaurants on every street but we found this hotel did the BEST food by far - remember to book as they are very busy (and rightfully so). Speaking of food, the breakfast included was faultless, cooked to order, and quick every time. The room is probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen, with super comfy bed and idyllic balcony. The staff are what make this hotel extra special, everyone is so genuinely friendly and professional. Thank you for a perfect trip! Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

We didn't like this hotel - we LOVED IT!! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely chap called John who was one of the most wonderful Concierge's / Managers I have ever met at a hotel. John just 'gets it' and his level of service and fabulous people skills truly make this hotel stand out from the rest. We loved that, though this is a fairly small hotel, there is a nice 'buzzy' feel to the bar / restaurant space on the ground floor, without being too loud or garish. The hotel has great style, great panache, wonderful toiletries and - WOW! - best shower we had in all the hotels in our month-long trip through Spain and France. Situated in the beautiful old district of Valencia, there is simply too much to see. We did a self-guided tour of the street art, had lunch in the square, danced along to some great buskers playing jazz and ate dinner the first night at the hotel - which was scrumptious! We loved our stay so much, we tried to book a 2nd night, but they were all booked up for the beginning of the festival season. Can't wait to return - Valencia has it all and this hotel is exceptional.

I guess the only thing I wasn't that impressed with were the scrambled eggs at breakfast but, honestly, I'm really just searching for something to write.

We loved the style of this hotel! the location is unbeatable, very thoughtful amenities, tv with Netflix & others available, the beds are big, everything is SUPER clean. The staff was nice (most of them) particularly the hosts that were on the front desk on the nights of the 9th and 10th September, very polite and accommodating. We enjoyed the fact that they had a restaurant with quite tasty food and everything was very near. The hotel has a really nice vibe. We loved our stay!

The room could be bigger but the style compensates for its size. The day of the check out the host was suspicious that we were leaving without paying. She wasn’t very nice when she asked us what we were doing, so it got awkward. The waiter with long hair and beard should take a pill of niceness because he can’t be more rude. The way he was looking at us and talking to us was not at all like the other staff. We preferred to leave and eat elsewhere than experience it one more min

Perfectly located hotel. Very stylish although rooms quite tight, but very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, excellent quality ingredients, buffet and choices from a La Carte included in breakfast package. Well worth it. Restaurant excellent too for 3 course fixed price lunch at 20 Euros or a La Cartr evening meal. Staff super friendly. Big shout out to Rodrigo In restaurant. Sandra at reception. Also Kathleen, Jorge and Daniel. All perfect hosts.
