The hotel is located very close to the main station, which enables great experiences in Stockholm from the get go. The rooms are smaller compared to other hotels, but there is enough space for 2 people with bags. One thing that was noted on other reviews; Yes, some rooms have no windows. When booking the room its something to consider. Its a rather quiet place. The rooms are clean and come with towels, hair dryer and shampoo/soaps. The breakfast was really good with many tasty foods to choose from. The breakfast buffet itself is located on the corner of the hotel, with a great view through the windows, 2 floors and a lovely atmosphere. From the breakfest buffet we especially loved the lemon ginger shots, that clear the throat. There are also a lot of different vegetables, salads and different flavours of yoghurt. The personell is very professionell and helping if you need something. We would like to personal thank for the hospitality of the first and last receptionist. You made us feel very comfortable and welcome! Breakfast times were little too early for us, but that is on us. Other than that, everything has been fine. Edit: Thank you dear Hotel team. Free coffee and breakfast was amazing

Rooms window didn't open and there was no temperature control. It was a small room so it felt really stuffy

great location. 5 minute walk to all atractions at the city center and train station. free tea coffee 7/24 at the lobby. wifi very good. reception is very helpfull. Super buffet breakfast untill 11.00 very rich choises. very clean.

rooms are very small. As small as a cruise inside cabin. most of the rooms have no window. if its okay for you to stay at a train or inside cruise cabin, this hotel is great value of price. if you reserve a room with window, you will not like the view. rooms are just for sleeping after a long busy travel at the city center. small rooms but fresh and clean.

Important to remember that the room was booked with a notification of "no window". The room was small but bih enough to still be comfortable. It was exceptionally, clean and in good condition (felt new). The bed too was extremely comfortable.

this was a terrific hotel .... the staff was very accommodating and helpful ... the staff had very helpful advice about many questions and resolution of of any issue ... for example, the television in my room had problems and within minutes after reporting to the staff a maintenance person was knocking on my door to fix the problem ... breakfast buffet was wonderful .... the hardworking staff kept the plentiful options tasty and available ... the buffet was significant in convenience and ability to lower cost by avoiding having to incur cost for lunch ... the location of the hotel was close to any travel option throughout the city and to other locations

the weather could've been better with less rain .... and, perhaps the room size was a bit small, however, when visiting a terrific location with such an abundance of sights to visit and enjoy the goal is/should be to spend as little time in the hotel room as possible ... the room was, ultimately, very functional and comfortable

Location is great! The Breakfast buffet has a wide selection so for those wanting variety hopefully won't be disappointed. The menu was Western / UK-style choices. Not sure if those coming from Asia would be too impressed if they're expecting something like what they get at home.

You need to level-set your expectations since ALL rooms are underground with no windows (some of the ads show rooms with windows, so that is deceptive marketing). But, if you can get past that, you'll be ok.

It's hard to explain how much this wonderful hotel amazed me. I stayed there from the 18-th to 23-d July. It's super close to the center🤩 I also loved that the rooms werw always clean. But the cherry on top was a lavish breakfast. So delectable and so different😋 Additionally, the staff was polite and sweet. Thanks for the room service, amazing smells of shower gels and crazy infrastracture around. A magnificent must-stay spot for all the travellers🖤 Thank you.

Everything has been wonderful. My room was at the level of the reception, spacious, with large windows, coffee machine and 2 free bottles of water. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. There was a cozy living room at the reception area, offering free coffee and water to everyone all day long. The breakfast was rich, with a big variety of healthy choices (and many not so healthy but tasty). The location is perfect, in the center of the city (walking distance from the market and the old town) and too close to the buss/train station from/to the airport (literally across the street). I would definitely recommend it.

There is nothing serious to complain about.

staff helpful and friendly. Our room was on the top floor (the ground floor). the deluxe room was spacious although rather bare - it was set up for wheelchair access. high ceilings and good light. There are only 10 rooms on this floor. the other 150 appeared to be on the grim floor below - like a vast lower deck on a ship. I would not have been happy staying there felt very claustrophobic before entering the room half of which are in the middle so no windows.

the breakfast was good but due to limited tables you have a choice of sharing the table or trying upstairs which is inconvenient for a buffet breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing in a lovely restaurant above the hotel. The rooms were tiny and although we had booked one room with a window and one without the one without was a bit bigger than the upgraded one with the window. The location was great and pretty easy to find from the train station. The common area above the floor of rooms was very nice with room to sit and enjoy a drink, play some games etc, that kind of makes up for the tiny rooms.

The size of the room and the lack of any restaurant option within the hotel in the evening (they have a bar but no real food options to speak of) was a bit disappointing but overall a nice spot.
