Everything! The staff were excellent, room was perfect for solo traveller, location was great, 10min walk to interlaken West or bus station close by. View from the room was unreal and loved the whole vibe of the chalet. Microwave and ice machine available to use as well as a vending machine. Probably has been my favourite accommodation.

The whole stay was amazing, the old authentic Swiss-decorated property made the experience extraordinary, 5 minutes walking from the Interlaken West station, and the staff was super cooperative and friendly. The breakfast is very good.

breakfast was not included. hope toilet has a sink but not sure if it is standard in swiss or not

The room was big, had a great view and a big balcony. Easy walk to Ald Stadt and also bus stop and train station.

If you're a light sleeper you may have problems with the old, creaky wooden floors above.

Very helpful, friendly and lovely staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, extremely accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food choices. Room was clean and serviced everyday to a good standard. Added bonus was the sauna which we used each evening. I would have no hesitation to stay here again.

Helpful if room had a mirror over a plug point to help set hair and get ready each day to go out. Also better lighting over long mirror by door would be helpful. Would have been good to have lounge facilities open throughout day to get a drink when required.

great stay at the Hotel Chalet Swiss! was worried about the hotel after reading some less than stellar reviews. don’t be alarmed! the lady at check in was super helpful, the room was well sized and comfortable. the balcony was great. our room was in the guest house over the small bar which was so cozy and nice to have somewhere to hang other than the room. location was an easy 8-10 minute walk to the Interlaken West train station. and great access to the old town.

It was beautifully located,only few mins from Interlaken west, Interlaken east is 20 mins walk,Trainline gave me tickets to ost(east)but luckily I realized and got off The village is gorgeous but like Switzerland in general very expensive A fridge magnet was 8 pound The hosts could not be more helpful and Fari whom ran the bar was so nice and chatty and full of info on the area and beyond I travelled alone so it was lovely to have such a interesting conversationalist to talk to Rooms warm and the view of the snowy mountains from my room was breathtaking Sauna is free(book one hour before ) It is a proper traditional Swiss chalet and I would highly recommend Receptionist was impressive with her languages as were all the staff Food gorgeous Scrambled eggs,toast,multi cereals and juice,yoghurts fruit breads and croissants Kettle and coffee in room Bath or shower,which was pleasing, I personally hate showers so perfect I loved this chalet and adored this town Bucket list material for sure

The breakfast provided had very limited options. But never mind, it catered to the need. Also, it was a great way to start each day, ensuring we were well-fueled for our adventures. Moreover, a bit of different items on every alternate day will add to its charm in a better way.

Breakfast inclusions are good. Location is very convenient with bus and train.
