The hostel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is fine, as it is easy accesible by public transport. It helps a lot that they give you the card to take the public transportation for free! The lake is close by which is a nice place to take a walk. I only stayed for 2 nights but have to leave early the second night in order to catch a bus, but the city seems really nice. The price seems a bit expensive to me, but it was the cheaper one in Geneva, which is an expensive city anyways. Overall the stay was nice, and the hostel was very clean and comfortable.

The check-in staff were very helpful and made everything much easier. I've stayed here several times and they are always excellent. The entire hostel is very clean and tidy with bins everywhere. The dining room was similarly immaculate. The men's and women's rooms have separate keycards (given out at check-in) as do the toilets. This means that you cannot move between dormitories or toilets: you can only use the men's toilet on your room's floor and not on any of the others. There are no mixed-sex dormitories to my knowledge. Each bed in each room has its own locker out in the corridor which is big enough for a large backpacker's rucksack, this is also opened using the keycard from reception. I appreciate the extra security as hostels allow all sorts of guests who come and go on a daily basis. There is a snack and supper menu which is very reasonably priced for Geneva. There are also some decent, small restaurants nearby including a couple of pizzerias. The wifi is easy to access and reasonably fast although it does have some slow moments. Fresh bed-linen is handed out at reception. The beds are bunks and a decent size even if you are very tall (>6ft).

There was no evening meal on the night I stayed. There are too few plug sockets in the rooms if you are using an international convertor plug. There are only some coat hooks on the wall in the rooms and nowhere else to put your clothes unless you use your bags.

A very modern hostel with a laid back and friendly atmosphere. The common areas had a lot of space and the staff were friendly and able to answer my questions. There was a lot of options available for the continental breakfast.

Affordable accommodation in Geneva with basic services. Bed are comfortable, and we had a good night´s rest. Canteen where breakfast is served is big, and you can heat up your food in the microwave. Only glasses are provided so you have to bring your own eating utensils. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Reception lady on day of check out was lovely and attentive, a great asset to the hostel.

All was good but check in took a while even though we did online check-in before arriving. We arrived in the evening and there was already a queue with only a man in reception. That said, we have no complains as it´s a big hostel, and many people arrived at around the same time.

This hostel is fantastic. I travelled from Geneva Airport. It is one quick train followed by one quick tram. It was easy to find. It have everything you needed. It felt very safe. There was a locker that can you fit your whole suitcase. They had adapters, towels and anything else you might have forgotten - to rent only had to put down a deposit. With the price you got breakfast and travel on all the days you were there around the city - all included! Amazing. It had a good vibe and I thought it might be noisy but after about 11pm I heard nothing and had a great sleep! I would definitely stay there again.

Very tidy, well-designed hostal in town near the lakeside, this is truly a youth hostal but older (than teenagers) guests seemed welcome. An amazing breakfast with proper coffee is included, sure it's pricey, it is Switzerland! But the price includes a transport pass sent beforehand so you can use it on arrival day to take the train from the airport, plus all bus/train travel in zone 10- metropolitan Geneva. Separate bathrooms for women, good sheets and bed covers, complete the picture. Evenings you can use the breakfast room to eat a store-bought dinner, but there is only a microwave and trays. Towels are available for 2 francs and a deposit, and Internet is good.

Breakfast was great - loved the Swiss muesli. Location was good for getting to other parts of Geneva. Lockers were in the room which was nice. It wasn't very busy either so you weren't fighting over showers/toilets.

Pillows were very lumpy and the bottom sheet on the bed was a rough texture which wasn't nice to lie on but another set of bedding had a nicer bottom sheet so it was okay after I changed it to that. Also 2 other people were assigned to my bed (and locker!) during my stay so that was slightly annoying as we had to sort it out at reception but the staff were apologetic.

Open and spacious. Well run. Lots of choices for breakfast.. Way better than what i expected for a hostel.

Bathroom has one toilet and 3 showers which sometimes left a few people with legs crossed in the loo line.
