Excellent hotel! It is sure centrally located (right behind main train station) and walking distance 10-15min to city center or old town. While direct at a busy street we found the noise level surprising low (with one window tilted open) or non-existent with it closed. Our room as nice and spacious with added couch/seating area. The hotel staff is super friendly, breakfast buffet had good selection and the gym was very well equipped. We were a bit concerned seeing two electric fans in the room (that is typically an ominous sign in European hotels that A/C is not up to the task in Sommer!) but if you follow the directions of the hotel (we sure did) to close the curtains while leaving the room during day and keep bathroom door open to enhance airflow - sure enough, the room was nice and cool as we got back in the evenings. Tip for this who arrive by car: DO reserve your space in advance (we did) as they do not have a lot of space reserved in the shared/public garage for the hotel’s use. The price was acceptable. All told, we would stay there gain any time.

Minor squabble : you can open (tilt) only one of the two windows, not sure why. To enhance airflow at night it would be nice to be able to open both.

The hotel is steps from Arlanda Express station, close to main attractions and public transport. Breakfasts were delicious, we looked forward to them every morning. Nicely decorated rooms with just enough space. The staff was very attentive and helpful, from check-in to housekeeping. The deluxe double room has a sofa and comfortably fits 2 adults and two kids, it was also possible to split the larger double bed into two twins.

Some rooms were just a bit warmer during the rare heat wave, while others as well as common spaces were all cool.

There is no better hotel if you are coming or leaving to Arlanda Airport - the location is in the center of the city, 100 meters away from the train stop. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was not very spacious, but there are lots of intelligent storage solutions and it’s newly furnished.

I’ve had a unpleasant discussion with the receptionist about my company invoice - being a work trip, I needed one. They kept insisting that Booking is invoicing the tourists, which is obviously not true. Finally I received it via email two hours after the check-in.

A perfect location, ideally located for access to the public transport system. Rooms are comfortable and well designed, and spotlessly clean. Extremely good breakfast with a wide variety of items to choose from. Any members of hotel staff I spoke to were very friendly, and enthusiastic about providing advice regarding local restaurants and attractions.

There are many (rather over-priced) in-room purchase items taking up unnecessary space on shelves or in drawers.

Excellent location if coming in by train; perfect- literally 2 minutes to express train to Stockholm airport- Arlanda Express is spot on- fast , comfortable and much better than taking a cab or Uber.

Some of the staff not very personable-also rooms extra small; however were very clean. Just be aware that it is very tight in the rooms. For$400 US dollars a night- should be a little larger.

Adding a little electric fan was a nice touch and welcome surprise to add some air and circulation in the room. It also helped dry my snowed on stuff nicely and quickly. The hotel is right across the Arlanda Express station so it was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was never crowded and included a good selection of both hot and cold options. I enjoyed my stay so much and it made such an impression on me that I decided to cancel my original Copenhagen accommodation reservation and book with their sister hotel instead in my onward journey. Their efforts and initiatives to give back to the community and society is also highly commendable.

The ceiling light fixture had a mirror-like effect to it that didn't quite complement the design and theme of the room.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. The location is perfect for easy access to the airport, about a minute walk to the express airport train. Centrally located in the modern city centre, a nice walk (about 20-50 minutes) to most of the main sights.

The hotel was fantastic with everything we needed. however we came with another couple and they also booked a standard double, but there room was twice the size of ours. A bit disappointing really. The last day we stayed the room didn't get cleaned or any clean towels.

Right next door (50m) to the Arlanda express terminal and perfect location for travelling around Stockholm and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was very good and reasonably priced for Stockholm where things tend to be more expensive. Breakfast was the best we have had in Stockholm. Great variety and plenty of seating.

Location was great! Close to train station, metro, Arlanda Express and old downtown. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best! Very good variety and really good quality. Nice, bright and clean room. Everything was very modern and stylish! Teapot, umbrella were also in the room. Housekeeping was every day. I will definitely stay here again!
