This is a good hotel well located just north of Zaragoza. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The wellness centre was very nice. We had a lovely relaxing massage followed by a jacuzzi hot tub. A nice surprise was the pink Champagne and chocolates we received in this wellness package. Thank you for that!

On a large industrial estate which is a strange location, although it really didn't spoil our stay. We didn't experience any horrendous noise outside fortunately. The hotel does have a centralised heating system which was annoying. We prefer a cooler room for sleeping, unfortunately it was not possible to lower the temperature. The weather was cold outside and we could open the windows to cool the room fortunately. At night we did have to kick off some bedding though with the windows closed.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff in a very convenient location for our roadtrip down south. The parking beneath the hotel was a bonus, as was the fact I could use the spa with my 5 year old.in the children's hour. Which was a real bonus and helped is all relax. There is a square by the hotel restaurant which was nice for the kids to run around in while we had an aperitif.

There was a very bad smell in the area surrounding the hotel. It is an industrial area though so not too much of a surprise and it didn't come into the hotel. It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was also a bit too warm for us.

We used the hotel on our way from Slovakia to Portugal and back. The hotel provides a very high level of service, the rooms were clean, the staff very friendly, excellent breakfast and dinner. The only drawback is the location. The hotel forms part of an automotive centre - an industrial park. Very atypical location. But it is very suitable for one night accommodation.

Wonderful staff. A lovely hotel, great food and lovely room. Surprisingly quiet considering the industrial site location. We were not able to see the spa facilities due to the hotel hosting 100 Ukrainians and allowing them allocated time to use the facilities. I was so impressed with the efficiency and hard work the staff put in to feed this group and the layout at breakfast to allow the mothers to prepare packed lunches for the school children. Respect for this hotel

The location is a bit weird, but great parking and straight off the motorway for an overnight on route. After the euphoria of seeing how the hotel were hosting this many refugees I was a little upset to see a lack of gratitude or help offered on being served an excellent meal on masse. Most were busy on their phones or chatting to each other with no recognition that a meal was being served to them. After service they just left the tables with no or very little effort to help clear them, more then half went outside to smoke, whilst 3 members of staff cleared away. I would have liked to have seen perhaps some monitors on each table to take it in turns to help serve and clear up. It was a bit of an eye opener !

Well located and although the location may seem strange to some, this ensured simple access and exit and also kept noise to a minimum.

I didn’t ‘dislike’ anything. I think a little attention could be given to the dining experience. The times of service were unclear from signs and and didn’t quite seem to fit, but this was quite minor.

Breakfast is a bit poor, no vegetables and bacon was overcooked. Also they didn’t allow us to sit outside for breakfast just because “it was not allowed”. But the air conditioning is so freezing that it was almost impossible especially for the kids

Clean and comfortable and the breakfast was more than adequate. Whilst the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, the public bus that stops outside the hotel takes you into central Zaragoza in 15 minutes for just Euro 1.5, without the hassle of parking! Good access to the motorways from the hotel.

Room was excellent, clean, fresh, good size. Restaurant food was superb, the best mushroom risotto we'd ever tasted and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff who spoke very good English

Not a great location, tricky to find, but ideal, if like us you need to get back on the motorway easily

Fabulous hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful. All in all a great find for a stop over whilst travelling back to UK. Would recommend and book again.

Hotel was great. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room but would not detract from returning.

Really nice place, great room, facilities & staff, who spoke a good level of English. Restaurant and breakfast was really nice. No complaints.

The location is a little off-putting, as it's in the middle of an industrial estate. But as a stop over, for us it was perfect.
