The cleaner is inconsiderate, she interrupts you in your room, and puts the customer after her priorities. The cleaning is the lowest standard overall which is a shame because everything else is very good.

Room was quite spacious, as I was upgraded. Initially I was on the street side with early morning street noise, which didn't work for me as I was traveling for business. Staff switched me to a room facing the courtyard, which was perfect! Bath was also perfect, though I could see that the high step would be a challenge for small children. Room was clean and comfortable, if a tad too warm due to a hot water pipe running through the bathroom--but opening a window easily addressed this issue. Breakfast was good, with numerous choices, many fresh. Staff were welcoming and attentive.

The ironing board and iron were a bit old; they worked fine but could be updated to cater to those traveling for business.

Great location. It was very close to transport and shops, and attractions such as the UN were easily accessible using the free transport. I could walk to the lake in 10 to 15 minutes. I could walk to the old city in about 20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was there over Easter and they left out an abundant supply of free mini eggs.Lovely! I had a room facing inwards away from the street. At first I thought this would be awful but it was great because I was greeted each day by the sun and the sound of the birds in the trees below.

Loved the location, everything was so clean and it’s near the train station and city center. The hotel looks nice. People were so kind. We lost our flight and we stayed in Frankfurt without baggages and all for the night that we were supposed to stay in Geneva at this hotel, but in the morning when we finally arrived to Geneva, they were so nice to give us the room until checkout time and they also provided us breakfast! They helped us a lot because we needed to take a shower and change our clothes!

This is a well-kept, well-run modern hotel, clean and fairly stylish, in a convenient location. The room was large and the price seemed fair for Geneval. Above all I thought the staff were really friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like, but the one thing missing was perhaps an exercise room in the hotel, though a good one is available to traverers for free at a partner hotel on the next block.

The hotel has a good location in the Paquis district of Geneva. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, including an electric jug so we could make cups of tea. The bathroom was well equipped with towels, including face cloths. Breakfast was good, including hot choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even fetching our car from the garage when we left. We were very happy with our stay.

Convenient location for transport into the city and for visiting the Lake. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even let us check-in early. The rooms are big and comfortable - the air conditioning was amazing during a heat wave. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Lots of choice and all fresh and well-made. We were also given free transport cards for our stay. I don't know if that's common across Geneva? We found it really helpful and meant our journeys to and from the airport were free.

Comfy bed, great location, friendly staff. Repeat customer of 4+ stays.

Breakfast set-up/"organization" is a joke. No plates, no system, very frenzied, disorganized, very few options. Very all-over-the-place. Staff could have been better supported. They were running around trying to manage everything, to no avail. Poor set-up for "buffet"; supremely cramped. All tables (inside and out) were dirty with dishware left atop them. Opted to eat in my room. Will not do breakfast there again. Not worth the steep cost.
