This hotel was self selecting as we arrived by ebikes following our cycle trip and the tour operator had selected this as the last night stay. We elected to extend our stay. Hotel is well located just across the road beside the tram and bus stance. Room was basic but had what we needed. Breakfast was up to expected standard.

Room located at side of hotel. Some traffic noise at times and building works going on outside at times. Cleanliness in our view needs to be improved in room and transition / corridor spaces and reception lounge areas.

The location of the hotel was great - close to the port, where we could enjoy the view during the evening and take a ferry at noon. The breakfast had good choice, the staff was very lovely. It was great, that there was a more quieter bar on the entrance floor and louder bar with a view on the top - something for everyone. Room was very spacious as well.

Breakfast times could be extended at least by 10 for weekdays as well for people who would want to sleep more, otherwise no complaints, we enjoyed our couple of days staying there.

There are so many things to like: location on Harbor, strolling the waterways, the hotel has everything you need. Pleasant front desk staff. Room was modern, good size, comfortable. And it is a 20 min walk from train station.

The lay out of the hotel is crazy mazey. The halls are narrow and winding. It can be hard to find your room and your way out. They have signs as they know its janky but it is still crazy coming and going. I could not figure out how to turn on AC. There could be more directions to help guests.

The facilities were top notch such as the gym, sauna and the breakfast was very nice in my humble opinion

The fact that they didn't clean the rooms on a daily basis. That should be something that the cleaners should do for the guests considering the amount we pay.

I've been here three years ago, and chose to stay here again. Everything was good, I just would like to emphasize a very good breakfast, clean room, free gym and sauna, wonderful terrace with a bar, the rooms with the view to the port for those lucky who get them (not me this time), and great interior design. The stop for public transport is right outside the building, and the hotel is at walkable distance to the bus/railway station and city center, there are food stores and restaurants around.

The water pressure and temperature in the shower were quite low, there was no feet towel and the fen was somewhat weak. I do appreciate that the hotel tries to go green, but with low water pressure and fen power I just spend more time to shower and to dry my hair, that is the same amount of water and electricity.

The breakfast was very good, people at the reception have always been very nice and polite, wi-fi very good, the hotel was very well located related to my points of interest - centre and Lindholmen Conference Centre. The single room is small but very functional.

The cleanliness side was not quite perfect, but it was acceptable. The exterior part of the building does not seem to be very welcoming (has an old atmosphere).

Very perfect location. Hotel is situated in city center, close to main tourist attractions, in old part of city, including HAGA district we all can reached by foot. Very taste and rich breakfast. We was by rented car, in 10 minutes walking distance we had public car parking for adequate price. We really enjoyed hotel location, and excellent breakfast. We asked room with window which we can open for winding the room, and we had it. We was happy to have fresh air in the room. If you have room with no-open window, in hot summer time it may be problem. We enjoyed our staying there. At arrival day and departure day we can park our car for 15 minutes (for free 15 min) at the hotel for the bags.

They don`t clean room every day, but in all third day. Information about it was in our room. But - full waste basket 3 days was in our room, and on the third day it was absolute full.... In our room bathroom shower holder was broken. It seems, that this problem was ''old problem'', and nobody did dot report it, and nobody did not repair it.

Fantastic location for both work and leisure. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good and there's a good bar, rooms are always very decent and good value

The room service only occurs every 4 days, which I think is too far apart. I think every 2 days or every 3 days would be a nice mix of cleanliness and environmental friendliness

Ninnie, the lady who works the night shift was wonderful. I had an embarrassing moment when I arrived as coming from England I didn't know that it was a cashless city and we were tiered from traveling late. However she was so patient and understanding and made our experience so lovely throughout our stay. All the staff were very nice but she was the reason I have become a member and will be returning when visiting my partner in Gottenburg. You have a great staff member there don't let her go Comfort Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel it's self is very attractive. Would be nice if the beds linked up and shower stayed in holder. 😀 But isn't a huge deal wouldn't stop me from returning.

the hotel is located in the city center so everything is accessible & in walking distance. Their staffs were friendly.

what was unappealing was the road repair, and the parking area, it is too tiny and they dont have enough parking space for customers but all in all it was a pleasant stay, it is worth the price & definitely will book again with my family
