Stayed here 3-4 times now, so I obviously like the hotel and it's splendid location. Breakfast is enjoyable and plentiful (don't come too late though) and the rooms are nice. The layout of the hotel is strange however, with many inner courts in the building.

Prices vary according to demand or the wishes of the hotel. The same room can be 93 € or 176 € - in the first case I would say it's good (even great) value for money, in the second I would say it is greatly overrated - but with a concert in town and summer, there was little choice. The spacious bathroom has a very ill thought half cubicle around the shower. It does not really succeed in keeping the water from spreading or splashing all over the bathroom (,floor), or even toilet. Two doors instead of one would solve the inconvenience. The room has space for a small fridge, which would greatly improve the stay in summer. In a twin room it is nice if there is space to separate the beds, even half a meter or so.

The staff was super nice, especially the lady at the reception. The location is central, 3 min walk from Stockholm main station, perfect for a bus/train to the airport. The location is close to the main shopping streets. From the hotel it took us 7 min walk to Gamla Stan (old city district). The bed was comfortable. The room was quite spacious and had windows (a rare sight for Stockholm). Large variety in the breakfast buffet.

The room was cold!!! The heating was on, but with -8 degrees outside, the heating was not enough, and we were really cold in the room. But! The lady at the reception gave us a portable radiator which solved it. But it should not be like this. The shower was also freezing cold, not the nicest, to be wet and cold in your one hotel room. While the breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from. One can tell it was not the highest quality. The eggs were blend, the coffee was not good. So that could have been slightly better in my opinion. We got two separate beds for a couple, not the best, but it worked fine at the end. The shower doors had holes at the bottom, so most of the water spread around the bathroom.

The room was spacious; plenty of room for 2 people; a comfortable bed and slept well throughout my stay I loved the restaurant w its french influence and decor. The breakfast was fabulous; lots of choice: well laid out in sections & particularly liked the variety of breads; pastries & fruit. The coffee was just as I like it: not too strong and a lovely touch was the welcome juices at entrance to the restaurant The location waz excellent; 5 min walk from Central Station/Arlanda Express Terminal. Very near T Central for the tram and buses. Walkable to old town & to VASA, Viking & ABBA Museums. Also, good spotc for restaurant,, eateries including 'Swedish fisk' and for shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. If waz ever to visit Stockholm again.

The pillows were a little too soft and oversized. The window looked directly on to another building, so I felt abit overlooked. There was a strange netted like curtain, but it didn't provide any type of screening. So, I had to draw the curtains whenever i needed privacy to change, etc, but it wasn't a real problem tbh. Other than that, the hotel was great and not many gripes

Great stay! The room was quiet, facing an interior patio. No air-conditioning but there was a fan in the room which helped survive the hot nights. Good selection at breakfast and not crowded at all Excellent location, just opposite the main train/bus station which was super convenient to get to/from the airport and withing walking distance of the Old Town and most of the touristic areas (good connection with public transport to access farthest areas in less than 30 mins) Good size for a single room, doesn't come with a wardrobe but there are several hangers to hang clothes from a pole. Free coffee/tea and sparkling water in the room everyday.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Stockholm. Central station, the popular shopping street Drottninggatan, various sights, restaurants and of course the beautiful old town are all within walking distance. My room was quite spacious, was cleaned regularly and at night very quiet (the mattress was perfect - neither too hard nor too soft). I particularly liked the adjustable light in the bathroom, which was great for applying make-up. The breakfast was quite delicious, with an incredible array of options. Worth mentioning is also the accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Great location very close to Central Station on a busy main road surrounded by restaurants and close to tram and bus stops. The HOHO bus drives past the door (although it was always full to overflowing when we were there!) Fabulous breakfast. Large room with large windows which open wide with no flyscreens so could be dangerous for littlies. Very comfortable beds, kettle and coffee machine. Tea and coffee always available at reception. Luggage room available.

Our shower must have been slightly blocked, and the shower bases was flat so we had water leakage. Admittedly we managed this ourselves and only told reception when leaving as we didn't want maintenance in our room while we were out.

We came quite early in Stockholm and in hotel (boat from Talinn at 10h30) and even though we couldn't get in our room so early hotel took care of our luggage so we could have enjoyed exploring Stockholm from our arrival in city. The same was with our late departure (flight at 18h45). Staff on reception is friendly and welcoming, available when ever needed. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in hotel is rich and delicious. Location of hotel is great, 15 minutes from Gamla Stan, 3 minutes from tram, bus and metro station, just opposite - passing the street to Arlanda Express station for airport.

I’m really glad I chose to stay at this hotel – it exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a small single room, which was very clean and cozy. The bed was especially comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor added an extra touch of comfort. The location is absolutely fantastic – just about 200 meters from the main train station, easily reachable on foot. This hotel is a great choice for anyone arriving at Arlanda Airport and taking the Arlanda Express to the city center – the stop is right nearby. Also, the breakfast selection was truly generous. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely return if I visit Stockholm again.

We had been recommended the hotel by friends, and we subsequently booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. We liked absolutely everything! All the staff were so friendly, the buffet breakfast was plentiful and well replenished, the location was so convenient - 2 doors down was the entrance to the metro and the Arlanda Express was just across the street, also the tram stop was close by. The rooms were spacious and quiet, and had absolutely all amenities, and the beds - Swedish Carpe Diem - were the most comfy ever ( I am now exploring UK stockists!). We would certainly book this hotel again when returning to Stockholm.

Perhaps a small fridge in the room would be useful.

Perfect location 2 mins walk from the central station Atlanta train stop. Across the road from the red sightseeing bus and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Well appointed single room. Dumbbells if you’re feeling like a workout! It was summer and the room did get a bit hot but as an Australian I knew it wasn’t too bad! The buffet breakfast was amazing with local and international options. Pastries, muffins, brownies, cereals, meats, cheeses, breads, eggs etc etc Plentiful vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free choices too! You couldn’t go hungry no matter how restricted you are (I’m very restricted due to a medical condition so was very happily surprised to find I had options).

Only issue I had was I paid for late checkout (super cheap) but they didn’t fix my card and I ended up at reception twice to reprogram my card key before I gave up and got housekeeping to open it for me.
