nice building, good wife, good breakfast

i booked also a parking spot and got the email comfirmation that the parking was booked, at arrival as they had an event they cancel my parking without any prior notification and to make it worst at check out wanted to charge me the parking, bad organization

Hotel is located in a beautifu area, close to the pier and sea. Hotel looks great on the inside with large rooms, very clean and good furnishings. the breakfast was a great surprise, amazing choice of foods, large variety of gluten free and lactose free choices for this segment of clients.

The furnishings in the bathrooms (tiles, floors) were a bit outdated. Everything was very clean though…so not a negative feedback, just a note. :)

Enjoyed the location, great cafes in the neighborhood. Parking was available even though the Bookings website said there was no parking. Our room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was super.

Our room had not been properly vacummed (most likely not washed then as well), but the bedding and bathroom were clean. Beds were on the soft side, which I liked, but my partner was not a fan of. The breakfast room was very crowded and loud.

Very nice hotel, located in a very fancy area in a harbour. The hotel looks great, (it is a former factory so it has a very nice vibe) with lots of rooms, all very spacious and clean and nice. Breakfast was by far the best surprise with a laaaaarge option of choices of foods to chose from and laaaarge gluten free and lactose free options (including lactose free whipped cream 😍).

Nothing really, would love to stay here again.

Friendly personal, good location (bus and boat stops close by), dog friendly (near to little forrest/park) , big room, excellent breakfast, cheap parking next to the hotel, few nice little restaurants in the area, food also in the hotel bistro was nice.

Hotel in general and the rooms starts to look a bit worn and could use an update/refresh. No room service came as a surprice!

Wonderful staffs there, especially Felix, he even helped me after I departed from the hotel 2 weeks after. He told me where I can find there lovely large pillows. I made a special request to have a good view and I think I got an lovely view on the 7th floor :) it was breath taking. Thank you to all the staffs that has been absolutely wonderful and kind. The hotel room was very clean and comfy , their breakfast was also very good, so many options! each day I have too many options to pick. :) will definitely stay in their hotel again. I loved the spaciousness of the hotel, that instead of carpeting there are polished wood floors. I love the art that adds to the color and brightness of the halls and the many areas where you can sit with a small group and chat. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of delicious variety. I also loved that the hotel is right on the water and one can walk along the water and find great places to eat and have a drink.

This hotel is a converted old prison, it was roomy, interesting and clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The design and artistic elements are great. There’s parking close by.

Parking instructions state you must chose the numbered bay, these are no longer visible and it doesn’t matter (we checked with reception). It would be helpful for them to update the auto email that goes out.

Exactly as pictured. Staff were really kind, answered all queries and spoke perfect English. Our room was lovely, check in and check out went smoothly. Great location for public transport into the city but still surrounded by a great selection of shops & restaurants. Really reasonable price and room was clean and breakfast was amazing.

Rooms were good and comfy. Very good breakfast with a lot of different food to choose from and there were options for vegans and lactose intolerant. Area around is quite new and very nice to have a walk by the shore.

It was quite hard to find parking spots. It might be because there were big multi-day event happening in the city, but still you had to cruise a round a bit till you find one.
