The staff was amazingly helpful showing much concern and help for me, a senior citizen, after I fell while walking on the street. I was confined to the hotel until I could fly back to the US. The front desk staff went out of their way to make my stay in the room more pleasant. They sent up a complimentary fruit platter, aided in finding dinner alternatives, and helped us navigate Ubers to the hospital and airport. The staff help was most appreciated. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious with many hot and cold options, delicious and plentiful pastries, breads, fruits and beverages.

Would have been helpful to have a restaurant open for dinner. It is open for breakfast and lunch only. Bar food can be obtained in their rooftop bar which was a wonderful place to sit and view the city.

Love the cabin, felt like a cocoon Reception staff and cleaners were exceptional by making me feel welcome and moved promptly. Room design is simple, all the amenities are available for a comfortable stay.

The aircon was either not functioning well or I did not know how to but the room felt warm during the night. Without window to crack, I had restless sleep. Staff at breakfast was not attentive at the incoming guests. Therefore I had to highlight their attention to get seated. Instead of apologising, a woman laughed it off thinking I was waiting for other guest leaving. It feels like a refresher or retraining is needed. Because of lack of attention, any guest or not could just coming in the restaurant without their knowledge.

The location was incredible! You are directly opposite Central Station which is perfect to get you to and from the airport with ease, especially if you have luggage to carry. That short walk with out extra transfers makes all the difference. The staff were brilliant all very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was great, very comfortable with lovely toiletries provided and a shower that was nice and straight forward to use. The breakfast was a brilliant as was the burger and view at the rooftop bar. We had a fantastic stay.

The staff were friendly and professional, the lobby has plenty of space to sit and relax and a long table with desk lamps for sitting and working with your laptop, as well as free self-service coffee in the lobby. It’s located just opposite Stockholm central station, as well as subway station next to hotel, and doesn’t take long to walk to Old Town or the shopping areas. Our room was clean and spacious and a very comfortable bed (this was a room with a window). Breakfast has just about everything you could want. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent location for trains to/from the airport plus an easy walk to Old Town. Sadly it was raining the day/night that we stayed so we couldn’t take advantage of the sun deck but the room was very comfortable and a good size. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options.

The beds were very soft and the mattress topper moved quite a lot. The shower wasn’t quite as good as at the Scandic 53 as it wasn’t very powerful. It would have been nice to have some USB ports by the beds if possible and the desk was very poorly positioned in the room - there was only a gap of approx 15cm between it and the corner of the bed so we kept on pulling off the bed linen when we moved past the desk. However, these issues would definitely not stop us from staying here again.

The hotel is located in the heart of Stockholm, where everything is easily accessible by public transportation, walking and other means. The staff of the hotel are very nice and polite. I had very warm and energetic welcome in the reception during the check-in. They offer very comprehensive breakfast buffet with various items for different tastes. The hotel has a sun deck with stunning view over the city, where you can chill. Going to this hotel, never miss a chance of visiting the bar on the 8th floor with spectacular view and nice vibe. I am very happy by choosing this hotel.

Stuff was very polite. Room size was more than enough, just there is no posibility to open a window, not even for a little, Room was clean, and offer a posibility for ironing. Breakfast has been great, with enough choice, and more important to me, with soft bread (not a hard one as toast). For my purpose, location has been very good, and choice to rent a bike from hotel is a great choice (bike is free but limited to 4 pieces).

When you rent a bike, you are limited to only 4 pieces, and bikes should be maintenances better.

This was a perfect place for me to stay because I only had one evening/morning in Stockholm. It was very easy to find, and I loved the room because of the incredible view (I stayed on the 11th floor). I had originally booked a room without a window, which was very affordable, but for not very much money, I upgraded to a room with a view. So glad I did! The breakfast is included, and it was an incredible buffet with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. I walked from the hotel to Fotografiska, and it was just a half hour walk, which was highly pleasant.

The convenient location near the main train station, spotless cleanliness, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast make it a top-notch choice. I highly recommend staying here for a 5-star experience. The rooms boast beautiful wooden floors that add elegance to the space. However, there's a slight noise issue when guests in rooms above walk with heels or make loud movements. So consider using earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a stylish stay with minor noise considerations.
