There was an excellent breakfast buffet and the evening menu was lovely with Thai and vegetarian options. The spa was a welcome distraction after a day out. The hotel is also dog friendly and they provided dog towels, bowls and a bed for my Aussie Shepherd. She was also allowed in the restaurant.

The hotel beach was further away than I had thought from the images. It was a 5 minute walk down a steep hill which took longer to walk back up. Sadly, due to bad weather we did not get to enjoy the beach front area. There are no other restaurants within a short walking distance. However, it is just a 6 minute drive to Sarnen where there are restaurants.

The location is extraordinary. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 4th floor, where there is a shared terrace overlooking the lake. The view is incredibly beautiful. The room, although quite small, is very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. We recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back. :)

breathtakingly, beautiful location along the lake, amazing, heated, saltwater, pool, and spa, the best facilities I’ve ever experienced also with a Great gym and lovely breakfast with lake view. The staff was incredibly kind and generous, this is the best Swissotel. I’ve stayed at by far, one of the best memories of my life.

There is nothing I did not like about this property, the only thing sad is that I had to leave. I wish I could stay here longer. :)

Helpful, friendly staff, great location, ideal for walking and swimming in the lake. The spa is good quality and the private beach on the lake isa lovely bonus.

We had to think hard to find anything bad to say as we were really satisfied, but I suppose one small point is there was no fridge in the room. We wanted to celebrate with champagne on the balcony one night, so a fridge would have been useful, but even that only concerned us on one evening.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. The room was confortable and clean. The spa was nice. The breakfast was tasty, various and plenty. The restaurant was nice (bit expensive but it's worth it). The body lotion available in the toilet was very nice.

No major issues. I suggest to put an anti slippery system in the shower.

Very nice hotel at a stunning location. Personnel in general very kind and helpful, the room was clean and well-equipped. Spa was really nice, as was the breakfast.

Maybe a little bit pricy, definitely for the rooms without lake view. The restaurant is also a bit expensive, given the rather small portions. Service was great though!

Beautiful wellness facilities with lots of outside space to relax in the sun. Very clean room, friendly staff, tasty breakfast and nice dinner at the restaurant. Beautiful hikes nearby.

Wellness is closing at 8pm, so if you are out for a day, there is not enough of time to enjoy the time in the Spa in the evening.

not quite affordable, not easy access to the city center (we had a car but if you don’t it’s not easy), room gets quite moist if two people showers subsequently (you can open the windows, but it’s not easy to do if the weather doesn’t allow it

excellent hotel with excellent heated pools ( outdoor and indoor) which is excellent for day which is cold and rainy . breakfast is very good with variety of foods. 30 min drive from luzern center and 1 hour drive to Juangfrau region highly recommended

The room was superb, the 2 pools absolutely lovely, nothing to dislike. Although the restaurant was great and breakfast really good we did find the evening menu difficult for us as we prefer plainer food than was offered. What we had was good but not as "Swiss" as we had had in the Bernese Oberland. But that was just us preferring smaller and plainer meals.
