Location, excellent, in the center of everything. The restaurant that's a part of the hotel, so delicious, we shared a burrito and some margaritas and were so happy with them (the server was also excellent and funny!). The man who checked us in, the nicest! He helped my husband with parking, and surprised us by upgrading our room free of charge (low season in the area I think... and, not that he knew this, but we traveled to Interlaken to celebrate my birthday, and this really was so gracious of him. He was so kind). Beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we loved the decor/colors/home-y feeling of staying here. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Interlaken again.
No complaints!

Since I was a single traveller, the room was just about what was needed to lodge yourself after a day full of tourist activities. The room was clean and well maintained with all essentials like hot water, clean towels, soap, hair dryer, coffee machine and complimentary Wi-Fi. The room was cleaned daily as well and the bed was just about comfortable. The location was very good, almost half way between Interlaken Ost and West stations with sufficient options of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The hotel provided with a card wherein you can use the public transport free of charge within the city. Over and above this, the lady at the reception was friendly and cheerful and was willing to answer all the queries I had.
A word of caution would be that there is no lift; so if you are carrying bags which are heavy, it maybe a task to take it to the 3rd floor (where my room was) like I had to. Since, I was staying in a single room; some might find it claustrophobic. I would recommend to choose a double room for them.

Great food choices at breakfast, lovely coffee, we could eat outside or inside. Their (El Azteca) Mexican restaurant evening meals were FABULOUS. But DO BOOK, as it is VERY popular! Great coctails and reasonably priced (for Switzerland) Staff were very charisnmatic and busy but very attentive! Some guitar serenading in the restaurant one evening went down well with us and when we retired upstairs to bed, it didn't disturb our sleep whatsoever. No air con, (which we knew when we booked) but the fan provided in the room was very efficient (even in September, as it was still hot)!

I was part of a two week international conference with 40+ people. We were spread between the various accommodations throughout the town, and we are used to the 4 star experience on average. I chose this 2 star deliberately because of the food reviews, and I came out very satisfied. Yes, the room was 2 star (as expected actually), but the staff and the food and the cleanliness makes up for it big time! I never review or comment, this is my first, but I have to tell you: one evening I came back late, close to midnight, and the owners were just entering the front door and nodded me quietly with a smile to stay quiet and put. Turned out they were shooting a video(!) for an obviously insecure wannabe guest, how to enter the premises, where to find everything, WIFI code etc., almost giving a whole tour of the place as a preview! And this was their day off, I kid you not folks! These are some of the nicest people I have ever met! I was able to use the free WIFI for work easily. It might be that from now on, I will have to visit Interlaken for short periods from time to time, and this will definitely be my choice to stay.
The room (the single) was as expected, but maybe a flower or two might be a good idea to elevate the experience closer to where every other aspect are, keep up the good work.

The hotel location is like between interlaken west and ost but much closer to west bahnhof, thus, a great location if traveling to jungfrau region. The room is just enough for a couple because it is a little small, though very tidy and comfortable. They always keep the room clean and changing towels every day.. We really liked that they offered packed breakfast if we needed to leave very early for tour.
The building has no lift, considering it is like a restored vintage building. It is no good if traveling with heavy luggage.

The staff was amazing. So nice and took care to make sure my daughter had a croissant set aside each morning as that's all she would eat. The place was very clean and we loved the small balcony patio we had overlooking the street below.
The street this is on is a bit of a tourist mashup. Lots of Indian and Middle Eastern eateries and it got quite loud between 7pm and 9pm. However this wasn't a deal breaker. Also we were on the forth floor with no elevator which made for a haul with luggage but again not a deal breaker. We felt the place had good value.

Nice small Hotel, Decent size Rooms, Good Breakfast. Breakfast lady was very Kind, Friendly and helpful.
This hotel is not Senior Friendly. If you are senior or have any leg Pains or Joint Pains, This hotel is not for you. There is no Elevator so you have to climb Stairs which can be problematic for old Peoples. Also if you are concerned about your Privacy then make sure to book a Room with a Private Bathroom. If you book with Shared Bathroom then it’s not convenient. I would say it’s a 1 Star Hotel, Breakfast Makes it 2 Star.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Excellent customer service. Sir Paul is very friendly and always checks on us. The location is perfect as its just few blocks from the train station. Its nearby convienience stores, shops and near to the park where you can watch paragaliders as they land. Its a simple family owned Inn. Just perfect and comfortable place to stay in during our trip.
Nothing.

Friendly staffs, clean and big room for family, nice mountain views from our room, and great location. Very near with Interlaken west, and the city centre. There are many halal restaurants near the hotel, which is very amazing for us, as Muslim traveler! :) Thank you hotel Blume, for making our stay in Interlaken so memorable. Definitely will come back if we come to Interlaken again :)
I have a struggle and need to wait for quite long time to reach the receptionist for some urgent questions in one night. Even when I have called the receptionist number multiple times. I need to go up and down to second floor around 4 times only to meet the receptionist, because the receptionist who has shift that night left the phone on the receptionist table. They only provide coffee without tea bags in the room. I need to buy a box of tea outside the hotel when when we urgently needed a cup of hot tea.
