The room is very clean, the facilities are complete, the staff are very warm and friendly, the night is very quiet, the breakfast is delicious !

I'm already very satisfied.

The room was surprisingly large and had a balcony with seating. We were provided bathrobes and slippers without having to request them. There was a vanity kit in the bathroom together with the expected toiletries. Providing a clothes rack on the balcony for laundry was very thoughtful. Besides a coffee maker in the room, coffee and tea were available in the lobby all day. Very goobuffet breakfast with items constantly replenished. Very quiet, even though in a central location.

The furniture needs some updating. The one thing we particularly didn't like was the location of the safe. It was on the floor of the closet. It was impossible to get to. The only way to read the numbers was by lying flat on the floor at eye level.

The view from the location was nice. Staff was really good and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice.

we were 3 people, the beds were double bed but with Single beddings for 2. Could not accomodate the child in between, hence had to make 1 person sleep on the floor. Though did get extra quilt & pillow, but would prefer to get full bedding when on a vacation. Also Now days with world changing more towards Vegan food, would prefer to have more vegan meals in the breakfast as well.

Everything is great, the staff is very kind and soo friendly, comfortable and clean place, glad to be here.

Nothing negative here, but maybe I wish that the cost little bet cheaper than now cuz the location not into the city center.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is peaceful, but only a 5 minute walk from Interlaken West railway station. Very nice breakfast too. A memorable few days in a beautiful area of Switzerland.

Beautiful view of the snow covered mountains from our balcony. A very nice hotel with amazing views in a quiet and beautiful town of Interlaken. Loved staying here. Breakfast was ok, limited options.

Lift is small, and some steps to walk down to reach the lift. Its manageable and staff is helpful but wish this could be renovated. Nevertheless, property is nice.

Perfect location just outside the busy center that can be reached within a few minutes walk. We were able to park our car just in front of the hotel for free which was very convenient (if needed there is a parking garage around the corner). The room has no airco (a fan only) so I guess it can be very hot during midsummer. We stayed there end September so with the balcony door open the temperature was ok. The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but not great. The beds were very good.

When entering the bathroom there was a step down which was very tricky and even dangerous when you have to go to the bathroom during night still half asleep. The shower was too low so you had to bow to wash yourself which is rather clumsy. Although everything was there that you need the room was a bit out of date and needs renovation. The hotel has a cheap look (inside as well as outside) so in my opinion a three star rating (rather than the four star rating) would be more applicable.
