The location is incredible for my liking, the ship itself is beautiful and spacious. Room and bathroom were clean and well presented, I really enjoyed my stay on this ship and am hopeful to return, I only saw one member of staff and she was very productive and helpful. The breakfast is also very decent.

As much as I loved my stay, I can't help but wonder where everyone was! I barely saw a person (Inc staff) and it was a little eerie, I saw notice boards for restaurant and bar but nothing was visible of an evening, reception also left unattended because the solo member of staff seemed to be doing the job of about 3 people. The staff available were amazing but I do feel that this property could be SO much more! Hoping to see some more people at the location on my next trip, I actually loved staying here.

Loved the location and the breakfast. Room size was better than expected too. The lady who worked in the breakfast room was lovely and helpful

On arrival we were told our room wasn't ready, this was at 6.30 pm! Ww only had to wait a few minutes but I got the feeling the cleaning had been rushed and when we got in to the room the bathroom floor was still wet from being mopped so we couldn't enter. When I showered the following morning it turned out the shower drain was blocked so the whole bathroom floor flooded. I told the staff who asked me to put the'please clean my room' sign on the door, which I did. We went out for the day and got back about 6 hours later but the sign was still on the door handle and no drain had been cleared so my partner did it and removed copious amount of hair from the drain after which it was fine. It was a shame the restaurant on upper deck wasn't open and there was no access to that part of the ship.

Great location! I was pleased that I could check in at 1am (by phoning their sister hotel, number on door) after a late flight. Breakfast was fine - choice of cereal, crossants, fruit, bacon, egg, toast etc. Water in rooms was drinkable and showers stellar (almost better than the plughole!). 10 min walk from central bus and train station.

I could not seem to get into the hotel from outside with my room card, but although I never actually found reception they let me in anyway when I rang the bell. Restaraunt in evenings is only open on sunny days. Also internal walls and curtains are quite thin, however this did not affect me as I had an eye mask and cotton wool, and other guests were good at keeping to the hotels quiet at nights policy and the windows were small anyway as you would expect on a barge.

Extremely easy to get to using public transport from the airport and quite a novelty being on a ship! Being extremely central, it was easy to get to sightseeing places too. Bedroom also more spacious than expected and breakfast was adequate. The communal space around the ship was also interesting and nice.

The bed wasn’t too supportive but was adequate and there was only shower gel available- no other toiletries and no hair dryer. The male day staff was passive aggressive and not suited to a job in hospitality but the female day staff and cleaner were friendly enough and check in staff over the phone was helpful. Strange to be checked in over the phone instead of in-person, but was ok. A shame going on top deck was not allowed. It would have been lovely to be able to take photos from there.

The ship is very beautiful, and you can explore the lower deck with historical ship stuff and an arts exhibition and many nice and cozy places to sit and relax. I had a cheap double room, good breakfast included. The location is very central and (of course) at the waterfront, and only a 5 minute walk from the central station and the inner city. Easy check in and check out. The sanitary facilities are a bit simple, but hey...this is a ship! All in all you can hardly expect more value for such a good price (385 SEK for a simple double room). Thanks

Sadly, it wasn't possible to open the small bullseye windows to get some fresh air into the room. In the morning, when your neighbours start to move, it gets quite loud, not too soundproof. But at night it was quiet. And, too bad, the upper deck was just closed, who wouldn't enjoy to sit on deck and look over the town after a nice day? But it was not possible, which is a real disappointment if you book a ship experience.

Given the price our expectations weren't that high but in fact this hotel was exceptional value. The location is excellent out in the port but very central and close to the main train station. Despite the sub zero temperatures outside and the ice floating past the porthole the whole ship was very warm whilst not being too warm in the cabins overnight. The toilets and showers were very clean. We shared these facilties as we were just staying overnight and there was always something free. The breakfast was excellent has a huge range of choice from cereals, waffles, toast, bacon and egg, cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit that was all good quality and I was offered gluten free bread that was prepared separately. Another major plus as I had been up at 4am that day for my flight was that when I went at 13.00 to leave my bag i was allowed to check in and have a sleep without any questions. We had a good supply of towels and even a towelling dressing gown and though these had seen better days I feel it is very appropriate in meeting the challenges of climate change to use perfectable serviceable items for as long as possible. Re staff it is true we only saw one person during our one-day stay but she was really kind and helpful and did seem to manage her responsibilities very well.

some people might find some of the older wood furniture in the cabins shabby but it fitted the cabin and the style of the boat. Again I think we need to look much more at sustaining and repairing what we have and not buying new at the drop of a hat. It would have been nice if the drawers had been aligned .. eg the bottoms had obviously shifted so there were gaps items could fall through. Some lining paper would also spruce them up a bit and make them look more hygienic.

You get what you pay for, a small cabin on a ship in the center of the city. Very close to central station, also a ferry station nearby to get to Lindholmen parts if you need those. Small, but comfy room.

As noted by many reviews, check-in machine is tricky and it might be unclear how to operate it from the first try. And - it's inside. And you cannot get inside without a keycard, which... the check-in machine spits out. You need to call and wait, or, as in my case, another guest who tried to check-in let me out. Usually no people at the reception in the evening.

Good location. Good price and one of reception was helpul she tell us where we can get good price for food shopping.

We was arrived at the hotel around 20.00 and the front door is lock so we not able to go in and keep standing ouside front door for a few minute then one of the hotel guest in the there open the door for me and then we have to call reception to get able to get keey from from safe. And in the morning no reception until 11.00 so we are not able to ask any question. We have to wait untill 11.00

Nice room, clean, comfortable bed and really good shower! Only a 5/10 minute walk to all shops, bars etc! Self check in facility was good and easy to use

Arrived around 10am, wanted to leave my luggage. Reception was open but I was there for about 20minutes and nobody I came. Luckily a cleaner saw me and allowed me to store my luggage. I went back at 15.30 to check in and the reception shutter was down. I got my bag from the room it was left and luckily there was a self check in machine was was very useful

Close to the town centre, different and exciting option in comparison with standard hotels. Art gallery as well as somewhere to sleep. Lovely, comfortable communal areas where you can sit with family and friends. Beds were very comfortable.

Radiators in our bedrooms dusty Shared Bathroom only has one fully working shower Staff cannot speak English so it is a mission to communicate, nevertheless they seemed friendly
