Exceptional location, very clean and comfortable, Staff all excellent. Good aircon (vital in Zaragoza in summer). Location is so good it's worth mentioning twice.

There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. There was no complimentary water. There was no iron in the room. No robe or slippers(in a four star)? There is no bar. The pool area is small and nearly always crowded. We were in town for a family wedding so were able to compare what different people got for relative prices. You will get better facilities i.e. bigger pool area and a bar in other hotels very close by for a very similar price.

The hotel was beautiful and modern. The staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious, the bed was good, the bath was small but the shower was really good, they provide lots of amenities (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit, sewing kit, hairbrush).

Both swimming pools were closed and the fact that in the room you could here people yelling and partying in the street overnight (it was Saturday night)

The pool section was the best and the grand staircase ah, what can I say, the whole hotel was a great location for picture taking and content creation. The staff were extremely helpful and ready to assist even at 1am in the morning. Enjoyed my stay and also forgot to mention the bed was so so comfortable

The wifi was not too great in the bedrooms, but was ok when staying in the lobby to work Other than the wifi everything else was great.

Very nice hotel with intriguing artwork and cool design, and old displays of maps. Terrace with great city views. shame the pool was closed in autumn! Very comfy bed and nice staff always helpful. The location is perfect, 5 minutes´ walk from Catedral del Pilar and right in the heart of the city, easily accessible by public transport. The special guest only entrance to the Starbucks downstairs really made us feel like royalty!

Not clear why the indoor pool and spa was closed in autumn, only open for the summer. I get it for the outdoor terrace pool as it´s closed but still. Breakfast was a bit expensive so we opted for picking a few things from Starbucks and having it in bed.

The welcome, the attitude of the staff, the attention to detail! David on reception was especially helpful and very good with our 6 year old daughter!

There was nothing that I didn't like. The only thing that I could comment on (& it's not exactly negative), is that the hotel has a fantastic system to protect the environment, in that if you leave your towels hanging up and if you leave a card on your bed, they will not change your bed or towels, therefore saving on water. But we did both of those things and they still gave us fresh towels and bed sheets. Like I said this is not a negative, but if there is a system in place to help the environment, then it would have felt good to have supported that?!

We stayed here May 2019 and now Sept 2023. Both of our stays met our expectations. The location of the Hotel was just perfect. The train station is nearby. Walk outside the Hotel and public transportion is just down the streets. Important landmarks are in walking distance. Rooms are clean and the upkeep for the day is exceptional.

Going Home!

The location is excellent, near calle de alfonso which go straight to plaza del pillar. Not too far to walk to the bridge and mercado too. You can temporarily parked your car in front of the hotel for checking-in and loading stuffs. Afer that, the staff will tell you how to go to the public parking nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very nice. Upper floors can be accesed by elevator.

Because it was my first time there, it's a bit confuse to find the hotel at first when follow google map.

Great location in the city centre. Just 200 meters from Cathedral. Swimming pool on the roof during summer. I was traveled because of business but it has provided great relax after busy days.

All looks OK - may be I will appreciate little bit more vegetables during breakfast but this is really very small issue...

Great location next to el Tubo. Nice fresh hotel with good rooms. bed slept very comfortably. Staff were very helpful. Air Conditioning kept room cool when 42outside. Nice to return to a comfortable room. Rooftop pool was useful in hot weather.

Breakfast was a little limited for the price charged. no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Starbucks was available in same building, but at extra cost.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed and bed was comfortable. The pool was a great bonus given the very hot weather. The location of the hotel was perfect, so close to the sites we wanted to see.

There was no evening meal.
