All over great pricing. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and location was perfect, good and friendly staff.
The room was quite warm even with the fan on. The fridge was also quite warm for a fridge, and the hairdryer even on the warmer settings was cold. The shower door didn't block much splashing. The tv signal could have been better, but all things considered for the price point it exceeded our expectations.

The host is polite, patient, and helpful. And the location meets the expectation - Not far away from the city centre while is silent for rest.
It seems that the hotel normally doesn't offer toothbrushes and toothpaste. In my case, I didn't about this issue. Due to arrival at over 11 pm. I had no idea where can I buy both of the items mentioned above while I didn't want to disturb the host at nearly midnight - So what should I do, the only thing I can do is to use the tap water to brush my teeth.

Very good alternative when staying overnight when travelling by train, good room, very close to main station and a good breakfast with everything reasonable you can think of. I will use same hotel next time I travel to Östersund.
The toilet was narrow, but OK for a not too heavy person.

Cons: The bathroom seemed a bit small. But it's fine. Can't really complain about it.

Quiet place, in the room has a lamp, TV, bed and bathroom with a toilet, that is everything that you need for 1 night.
It is hard to find the parking place of the hotel, probably because of my GPS software.
