5 min walking distance from Interlaken West station and bus station which is very convenient to travel to nearby attractions. Provided facility to store luggage if you arrive earlier to check in time. The reception staff was friendly and explained the entire procedure in detail. Rooms were pretty okay (maybe a bit dated) but beds are very comfortable.

The small table fan provided in the room was not enough to cool down the temperatures as it felt stuffy and we had to open the windows wide. Instead possibly a standing fan would have served the purpose. The breakfast menu though tasty , was exactly the same on all the 3 days we were there and became monotonous. Sometimes even though we reached by 8 - 8:30 am in the morning the "Surprise of the day" dish was finished and didn't see it replenished. For people with large luggage it is a bit of a challenge as there are some stairs which need to be taken even after taking the elevator and it can be tough.

I reserved a single room for myself & a separate room with double bed for the family. The Single room was a bit too small, the door of the Bathroom was literally touching the closet, not very spacious at all, however, the room where my family stayed on the 4th floor, had a balcony and a great view of the Alps, the room was also very spacious. Both beds in my room and family were comfortable, my room was also equipped with Air Condition, it was nice. Breakfast had all the usual things, yogurt, croissants, boiled eggs etc. nothing stood as particularly unique to me, but it was a just a normal breakfast. It about 7 minutes away from the Interlaken West train station, many destinations can be achieved just by walking around in the central, good location for a hotel. The staff was very helpful & accommodating.

Single room was not spacious, the bathroom door was literally touching the closet each time you would open it, not enough room to walk around in.

1. Luggage stored in advance will be delivered directly to the room after check-in time. 2. The hotel is very close to interlaken west train station, and you can take the train or bus directly to interlaken ost with the complimentary travel card, so the transportation is convenient. 3. It is worth mentioning that the room comes with a small balcony. Through the window, we can see the snow mountain scenery, which is very surprising!

We would like to have an electronic travel card so that we can use it in advance (before arriving at the hotel on the check-in day) to take the train from interlaken ost to interlaken west. Otherwise, it's a long walk from interlaken ost and a taxi isn't worth it.

We stopped here on our way from chamonix to Interlaken. the hotel is a good base for outdoor activities within the Bernese Oberland. We arrived by car and there were enough parking spaces on the car park was right next to the hotel. We were upgraded to a three person room which was very spacious and had a balcony. The room was warm due to no air conditioning but we were provided with a fan and opening the door provided a cool breeze through the room. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and were always on hand to deal with any queries. We had a lot of luggage and the hotel porter was extremely helpful in carrying some of our luggage upstairs to our room. The breakfast was good value with plenty to choose from. The two ladies who worked in the breakfast room were also very pleasant and helpful.

There was a nice view from the room balcony and comes with a bath tub Great breakfast spread Would like to commend the lady at the reception that checked us in, didn't get her name She was really patient, as she explained to each of the guests one after another. And we had numerous questions for her, yet she managed to provide us with the response accordingly. Walking distance to Interlaken West station as well as to numerous restaurants

Staff was great! The room was spacious and they kept it clean. Liked table & 3 chairs in the room. The bathroom arrangement was a little awkward for me but it was workable. Breakfast was excellent. It opened at 7 am. And for the most part it was quiet.

The location was a bit of long walk for pushing a wheelchair. Also the entry was a step down and then a 2 step up to elevator which I could barely get my small wheelchair into. Those are both items that are acceptable by European standards but for limited mobility people it is a bit difficult.

The staff were exceptional, we were so impressed by the hospitality and care they showed every step of the way. They not only organised our laundry to be done and postage to be sent but we had mentioned in passing it was our anniversary during our stay as coincidently the room number they gave us matched the date of our anniversary, and when we came back to the room that night they had rose petals and love hearts on our bed and a bottle of champagne and glasses. we were so blown away and so very grateful that they’d gone to so much effort to make us feel special. They will always be special people to us.

We stayed there in the Month of December and just loved the hospitality and Warmth shared by Staff starting from check-in. The lady at reception was very polite and informed us about everything on day 1.

The options for Breakfast can be different for multiple days. We had to eat same breakfast for all the 3 days. They always keep a track of customers through Coffee cups. Some of them would not like having Coffee before their breafast or during breakfast.

The location is near to the Interlaken west station, only 5 mins walk. The breakfast was better than any other hotels I stayed in Switzerland. Even in 4 star hotels in Switzerland you get very few items for breakfast. But Hotel Crystal provided 2-3 items of English breakfast in addition.

I had to take 2 rooms since I was with my wife and 2 kids. In Geneva, Zurich and other locations, I got a family room where 4 can be accommodated. Children were only 7 and 5 years old. So it was a bit costly, I would say.

The breakfast was excellent. I would have liked to have had a little more coffee/cappuccino offered, but the food selections were very good (both hot and cold) with lots of variety. It was a lovely bright breakfast room.

Our room felt a bit dusty and smelled stale when we first arrived, but it looked very clean. Perhaps the room had not been used in a while, since it was just the start of summer season? We loved the balcony and the spacious room. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Location was very close to trains. We loved having the use of the city guest card (can't recall specific name of it) that allowed us access to city transportation, which we took full advantage of.
