exceptional value for money. super comfy bed, spacious room, view of Jakobshorn, quiet, accommodating staff, great spa area. They gave us a Davos premium card upon arrival, which saved us a lot of money from the cable cars. The dinner was the highlight of the restaurant. If you like evening strolls, there is a very nice road just behind the hotel, with trees.

the pool felt a bit cold, even though it was at 30 degrees celcious (as advertised). otherwise the spa offerings are great. We had a small issue with one of the plates in the dinner (extremely overcooked meat - unedible). After they agreed to replace it, for which we are super grateful, we waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come back and get our new order.

The Waldhotel is located near the center of Davos, you can choose the tourist promenade or a hike to the nearby hills, for example to the Schatzalp. There is also a funicular railway. The balcony with sunbeds and armchairs offers wonderful relaxation and views. The wellness center has a swimming pool. The staff is very helpful. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food. I warmly recommend! Parking available and included in the price of the accommodation.

Overall a very nice hotel, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. Location is a little out of town which suited us nicely, as there are nice paths to walk behind the hotel. Restaurant in the evening was a little soulless, but the food was nice enough. But breakfast was very nice with decent choices. Room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the town.

Excellent hotel on a beautiful location (it requires a small relatively steep walk from downtown) with direct access to beautiful hikes in the surroundings. The staff and personal is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and so is the hotels restaurant. There is a beautiful Spa included in the price in which you can relax every day if desired. For us it was the ideal place for a well-deserved recovery after a 4-day tour in the Swiss mountains!

It was one of my most memorable stays - the flexibility and accommodation from the staff was truly amazing - I went for a conference and I was able to use the pool and facilities around my tight schedule, which meant so much after long and tiring days, thank you Team Waldhotel!!!! I am looking forward to staying with you again in the future!!!!

Amazing view over Davos from balcony, even more spacious room on top floor thanks to the upgrade (thank you again!). Friendly staff and good variety for breakfast. For me the quieter location feels immediately relaxing, only a short steeper walk up from high street and directly on high promenade which makes for lovely walk.

We thought the feature see-through glass wall in the bathroom was a bit odd (and due to the bed in front there is no view from the bathtub either), but that may be down to personal taste. Otherwise the bathroom is spacious and has everything one needs.

amazing view, friendly staff; shuttle can be arranged from Davos Dorf/Davod Platz stations when you leave/arrive. also, there are shuttles to Parsenn and Jakobshorn in the mornings and back i. the afternoons so even if the location is not so central, it’s easy to get to the pistes. food is very good, both the breakfast and the dinner!

It’s an old hotel and I respect its traditions and dont expect it to look like a brand-new establishment; however, there are a few things that could be improved in a 4-star hotel at this price: a coffee maker or water boiled is missing from the room, as does a mini bar. Also, i had a the Do not disturb sign on my door and still had an hour until checkout, but the cleaner still knocked on my door, turned out without any specific reason. Also, pool opens at 7am, I went there a few minutes after that but it was still closed.

Extremely friendly and helpful personnel, good breakfast and food as well as nice spa. The transport service was a great plus to/from hotel and ski/train stations. Our friends had a room with a view and balcony, seemeed worth the extra price 👍

Bathroom doors were a bit off hinges in our room.

The breakfast was excellent, personal attention from the chef. The location is far from the city center and requires the hotel's shuttle which is not always available and not everywhere.

The availability of the hotel shuttle and access to all parts of the city. We ate at a restaurant at the other end of town and it was not possible to use the hotel shuttle

Location of the hotel and the view of the Davos from the balcony was awesome. Staff was really helpful, they extended their shift for me as I was reaching late night to check-in. Thank you for the hospitality.
