Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, very clean and good location. Fairly quiet until it rained and there was a constant drip, drip on the metal ledge outside the window. The hotel knew about it and said they could have moved me to another room. That was the only issue.

The Spanish are late night party goers so you have to expect a little noise... or go to another country!. The dripping on the metal ledge outside my window was annoying, though.

The hotel is right in the center of the city with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The lady from the reception when we arrived was lovely, welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean and nicely balanced as we had 3 beds. The view was nice too. The hotel entrance, lobby and corridors were spotless and very nicely decorated. We can highly recommend the hotel as we had a great stay and felt safe and welcome !

Great central location and great allergy awareness by breakfast staff, especially Nieves. Gluten free bread and lactose free milk was available. One of us was unwell and Nieves kindly provided a plate with a lovely gluten free breakfast selection to eat, which made all the difference to our trip. The room was nicely decorated and there was a choice of two pillows.

There was only one bedside socket in a twin room. This made it difficult to charge our various electronic devices. The bathroom was spotless and functional but could do with an update

I absolutely LOVED the pillows and hope to get the same ones for my own bed. The cleaner came every day and changed/replaced towels and made the bed. We got new cups for water every day too. The air con was good and plenty of hot water for showers.

The bathroom door wouldn't close and the cistern dripped all night long. It would have been nice to get a couple of bottles of water - there was a fridge, but it was empty, even though there were 4 paper cups provided which were replaced daily. There was only one bedside socket for charging our phones so it was just as well we had a double USB adaptor. City centre parking was fairly close, but quite expensive at 50 euros for our 4 days there. There was a discount for 2 days at the hotel, but not for longer than that.

Great location right on Coso Street. Everything in the old town is within reach, with tram and bus stops very nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and provided an extra pillow when we asked for one at night.

The lighting in the room was a bit too strong. Also, our room was facing a rather dark light well.

It was pretty nice expirience for 3 star hotel and price. Location was very good. Appriciate check-in at almost 3:00 AM. Everything I needed was there.

Squeaking doors. I was afraid that I wake up everybody around my room. Classic problem with AC - It runs only when you are in room. But AC was powerful.

The hotel is on the edge of the old - great location. The room was very good and spacious for 3 ppl. We didn’t book breakfast but decided to avail of it and it was very good. They were also very helpful in terms of recommendations for the town which was much appreciated

Location is excellent, within a minutes walk you are in the middle of all the bars and restaurants and just a short walk to all the historical features of the city. Rooms are traditional, a good size and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacked a lounge area to relax in (or if it had one I didn't see it). Breakfast was adequate but basic, there was no hot meal option which would have improved it greatly.

This hotel is wonderfully situated in the center of Zaragoza, quite near some of the greatest attractions of the city, including the spectacular Church of Senora del Pilar, the old Cathedral, the Great Plaza built on top of the Roman forum, and the Ebro River.

Location was excellent right in the middle of everything, The Basilica was only 5 minutes walk, there was lots of great little bars and restaurants nearby too, and if you like shopping, that also was right on the doorstep.

Wouldn't like to drive there, trams bus lane taxi lanes etc plus very busy at some periods.
